The food processor can comprise a soybean milk machine, a stirrer or a wall breaking food processor and other machines for crushing and stirring food materials. Referring to fig. 1, the food processor 100 includes a main body 70, a stirring cup assembly 60 and a cup cover assembly 80. The blending cup assembly 60 is removably mounted to the main body 70. The cup cover component 80 is arranged on the stirring cup component 60 in a covering manner. The blending cup assembly 60 includes a blending cup 50 and a blending blade assembly 40. The stirring cutter disc assembly 40 is arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup 50.
Referring to fig. 2, the blending cup 50 includes a cup body 51, a cup seat 52 and a bottom cover 53, the cup seat 52 is disposed at the bottom of the cup body 51, the blending blade assembly 40 is fixed between the cup body 51 and the cup seat 52, and the bottom cover 53 is disposed below the blending blade assembly 40. Preferably, the knife shaft 21 further comprises a flat mounting section 213 for mounting the blade 22, and the ratio of the width D1 of the mounting section 213 to the diameter of the first shaft section 211 ranges from 0.75 to 0.9. In some embodiments, the ratio of the width of the mounting segment 213 to the diameter of the first shaft segment 211 may be 0.75, 0.8, 0.85, 0.9, or some value therebetween.
In the illustrated embodiment, the knife shaft 21 is provided with a clamp spring 24 below the bearing 232 and a gasket 25 above the knife sleeve 23. 6. A blending cutter head assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the cutter shaft (21) is provided with a clamp spring (24) positioned below the bearing (232) and a gasket (25) positioned above the cutter sleeve (23).
