杯胆内的水能均匀磁化且磁场强度大、磁化效果好。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种饮水杯，特别是磁化水杯。
现有的磁化水杯，如中国专利公开的申请号为91223935.2名称为“磁化水杯”。它是在内胆与外壳之间设置若干个磁架，每层将三块或三块以上的磁铁卡固在每个磁架的外侧。这种结构存在的缺点是：（1）磁架仅仅起支撑固定磁铁的作用，而不能起屏蔽作用，会出现漏磁，影响磁场强度；（2）由于上述结构中每个磁架上的磁铁相互呈不对称设置，所以磁场强度差，影响磁化效果。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能对杯胆内的水均匀磁化、磁场强度大、磁化效果好的磁化水杯。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的，一种由杯盖（1）、外壳（3）、内胆（6），以及设置在外壳（3）与杯胆（6）之间的磁铁（5）组成的磁化水杯，现作了改进，在外壳（3）与杯胆（6）是间增设了屏蔽圈（4），磁铁（5）设在屏蔽圈（4）与杯胆（6）之间。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的叙述。
图1为本实用新型的结构图。
本实用新型的磁铁（5）有三层，每层有二块以上磁铁（5）呈对称设置。先将屏蔽圈（4）加工成为与内胆（6）相对应形状，然后将一块磁铁（5）的一个极吸附在屏蔽圈（4）的内壁上，使另一个与内胆（6）外壁接触，尔后再在一块磁铁（5）的对应部位设置另一块磁铁（5），这样便完成了一层上2块磁铁（5）的对称设置，同理，一层上也可对称设置4块或6块磁铁。依此类推直至完成三层磁铁（5）的设置。屏蔽圈（4）是通过磁铁（5）而达到固定在内胆（6）的外侧的，在屏蔽圈（4）的内壁与内胆（6）外壁之间分层分别对称设置磁铁（5），是为了使杯胆（6）内的液面无论降至或处于何种程度而照样获得均匀、磁场强度大的磁化效果。
本实用新型的内胆（6）采用陶瓷或其它材料制作，当屏蔽圈（4）通过磁铁（5）与内胆（6）装配完毕后，将其装入外壳（3）内。外壳（3）上的手把（2）是便于拿放而设置的。
本实用新型由于使用了屏蔽圈（4），克服了漏磁的缺陷，保证了磁场的强度；由于使用了三层磁铁（5），并将每层上的2块磁铁（5）呈对称设置，所以能保证均匀的磁化效果和磁场强度。

1、一种由杯盖(1)、外壳(3)、内胆(6)以及设置在外壳(3)与杯胆(6)之间的磁铁(5)组成的磁化水杯，其特征在于在外壳(3)与杯胆(6)之间增设了屏蔽圈(4)，磁铁(5)设在屏蔽圈(4)与杯胆(6)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁化水杯，其特征在于磁铁（5）有三层，每层有二块以上磁铁（5）呈对称设置。
