1. An adjustable mask, comprising:

the mask body comprises a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge which are sequentially connected, wherein the first end of the first edge is connected with the first end of the third edge through the second edge, and the second end of the first edge is connected with the second end of the third edge through the fourth edge; the first edge is provided with n threading holes, the third edge is provided with m threading holes, wherein n and m are integers which are more than or equal to 3 independently;

the binding band is arranged in the n threading holes of the first edge in a penetrating mode, and the first end of the binding band sequentially penetrates through at least 1 threading hole of the third edge from the first end of the third edge; the second end of the first end of the second end of the third edge sequentially penetrates through at least m-1 threading holes of the third edge, and the binding bands are crossed on one side of the mask body.

2. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said strap first end and second end are both located in the middle of the third edge.

3. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein the first end of the strap is connected to the second end of the strap by an adjustment buckle.

4. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said first and third edges are heat sealed hems.

5. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said first and third edges each comprise a heat seal border and a connecting border disposed on the outside of the heat seal border, and wherein the threading holes are disposed on the connecting border.

6. The adjustable mask of claim 5 wherein the junction of said heat seal border and said connecting border is provided with an elastic strip.

7. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said second edge has an anti-fog layer disposed on a side of said second edge that engages the face.

8. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said second edge has a nose clip disposed therein.

9. The adjustable mask of claim 8 wherein said nose clip comprises a metal strip and a plastic material overwrapped over the metal strip.

10. The adjustable mask of claim 1 wherein said mask body comprises three layers of non-woven fabric.
