Fig. 6 is a schematic exploded view of a panel, lift mechanism and some of its associated structures according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the lifting mechanism 30 may include a motor 311 for outputting a driving force, a gear assembly 312 connected to the motor 311, a rack 313 engaged with a final gear of the gear assembly 312, and a bracket 35 fixedly connected to the rack 313. The motor 311 and gear assembly 312 may be mounted on a support plate 316. Wherein the motor 311, the gear assembly 312 and the rack 313 may together form the above-mentioned lifting unit 31 of the lifting mechanism 30.
Further, the rack 313 moves in the front and rear direction by the gear assembly 312, and the water storage box 80 is fixedly supported on the bracket 35 to move in synchronization with the bracket 35. Specifically, the motor 311 is controlled to rotate in a forward direction or a reverse direction, and the driving force generated by the motor 311 is output to the gear assembly 312 through the rotating shaft thereof to rotate the gears of the gear assembly 312. The gear assembly 312 can convert the rotation output by the motor 311 into a translational motion in the front-rear direction and transmit the translational motion to the rack 313, so as to drive the rack 313 to move in the front-rear direction, and the movement of the rack 313 in the front-rear direction drives the bracket 35 to move in the front-rear direction, so as to drive the water storage box 80 to move back and forth.
In some embodiments, the number of the motors 311 may be one, and is disposed at one side in the lateral direction within the casing 10. The number of the gear assemblies 312 and the number of the racks 313 are two, and the two gear assemblies 312 are respectively located at both lateral sides in the cabinet 10 to be respectively engaged with the two racks 313 located at both lateral sides in the cabinet 10. The driving unit 31 further includes a transmission rod 315 connected between the two gear assemblies 312 to synchronously transmit the driving force generated by the motor 311 to the gear assembly 312 at a side away from the motor 311, thereby synchronously moving the two racks 313.
Further, the bracket 35 is fixedly connected between the two racks 313, so that the support stability of the bracket 35 is improved. Also, since the two racks 313 are moved in synchronization, the carriage 35 can be prevented from tilting back and forth.
In some embodiments, the lift mechanism 30 further includes a link 32 and a lever 33. The link 32 has a fixed end 321 fixedly connected to the panel 20 and a pivoting end 322 pivotably connected to the driving unit 31, the link 32 is configured to move in the front-rear direction by the driving unit 31, and the link 32 is provided with a slide groove 323. The lever 33 has a pivoting end 331 pivotally connected to the housing 10 and a moving end 332 movably connected to the slide groove 323 and sliding along the slide groove 323, and the lever 33 is configured to pivot forward about its pivoting end in response to forward movement of the link 32 to raise the panel 20 and flip up, and/or to pivot rearward about its pivoting end 331 in response to rearward movement of the link 32 to lower the link 32 to return the panel 20 to its retracted position.
The utility model discloses an in the steaming and baking oven 1, elevating system 30 is equipped with swing arm 33 especially, but its pivot end 331 is connected with box 10 pivot ground, but its expansion end 332 and the spout 323 swing joint on the connecting rod 32, the actuating force of drive unit 31 output is used for driving connecting rod 32 on the connecting rod 32 and is removed along the fore-and-aft direction, along with the back-and-forth movement of connecting rod 32, swing arm 33 can be around its pivot end 331 forward or backward pivot, thereby lift or descend connecting rod 32 through swing arm 33, drive panel 20 when connecting rod 32 is lifted and raise and turn over, drive panel 20 when connecting rod 32 is descended and retract the restoration. That is to say, this application will have panel elevating system's slip to replace to rotate now, and the resistance that the swing arm 33 rotated the in-process and received is less, rotates more laborsavingly, and is more smooth and easy, has avoided elevating system inside to produce great frictional resistance or collide with to avoid panel 20 to go up and down the phenomenon that the in-process appears tremble or block even, improved user's use and experienced.
Moreover, the sliding rail of the existing lifting mechanism is only replaced by the rotating rod 33, the purpose of avoiding tremble or blockage in the lifting process of the panel can be achieved, the design is ingenious, the structure and the assembly are very simple, and the production cost of the steaming and baking oven 1 is reduced.
