Referring to fig. 2-3 and 9-13, fig. 9 is an assembled state diagram of the housing 20 and the key 50 in fig. 1; fig. 10 is a perspective sectional view of the housing 20 and the key 50 in fig. 9; fig. 11 is an enlarged view of portion XI in fig. 10; FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XII-XII in FIG. 1; fig. 13 is an enlarged view of XIII in fig. 12. When the key 50 is assembled to the housing 20, the sealing ring 55 is sleeved in the positioning groove 545 of the key post 54, one end of the key post 54 away from the abutting piece 543 passes through the key pressing groove 22 and is inserted into the through hole 222 of the housing 20, and the sealing ring 55 is clamped between the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 222 and the key post 54, so that the sealing ring 55 seals the through hole 222; clamping the clamping blocks 563 of the connecting pads 56 in the positioning holes 5105 of the key body 51; one ends of the two elastic members 57 are respectively clamped in the connecting holes 5107 of the two connecting cylinders 5106; the connecting leg 511 of the key main body 51 is inserted into the guide groove 23 through the key slot 22, the hook 512 is inserted into the accommodating groove 25 through the key slot 22, the connecting rod 531 of the locking member 53 is inserted into the positioning hole 252 from the front of the housing 20 and is inserted into the limiting groove 5125 of the hook 512, the sliding guide surface 5331 has a guiding function so that the positioning portion 533 can be inserted into the positioning hole 252 more easily until the positioning portion 533 passes through the positioning hole 252 on the front of the housing 20 and is positioned in the positioning hole 252, and at this time, the locking member 53 is inserted into the limiting groove 5125 of the hook 512.
At this time, the key body 51 is slidably mounted in the key slot 22, the connecting leg 511 can slide along the guide slot 23, the hook 512 can slide along the accommodating slot 25, and the elastic member 57 elastically pushes the key body 51, so that the connecting leg 511 and the hook 512 respectively push against the stopping table 232 and the locking member 53, and the connecting leg 511 and the hook 512 are respectively limited in the guide slot 23 and the accommodating slot 25. When the locking member 53 is positioned in the positioning hole 252, one end of the positioning portion 533 is in interference fit with the positioning hole 252 to perform a limiting function, so as to prevent the key main body 51 from being separated from the housing 20 due to the fact that the locking member 23 falls off and becomes loose in the subsequent use or falling process of the electronic device 100, thereby improving the connection reliability of the key 50, i.e., the connection of the key 50 is firmer. In addition, since the positioning portion 533 is a protrusion protruding from the outer periphery of the connecting rod 531, when the locking member 53 is assembled in place, there is a noticeable feeling of frustration, and it is easier for an installer to determine whether the locking member 53 is assembled in place; and the locking piece 53 is highly reworkable and has no influence on after-sales repair.
Because the button 50 only need through a locking part 53 can install steadily in casing 20, compare the button structure in prior art and need use a plurality of pins just can install to the casing, the utility model discloses an equipment easy operation of button 50, man-hour is short to promote packaging efficiency. In addition, compared with the blind installation of the pin and the pin hole in the prior art, the pin cannot be quickly and accurately inserted into the pin hole, and the phenomenon that the pin cannot be assembled in place possibly occurs, so that the hand feeling and the use of the key are influenced; locking part 53 with key main part 51's spacing groove 5125 cooperation and location key main part 51 extremely casing 20, spacing groove 5125's width is far greater than locking part 53's external diameter, consequently, can wear to locate the spacing groove with locking part 53 fast accurately, reduce the installer operation degree of difficulty and activity duration, promote the packaging efficiency, and avoid appearing the unable image that targets in place of assembling, improve the quality that the button was felt and was used.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, fig. 14 is a schematic view illustrating a pressed state of the key structure in fig. 12; fig. 15 is an enlarged view of the XV portion in fig. 14. When the key structure is used, the outer surface 5102 of the key main body 51 is pressed to drive the key main body 51 to slide in the key groove 22 to the receiving space 205 relative to the housing 20, the key main body 51 drives the connecting pin 511 and the hook 512 to synchronously slide along the guide groove 23 and the receiving groove 25 respectively, and meanwhile, the key main body 51 pushes against the connecting pad 56 to drive the key post 54 to slide along the through hole 222 to the receiving space 205 until the key post 54 pushes against a corresponding switch, so that the switch is turned on or turned off; the two elastic members 57 are pressed to be elastically deformed, and the seal ring 55 is elastically deformed. When the pressing on the key main body 51 is released, the two elastic members 57 elastically return to push the key main body 51 to slide and return away from the accommodating space 205 until the connecting legs 511 stop against the stopping table 232 and the hooks 512 stop against the locking members 53, so as to prevent the key main body 51 from being separated from the housing 20; the connecting pad 56 is far away from the key post 54, and the sealing ring 55 elastically resets to drive the key post 54 to reset, that is, the key post 54 releases the push against the switch.
In other embodiments, the connecting pads 56 can be omitted, and the key posts 54 are integrated with the key main body 51. Specifically, the key post 54 and the key main body 51 may be fixedly connected by clamping, gluing, or screwing; or the key post 54 and the key main body 51 may be integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 16, fig. 16 is a perspective cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the fastener of the present invention. The structure of the locking piece 53a is similar to that of the locking piece 53, except that: the positioning portions 533a of the locking member 53a are respectively provided with inclined sliding guide surfaces 5331 along two opposite sides of the connecting rod 531 in the axial direction, and the sliding guide surfaces 5331 facilitate the positioning portions 533a to penetrate through the positioning holes 252 of the housing 20. Specifically, the positioning portion 533a is a protrusion surrounding one end of the outer periphery of the connecting rod 531, an axis of the protrusion is collinear with an axis of the connecting rod 531, and the two opposite sides of the protrusion along the axial direction are respectively provided with the sliding guide surfaces 5331. The positioning portion 533a further includes a connecting surface 5332 connected between the two sliding guide surfaces 5331, and the connecting surface 5332 is coaxial with the outer peripheral surface of the connecting rod 531. Each guiding sliding surface 5331 is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the connecting rod 531 in a smooth transition manner.
The above is an implementation manner of the embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and decorations can be made without departing from the principles of the embodiments of the present invention, and these improvements and decorations are also considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
