telescopic supporting means connected to the main housing to support the main housing;
the base is connected with the bottom of the supporting device so as to stabilize the supporting device;
wherein the main housing interior contains:
the ultraviolet disinfection device is controlled to start and stop by an ultraviolet control device, and the corresponding main shell part around the ultraviolet disinfection device is a transparent area so as to facilitate the operation of the ultraviolet disinfection device;
the infrared sensing device is positioned above the infrared sensing area;
the main controller receives the sensing signal of the infrared sensing device and is connected with the ultraviolet disinfection device;
the main controller outputs a control signal to control the hand sanitizer supply device to flow out of a hand sanitizer outlet area;
and the power supply module supplies power to all parts in the sterilization and disinfection machine.

an upper front housing containing the recessed feature, the recessed feature having an upper surface containing an infrared sensing area and a sanitizer outlet area;
an upper rear case coupled with the upper front case to form an upper structure of the main case;
a bottom shell connected with the upper structure bottom of the main shell;
and/or a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the upper front shell and/or the upper rear shell and/or the bottom shell.
3. The integrated, self-induction hand sanitizer and ultraviolet light disinfection sterilizer of claim 1, wherein said hand sanitizer dispenser comprises:
a liquid storage tank for storing the hand sanitizer;
and one end of the liquid pump motor is connected with the liquid storage tank, the other end of the liquid pump motor is connected with a hand sanitizer buffering piece, the hand sanitizer buffering piece comprises a hand sanitizer outlet, and the hand sanitizer outlet is communicated with a hand sanitizer outlet area of the main shell so as to facilitate the outflow of hand sanitizer.

one end of the liquid pump motor is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a first hose, and the other end of the liquid pump motor is communicated with the hand sanitizer buffering piece through a second hose.

and/or, the fluid infusion subassembly contains third hose and quick-twist structure, third hose one end with the liquid storage pot is connected, quick-twist structure will the other end of third hose is fixed in a through-hole department of main casing body, so that the liquid storage pot communicates with the external world.

and/or the infrared sensing device and/or the main controller and/or the hand sanitizer supply device are micro-devices.