In some embodiments, the pivoting end 322 of the link 32 is pivotally connected with the rack 313. The movement of the rack 313 in the forward-backward direction moves the link 32 in the forward-backward direction. Specifically, the rack 313 may have insections and a side plate on one side of the insections, and the pivoting end 322 of the link 32 may be pivotably connected to the side plate through the rotary bearing 314.
Preferably, the number of links 32 and levers 33 is also two. The two links 32 are respectively located at both lateral sides in the cabinet 10, fixed ends 321 of the two links 32 are respectively fixedly connected with both lateral ends of the panel 20 to stably support the entire panel 20 to prevent the panel 20 from tilting, and pivoting ends 322 of the two links 32 are respectively pivotally connected with the two racks 313. Two levers 33 are respectively located at both lateral sides in the casing 10 to be respectively engaged with the two links 32.
In some embodiments, the slide slot 323 extends in a forward-to-rearward direction to allow the movable end 331 of the lever 33 to slide within the slide slot 323 as the link 32 moves forward until the movable end 331 abuts a rearmost end of the slide slot 323 to pivot forward as the link 32 continues to move forward. That is, when the panel 20 is switched from the initial state to the lift-up state, the link 32 moves forward first under the driving of the driving unit 31, and in the process, the movable end 331 of the rotating rod 33 moves backward in the sliding slot 323 relative to the link 32, i.e., the rotating rod 33 does not pivot in the process, and therefore the link 32 is not lifted, so that the link 32 drives the panel 20 to extend forward first. When the movable end 331 of the lever 33 abuts against the rearmost end of the slide groove 323, as the link 32 continues to move forward, the movable end 331 of the lever 33 may be caused to have a tendency to move forward, thereby causing the lever 33 to pivot forward about its own pivot end 331. During the forward pivoting of the rotary rod 33, the movable end 331 thereof not only has a displacement component in the lateral direction of the forward movement, but also has a displacement component in the vertical direction from bottom to top, so that the link 32 can be lifted by the rotary rod 33, causing the link 32 to pivot about its own pivoting end 322, and the fixed end 322 of the link 32 is lifted, thereby lifting the panel 20 fixedly connected with the fixed end 322 upwards. When the panel 20 is switched from the lift-up state to the retraction return state, the movement process of the link 32 and the lever 33 is opposite to the above-described process, that is, when the link 32 moves backward by the driving of the driving unit 31, the lever 33 first pivots backward along with the backward movement of the link 32 until the lever 33 pivots to the original state, in which the link 32 has not only a displacement component in the lateral direction of the backward movement but also a displacement component in the vertical direction from the top to the bottom, so that the link 32 can be lowered by the lever 33, and the panel 20 can be lowered by the link 32. As the link 32 continues to move backward after the lever 33 pivots to the original state, the movable end 332 of the lever 33 moves forward in the sliding slot 323 relative to the link 32, the lever 33 does not pivot any more, and therefore the lever 33 does not lift the link 32 any more, so that the link 32 brings the panel 20 to retract backward to the original state.
Further, the length of the sliding groove 323 extending in the front-rear direction is set such that the panel 20 protrudes forward a preset distance before being lifted and flipped up, so as to avoid the panel 20 from interfering with the cabinet 10 or the cabinet door 70 during lifting and flipping up. Similarly, when the panel 20 retracts and returns, the panel 20 retracts a predetermined distance after descending, so as to avoid the structural interference between the panel 20 and the cabinet door 70 or the cabinet 10 during descending. That is, the length of the sliding groove 323 extending in the front-rear direction may be set according to other structures of the box 10 and the cabinet door 70 of the steaming and baking oven 1, so as to ensure that the panel 20 does not interfere with the box 10 or the cabinet door 70 during the lifting and turning-up process and the retraction and restoration process.
