The invention relates to a manual Maintenance Switch (MSD) integrated with a fuse, which is a safety protection device for an Electric Vehicle (EV), an oil-electric Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) (hybrid EV) and a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) (plug in HEV).
Background
At present, a manual Maintenance Switch (MSD) is generally used as a manual disconnector of a main loop for the battery pack of the electric vehicle, the MSD has an isolation function, the internal integrated main loop is fused, a high-voltage interlocking detection loop is arranged, a certain protection grade (generally IP67) is arranged, the MSD is manually opened by rotating a handle, and the circuit is disconnected on the premise of no load. Referring to fig. 1, a manual maintenance switch in the current market comprises a plug 10 and a socket 11, and when the switch is maintained, the plug can be lifted to be separated from the socket, so that a main circuit can be disconnected. A conventional fuse 13 is arranged in the plug, an electric contact structure 14 corresponding to a fuse contact blade is arranged on the socket, and an external connecting plate 15 connected with an external main loop is connected to the lower end of the electric contact structure. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the contact blade of the fuse is inserted into the electric contact structure to be communicated with the main circuit.
The existing manual maintenance switch has the following defects: with conventional fuses, the overall weight is heavy. The traditional fuse has large internal resistance, generates heat violently during normal work, has serious power loss, and is difficult to realize long-time large-current through. With conventional fuses, the internal temperature is high and the fuse drop is severe, often requiring the use of a larger current rated fuse. The action is slow under the fault current, and the fault current with small multiple is difficult to be quickly switched off. The high-voltage fuse has poor current impact resistance, cannot withstand long-term and repeated high-current impact, and is easily fused by impact current. Traditional fuse relies on self to generate heat the fusing, can't realize controlled breaking, is being applied to the condition of big rated current, just needs to use the fuse of bigger volume, and maintenance switch's volume can increase thereupon.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a manual maintenance switch with an excitation fuse, which can quickly cut off a main loop through the excitation fuse and is more suitable for vehicles.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a manual maintenance switch integrated with an excitation fuse, which comprises a plug and a socket which are detachably and hermetically installed, and is characterized in that the socket is provided with a hollow part for fixing and accommodating the excitation fuse, a spring plate device and an installation surface positioned on the periphery of the hollow part; the signal module embedded die contact pins are arranged on two opposite sides of the hollow part, the hollow part for accommodating the excitation fuse is arranged on the plug, and a signal module elastic sheet is arranged in the position, opposite to the signal module embedded die contact pins, in the hollow part; an external connecting plate which is in conductive connection with an external main loop is arranged in the elastic sheet device, and the conductive plate of the excitation fuse is inserted into the elastic sheet device and is in conductive connection with the external connecting plate; a signal receiving end of an excitation device of the excitation fuse is sequentially connected with a signal module elastic sheet and a signal module embedded mold contact pin or directly connected with a PCB control board arranged in a maintenance switch; the signal module embedded mold pin or the PCB control board can be connected with a vehicle control system; when setting up the PCB control panel, be provided with the current monitor of the electric current size through excitation fuse current conducting plate in the maintenance switch, the current monitor with the PCB control panel is connected.

A screw hole seat is arranged at the bottom of the hollow part of the plug, and a conductive plate and a PCB control board of the excitation fuse are detachably fixed on the screw hole seat; the PCB control board is provided with a through hole, and the exciting fuse connector end and the PCB control board are fixed in a screw hole seat of the plug together and are isolated from a conductive plate of the main circuit.
The elastic sheet device comprises a socket inner cover and a conductive elastic sheet arranged in the socket inner cover; the excitation fuse conducting plate is inserted into the conducting elastic sheet; a compression structure for compressing the excitation fuse is arranged in the hollow part of the plug.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the maintenance switch plug and the socket shell are injection molded, so that the volume is small and the weight is light.
And an integrated excitation fuse is used in the maintenance switch, so that the internal resistance is lower, the heat productivity of an integrated product is small, and the power loss is low. The integrated excitation fuse can quickly break a circuit, and can quickly break even under a small multiple of fault current, so that the reliability is improved; the integrated excitation fuse enhances the current impact resistance of the integrated product. After the excitation fuse is integrated, the short-circuit protection of the integrated product can be completely controlled by a vehicle system, and the controlled protection is completely realized. After the excitation fuse is integrated, large-current long-time through-flow can be realized under a smaller volume, and the product performance is improved.

Detailed Description
With respect to the above technical solutions, the maintenance switch structure of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the manual service switch structure of the present invention includes a plug and a socket.
The plug 2 comprises a plug outer shell 200 which is in a cover-shaped structure and is integrally formed by injection molding. The open end of the plug housing is an outwardly extending planar structure. A plug sealing ring 201 is arranged on the plane structure around the edge of the opening of the plug shell, and a screw hole for locking the plug shell on the socket is formed in the outer side of the plug sealing ring.
There is screw seat 202 at plug housing bottom integrated into one piece, has placed PCB control panel 203 on screw seat 202, has placed excitation fuse A on PCB control panel 203, and excitation fuse A's upper cover outwards extends and forms installation fixed part A04, and the bolt passes the installation fixed part A04 of excitation fuse, excitation fuse current-conducting plate A03, PCB control panel 203 will encourage fuse and PCB control panel to fix on the screw seat.
In order to reduce the size of the maintenance switch, a hole for the excitation fuse to pass through is formed in the PCB control panel, and one end of the excitation fuse passes through the PCB control panel and is located between the screw hole seats. The opposite two sides of the bottom of the plug shell are provided with signal module elastic pieces 204 which are arranged in a clip shape, and the signal module elastic pieces are arranged on a signal module elastic piece die holder when the signal module elastic pieces are subjected to injection molding through mould embedding processing. The exciting device for exciting the fuse comprises a gas generator A01, a gas generator driver A02 is connected to the gas generator, and the gas generator driver is connected with a PCB control board. And receiving a control signal from the PCB control board to control the starting of the gas generator.
