The food processor 100 may be used for making soymilk, squeezing juice, grinding meat, shaving ice, making coffee and/or blending facial mask, etc., and the food processor 100 may include a soymilk machine, a blender or a wall-breaking food processor, etc. for pulverizing and blending food.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the food processor 100 includes a main body 50, a stirring cup assembly 40 detachably mounted on the main body 50, and a cup cover assembly 60 covering the stirring cup assembly 40. The main unit 50 includes a housing 10 and a motor installed in the housing 10. The stirring cup assembly 40 comprises a stirring cup and a stirring knife assembly arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup. The stirring cup is used for containing food materials to be treated, and the stirring knife assembly is used for stirring and crushing the food materials.
The housing 10 includes a housing 11, a base 12 disposed at the bottom of the housing 11, and a base 13 disposed at the top of the housing 11. The blender cup assembly 40 is placed on the base 13. The motor 20 includes a motor shaft 21, and the motor shaft 21 of the motor 20 passes through the through hole 139 of the base 13. The motor shaft 21 is used for being connected with the stirring knife assembly and driving the stirring knife assembly to rotate so as to achieve stirring and smashing of food materials. The number of the first fastening parts 131 may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, and the number of the second fastening parts 1111 may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, without being limited thereto.
In the illustrated embodiment, the base 13 is installed in the upper housing 111 from below the upper housing 111, and the first fastening portion 131 is located above the second fastening portion 1111. Because the inner diameter of the upper housing 111 is generally small at the top and large at the bottom due to the need of the drawing, the base 13 can be more easily mounted in the upper housing 111 from the bottom up.
In the illustrated embodiment, the base 13 includes a bottom wall 132 and a sidewall 133 extending upward from the bottom wall 132, and the first fastening portion 131 is disposed outside the sidewall 133. In this manner, the bottom wall 132 and the side wall 133 of the base 13 together form a receiving cavity, so that the blending cup assembly 40 can be more reliably mounted on the main frame 50.
In the illustrated embodiment, the top end of the upper housing 111 is provided with a flange 1112 protruding inward, and the flange 1112 is located above the sidewall 133. In this way, the flange 1112 located above the side wall 133 can cover the side wall 133, thereby making the appearance of the main unit 50 more beautiful. In other embodiments, the upper housing 111 may not be provided with the flange 1112.
One of the side wall 133 and the flange 1112 is provided with a protrusion 134, and the other is provided with a groove 1113 which is fitted with the protrusion 134. Thus, by providing the protrusion 134 and the groove 1113 which are matched with each other, the upper housing 111 and the base 13 have better concentricity, and the appearance of the main frame 50 is more beautiful. In the illustrated embodiment, the side wall 133 is provided with a protrusion 134 and the flange 1112 is provided with a groove 1113 that mates with the protrusion 134.
Preferably, one end of the first buckling part 131 is provided with a limit protrusion 1114 in abutting fit with the second buckling part 1111; or, one end of the second fastening portion 1111 is provided with a limit protrusion 1114 which is matched with the first fastening portion 131 in a propping manner. In this way, when the base 13 is attached to the upper case 111 by rotation, the first engagement portion 131 and the second engagement portion 1111 can be reliably engaged by providing the stopper protrusion 1114.
A control circuit board 30 is arranged in the housing 10, the upper shell 111 is provided with a panel 1115, and the control circuit board 30 is electrically connected with the panel 1115 and the motor 20 respectively. As such, by providing the panel 1115 to the upper case 111, the user can easily operate the food processor 100.
In the illustrated embodiment, a decorative strip 113 is disposed between the upper housing 111 and the lower housing 112. Thus, the main machine 50 is beautiful in appearance by the decorative strip 113.