Since the sliding groove 323 extends in the front-rear direction only to ensure that the panel 20 does not interfere with the box 10 during the lifting process, the length of the sliding rail for the sliding of the connecting rod in the prior art is at least the length of the whole movement track of the connecting rod, and the movement track of the connecting rod must have a certain bending to ensure that the connecting rod can lift the panel. Therefore, the length of the slide groove 323 of the present application is much smaller than the length of the slide rail for the link to slide along in the prior art.
In some embodiments, the rearmost end of the slide groove 323 is formed with an upwardly extending bent groove 327 for movably engaging the movable end 332 thereof when the lever 33 is pivoted in the forward and rearward directions. That is to say, when the rotating rod 33 pivots in the front-back direction, the movable end 332 of the rotating rod 33 is movably clamped into the groove 327, the movable end 332 of the rotating rod 33 can be limited to a certain extent by the groove 327, and the movable end 332 is prevented from moving forward or being dislocated, so that unstable phenomena such as sudden rising and sudden falling and the like in the lifting process of the panel 20 are avoided, the stability of the lifting process of the panel 20 is improved, and it is also ensured that the relative movement between the connecting rod 32 and the rotating rod 33 is not generated when the panel 20 is in the rising and upturning state, so that the panel 20 is kept in the rising and upturning state more stably.
In some embodiments, the movable end 332 of the lever 33 is provided with a fixing hole 3321 to movably connect the movable end 332 to the slide groove 323 by a bolt 34 sequentially passing through the slide groove 323 and the fixing hole 3321. The fixing hole 3321 may be internally threaded to facilitate a fixed connection with the bolt 34. The outer diameter of the screw of the bolt 34 is smaller than the minimum width of the sliding groove 323 to allow the screw to slide along the sliding groove 323, so that the movable end 332 is driven to slide along the sliding groove 323, and the friction between the screw and the sliding groove 323 is reduced. The outer diameter of the nut of the bolt 34 is larger than the maximum width of the slide groove 323 to prevent the bolt 34 from being separated from the slide groove 323. The width of the slide groove 323 at all points except the rearmost end thereof may be kept uniform to ensure the smoothness of the screw sliding in the slide groove 323.

Wherein, the slide groove 323 is opened on the bending section 326 to maintain a smooth relative movement between the link 32 and the rotary bar 33 and to enable the panel 20 to stably maintain a raised and upturned state.
In some embodiments, a sliding rail 40 extending in a front-rear direction for sliding the rack 313 thereon is further provided in the case 10 to limit a movement track of the rack 313 and reduce resistance during movement of the rack 313.
Further, the slide rail 40 is supported on a slide rail bracket 50, and the slide rail bracket 50 is fixed inside the cabinet 10. The pivot end 331 of the lever 33 is pivotally connected to the slide bracket 50. Specifically, the pivoting end 331 of the rotating rod 33 can be rotatably connected through a connecting rod 61 penetrating through the pivoting end 331 and the slide rail bracket 50, a rotating bushing 63 is sleeved on the connecting rod 61, and a first limiting member 62 is disposed at an end of the connecting rod 61 to prevent the connecting rod 61 from being disengaged. In alternative embodiments, the pivotable connection between the pivot end 331 of the lever 33 and the slide bracket 50 may be achieved in other ways.
In some embodiments, the steaming and baking oven 1 further comprises a water quantity sensor (not shown) and a sound prompt device (not shown). The water amount sensor is used to detect the amount of water in the water storage box 80. The sound prompting device is used for giving out prompting information in a controlled manner when the water quantity in the water storage box 80 is less than a preset threshold value, and reminding a user that water shortage in the water storage box 80 needs to be added. The elevating mechanism 30 is used for controllably driving the panel 20 to lift and turn up relative to the cabinet 10 when the water amount in the water storage box 80 is less than a preset threshold value and simultaneously driving the water storage box 80 to move forward out of the cabinet 10, and controllably driving the panel 20 to retract and reset after receiving a trigger signal for indicating that the water storage box 80 is full of water and simultaneously driving the water storage box 80 to move backward into the cabinet 10. Therefore, when the water in the water storage box 80 is short of water, the alarm can be automatically sent out, the water storage box 80 can be automatically popped out, and the intellectualization of the steaming and baking oven 1 is improved.
