Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
As one aspect of an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a heating blanket including: blanket body 1 and heating pipeline 2.
The carpet body 1 has a first region 11, a second region 12 and a third region 13 which are distributed in sequence along the length direction of the carpet body 1. The first region 11, the second region 12 and the third region 13 are combined to form the carpet body 1.
The shape, size and material of the blanket body 1 can be selected and adjusted according to the needs. The shape, size and material of the blanket body 1 can also refer to any heating blanket structure in the prior art. The prior art heating blanket structure may be, for example, an electric blanket or a water heating blanket. The lengthwise direction of the blanket body 1 can be understood as the direction from top to bottom of the heating blanket shown in fig. 1.
The sizes and area ranges of the first area 11, the second area 12 and the third area 13 can be selected and adjusted as required. For example, when the first region 11 is a head region when a person sleeps, the third region 13 is a foot region when a person sleeps, and the second region 12 is a torso region when a person sleeps, the region range of the first region 11 may be relatively small, the region range of the second region 12 may be relatively large, and the region range of the third region 13 may be close to the first region 11.
The heating pipe 2 is used for supplying heating liquid to the inside of the blanket body 1, and the heating liquid can emit heat when flowing through the inside of the blanket body 1 and transfer the heat to the surface of the blanket body 1, so that the temperature expressed by the blanket body 1 can be raised. The heating liquid can be a liquid heat-conducting medium or water. The heating liquid may be heated and then fed into the blanket body 1, or may be heated inside the blanket body 1.
The heating pipe 2 includes a plurality of first heating pipes 21 spaced apart in the first zone 11, a plurality of second heating pipes 22 spaced apart in the second zone 12, and a plurality of third heating pipes 23 spaced apart in the third zone 13. The first heating water pipe 21 is used to supply heating liquid into the first zone 11. The second heating pipe 22 is used to supply heating liquid into the second zone 12. The third heating water pipe 23 is used to supply heating liquid into the third zone 13. The interval between the first heating pipes 21 is greater than the interval between the second heating pipes 22, and the interval between the second heating pipes 22 is greater than the interval between the third heating pipes 23.
The shapes, the number, the materials and the sizes of the first heating pipe 21, the second heating pipe 22 and the third heating pipe 23 can be selected and adjusted according to the needs. The shapes, materials, numbers and sizes of the first heating pipe 21, the second heating pipe 22 and the third heating pipe 23 may be completely the same or different. The shape of each of the first warming water tubes 21 may be different. For example, one of the first warm water pipes 21 is a straight pipe, and the other first warm water pipe 21 connected thereto may be a U-shaped pipe or a J-shaped pipe. The shape of each first water heating pipe can be different. For example, one of the second heating pipes 22 may be a straight pipe, and the other one connected thereto may be a U-shaped pipe or a J-shaped pipe. The shape of each third heating pipe 23 may be different. For example, one of the third warm water pipes 23 is a straight pipe, and the other third warm water pipe 23 connected thereto may be a U-shaped pipe or a J-shaped pipe.
The heating blanket of this application embodiment is because the density of the hot-water heating pipe that sets up in each region is different, consequently can make the different regions of heating blanket produce the differentiation heating, provides different heating demands for the different positions of human body. When the user uses the heating blanket, the temperature from the head to the feet can be gradually increased, so that the requirement that the heat of different areas of the human body is different during sleeping is met, and the sleeping quality of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, the first area 11 is located at the head support area of the carpet body 1, the third area 13 is located at the foot support area of the carpet body 1, and the second area 12 is located at the torso support area of the carpet body 1.
In one embodiment, the first water heating pipes 21 are sequentially connected end to form a first sub-pipeline, the second water heating pipes 22 are sequentially connected end to form a second sub-pipeline, and the third water heating pipes 23 are sequentially connected end to form a third sub-pipeline. The first sub-pipe, the second sub-pipe and the third sub-pipe are sequentially communicated, so that the heating pipe 2 is integrally formed into a planar coil structure (as shown in fig. 1). That is, when the heating liquid flows into the heating pipe 2, the heating liquid flows through the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22, and the third heating pipes 23 in this order. Or, conversely, the heating liquid flows through the third heating pipes 23, the second heating pipes 22 and the first heating pipes 21 in sequence.