The socket 4 comprises a hollow part 5 for accommodating the excitation fuse, a spring plate device 6 for inserting the conductive plate of the excitation fuse, and a base mounting surface 7 for mounting the plug on the base and fixing the plug. A base seal 401 is provided on the mounting surface. Screw holes corresponding to the plugs are formed in the mounting surface on the outer side of the base seal ring 401, and screw holes 402 for fixing the mounting plate 9 are formed in the mounting surface on the inner side of the base seal ring 401 and on the outer side of the hollow portion.
The spring device 6 comprises an integrated socket inner cover 601, a conductive spring 602, an adapting copper bar 603, an external connecting plate 604, a bolt and the like. In this embodiment, the conductive elastic piece 602 is installed inside the socket inner cover 601, and fixed on the socket 4 together with one end of the adapting copper bar 603 through a bolt, and the other end of the adapting copper bar 603 is connected with an external connection board 604 extending out of the socket housing, and the external connection board 604 can be connected with an external main loop. The switching copper bar and the external connecting plate can be integrated and unified to be used as the external connecting plate.
When the PCB control board is arranged in the maintenance switch, a current monitor is also arranged on the inner cover of the socket and used for monitoring the current passing through the upper part of the current-conducting plate of the excitation fuse. The current monitor is connected with the PCB control board. When the current monitor monitors that the current on the excitation fuse exceeds the set current limit, the PCB control board sends a starting signal to the gas generator driver to start the gas generator to act, and the current conducting plate of the excitation fuse is disconnected.
At two opposite sides of the hollow part 5 of the socket, a signal line module embedded mold pin 501 is embedded at the position corresponding to the signal module elastic sheet on the plug, one end of the signal line module embedded mold pin 501 is connected with a signal module interface 502, and the signal line module embedded mold pin is connected with a vehicle control system through the signal module interface 502. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the contact pin of the socket signal module contacts with the elastic sheet of the plug signal module, the signal wire is conducted to communicate with a vehicle system, and the main loop is connected with current. When the plug is pulled down, the plug signal module elastic sheet is separated from the socket signal module contact pin, the signal wire is disconnected, and the main loop is disconnected.
The position for installing the mounting plate 9 is further arranged between the plug and the socket, the mounting plate 9 is a fixed end for installing a maintenance switch on a vehicle, when the maintenance switch is assembled, the socket can be installed and fixed on the mounting plate firstly, then the plug is inserted into the socket and locked by a bolt, and the maintenance switch is integrally fixed on the vehicle.
The PCB control board can be arranged at the bottom of the plug, and can also be arranged at the bottom or the side part of the socket. After the excitation fuse is triggered, the excitation body can be quickly replaced, so that the replacement process is simplified, and the operation is convenient; and the PCB is positioned at the inner side of the box body after installation, so that the influence of external factors (such as electromagnetic interference and the like) and replacement operation on the PCB can be reduced. Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the spring means 6 is located in the hollow portion of the socket 800, and the conductive plate of the excitation fuse a is inserted on the spring means 6 in the hollow portion. A press block 802 for pressing the excitation fuse is provided in the plug housing 801, and when the plug housing is covered on the socket, the press block on the plug housing presses the excitation fuse housing, and then the plug housing is fixed to the socket by a bolt. The PCB control board 203 is located at the bottom of the socket, on which a signal module interface 803 is provided.
The PCB control board may also be eliminated. When the PCB control panel is not used, the gas generator driver of the excitation fuse can be sequentially connected with the plug signal module elastic sheet and the socket signal module embedded mold contact pin to further realize communication with a vehicle control system, and the vehicle control system controls the excitation fuse to act.
When the plug is covered on the socket under normal conditions, the signal module embedded mold contact pin is inserted into the signal module elastic sheet to enable the signal to be connected, and the vehicle control system is connected with the main loop; when needing to maintain, pull out the plug, make the signal module shell fragment from signal module bury the mould contact pin and throw off, vehicle control system then breaks off the main loop according to signal module turn-off signal, convenient maintenance.
Normal through-flow state: when the vehicle is in a normal state, the normal working current of the vehicle is communicated with the main loop through the external connecting plate and the exciting fuse conducting plate in sequence, and the product can be regarded as a low-resistance conductor. At this time, the gas generator driver for energizing the fuse does not receive the command signal, and is in a standby state.
Circuit breaking operation: when the vehicle is in an abnormal state and fault current occurs, and when the PCB control board is not used, the vehicle control system sends an instruction disconnection signal to the gas generator driver, the gas generator driver receives the disconnection signal, the gas generator is started to generate high-pressure gas in a short time, the high-pressure gas pushes the piston to move downwards, and the current conducting plate of the fuse is disconnected and excited to cut off the main loop. At this point, the fault current is cut off, and the protection of the system circuit is completed.
When the PCB control board is used, the PCB control board sends a disconnection signal to the gas generator driver according to the monitored current passing through the current-conducting plate of the excitation fuse when the current is abnormal, the gas generator driver starts the gas generator to release high-pressure gas in a short time, the current-conducting plate of the excitation fuse is disconnected, the main loop is disconnected, and the protection of a system circuit is completed.
In the invention, the main body materials of the plug and the socket shell are plastic materials such as nylon and the like, and are integrally injection molded, so that the manual maintenance switch has lighter weight.