In one embodiment, the first sub-circuit communicates with the first inlet pipe 3 and the third sub-circuit communicates with the first outlet pipe 4. Specifically, any one of the first heating pipes 21 in the first sub-pipeline may be communicated with the first water inlet pipe 3, and any one of the third heating pipes 23 in the third sub-pipeline may be communicated with the first water outlet pipe 4.
In one example, the first water heating pipe 21 at the head end of the first sub-pipe communicates with the first inlet pipe 3, and the third water heating pipe 23 at the tail end of the third sub-pipe communicates with the first outlet pipe 4. After the connection in this way, the heating liquid flows through the first water heating pipes 21 in sequence, then flows through the second water heating pipes 22 in sequence, and finally flows through the third water heating pipes 23 in sequence, and then flows into the first water outlet pipe 4 from the third water heating pipe 23 at the end. In the process of the heating liquid flowing from the first water heating pipe 21 at the head end to the third water heating pipe 23 at the tail end, the heat of the heating liquid is transferred to the outer surface of the blanket body 1 through each first water heating pipe 21, each second water heating pipe 22 and each third water heating pipe 23, thereby enabling the outer surface of the blanket body 1 to generate heat. Meanwhile, due to the different arrangement density of the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22 and the third heating pipes 23, the residence time in the first area 11, the second area 12 and the third area 13 is different, so that the temperature at the positions of the first area 11, the second area 12 and the third area 13 is different. For example, the temperature of the third area 13 with the large number of the heating pipes and the small intervals is higher than the temperature of the first area 11 with the small number of the heating pipes and the large intervals.
In one example, the first water heating pipe 21 at the end of the first sub-pipe communicates with the first outlet pipe 4, and the third water heating pipe 23 at the head end of the third sub-pipe communicates with the first inlet pipe 3. After the connection in this way, the heating liquid flows through the third water heating pipes 23 in sequence, then flows through the second water heating pipes 22 in sequence, and finally flows through the first water heating pipes 21 in sequence, and then flows into the first water outlet pipe 4 from the first water heating pipe 21 at the end. In the process of the heating liquid flowing from the third water heating pipe 23 at the head end to the first water heating pipe 21 at the tail end, the heat of the heating liquid is transferred to the outer surface of the blanket body 1 through each first water heating pipe 21, each second water heating pipe 22 and each third water heating pipe 23, thereby enabling the outer surface of the blanket body 1 to generate heat.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first water heating pipes 21 are connected end to form a first sub-pipeline, the second water heating pipes 22 are connected end to form a second sub-pipeline, and the third water heating pipes 23 are connected end to form a third sub-pipeline. The first sub-pipeline is communicated with the first water inlet pipe 3 and the first water outlet pipe 4 respectively, the second sub-pipeline is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 5 and the second water outlet pipe 6 respectively, and the third sub-pipeline is communicated with the third water inlet pipe 7 and the third water outlet pipe 8 respectively. That is, the heating fluid introduced through the first inlet pipe 3 can flow through only the first heating pipes 21 of the first sub-pipe, the heating fluid introduced through the second inlet pipe 5 can flow through only the second heating pipes 22 of the second sub-pipe, and the heating fluid introduced through the third inlet pipe 7 can flow through only the third heating pipes 23 of the third sub-pipe.
In this embodiment, since the first sub-pipe, the second sub-pipe and the third sub-pipe are three independent pipes, the heat transferred from the three sub-pipes to the blanket body 1 can be controlled separately. On the basis, the arrangement intervals of the water heating pipes in the first area 11, the second area 12 and the third area 13 can be further accurately controlled, so that the temperature of the positions of the blanket body 1 corresponding to the three areas can be further controlled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, one end of each of the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22 and the third heating pipes 23 is communicated with the same first water inlet pipe 3, and the other end of each of the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22 and the third heating pipes 23 is communicated with the same first water outlet pipe 4. So that the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22 and the third heating pipes 23 form parallel pipelines.
In an embodiment, based on any of the above embodiments, the heating blanket may further include an auxiliary water inlet pipe 9 (as shown in fig. 4). The auxiliary water inlet pipe 99 is communicated with at least one of the first heating pipe 21, the second heating pipe 22 or the third heating pipe 23, and the auxiliary water inlet pipe 9 is used for conveying heating liquid.
In this embodiment, since the auxiliary inlet pipe 9 is provided, when the heat generated from the first, second or third zones 11, 12 or 13 is insufficient or cannot meet the user's demand, additional heating liquid may be injected through the auxiliary inlet pipe 9 connected to the water heating pipes in the respective zones, so that the temperature of the local zone may be raised.
For example, when the heating temperature of the third zone 13 cannot meet the user demand, additional heating liquid can be separately fed into the third heating pipe 23 of the third zone 13 through the auxiliary water inlet pipe 9, so that the temperature of the third zone 13 can be adjusted in a targeted manner.
In one example, the auxiliary inlet pipe 9 may communicate with the first heating water pipe 21, the second heating water pipe 22 and the third heating water pipe 23. The temperature of the first region 11, the second region 12 and the third region 13 can thus be set individually in a targeted manner.
In another example, the auxiliary inlet pipe 9 may be connected only with the third warming water pipe 23. When the third region 13 is used as the region for the user to bear the feet, if the third region 13 cannot generate the temperature required by the feet of the user through the heating liquid flowing through the third water heating pipes 23 originally, the extra high-temperature heating liquid can be injected into any third water heating pipe 23 through the auxiliary water inlet pipe 9, so that the temperature of the third region 13 is further increased, and the requirement that the feet of the user are required to be additionally heated at higher temperature in a sleep state is met.
In one embodiment, in addition to any of the above embodiments, the longitudinal direction of each of the first heating pipes 21, each of the second heating pipes 22, and each of the third heating pipes 23 substantially coincides with the width direction of the blanket body 1. So that the first heating pipes 21, the second heating pipes 22 and the third heating pipes 23 are horizontally arranged at intervals.
It should be noted that the width direction of the blanket body 1 can be understood as the direction from left to right of the heating blanket shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the area of the first region 11 may be smaller than the area of the third region 13, and the area of the third region 13 may be smaller than the area of the second region 12. The area of the third region 13 may be equal to the area of the first region 11, greater than the area of the first region 11, or less than the area of the first region 11.
The sizes of the first region 11, the second region 12 and the third region 13 can be adjusted according to the area of the human body region to be carried. For example, when first region 11 carries the head, third region 13 carries the feet, and second region 12 carries the torso, the area required for second region 12 is the largest, while the area required for first region 11 and third region 13 is smaller.
In one embodiment, the heating blanket further comprises a heating part (not shown in the figure) connected to the heating pipe 2 for heating the heating liquid conveyed in the heating pipe 2.
In one example, the heating part may be connected to the first inlet pipe 3, the second inlet pipe 5, and the third inlet pipe 7 mentioned in the above embodiments, for inputting the heated heating liquid thereto.
In one example, the heating part may be disposed in the carpet body 1 or disposed outside the carpet body 1, and the specific disposition position is selected and adjusted as needed, which is not particularly limited herein. The heating portion may be any heating device in the related art as long as heating of the heating liquid can be achieved, and the structure thereof is not particularly limited.
In one embodiment, the heating liquid is circulated within the body 1. For example, the heating liquid flowing in from the first zone flows through the second zone and the third zone, and then is discharged from the third zone. The discharged heating liquid is returned to the first zone to be circulated again.
In one embodiment, the heating blanket of the above embodiments of the present application may be a water heating blanket.
This application arranges through the differentiation of first hot-water heating pipe 21, second hot-water heating pipe 22 and third hot-water heating pipe 23, and the density of the hot-water heating pipe in human core position (human heart) place region when having reduced the sleep is favorable to the heat dissipation of sleep in-process, increases the density of the hot-water heating pipe of human distal end position (foot) simultaneously, is favorable to the fast heating up of sleep in-process foot, promotes the sleep.
