Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an air treatment device. The air treatment apparatus includes an apparatus main body; a decorative panel movably connected with the apparatus body; one of the decoration panel and the equipment main body comprises a magnet, the other comprises an induction switch assembly, when the decoration panel is switched to a covering and closing state relative to the equipment main body, the induction switch assembly is switched to a conducting state, the air treatment equipment is in a standby state, when the decoration panel is switched to an opening state relative to the equipment main body, the induction switch assembly is switched to a power-off state, and the air treatment equipment is in a closing state.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of terminal technology, and in particular, to an air processing device.
Background
When repairing air handling equipment such as a wall-mounted air conditioner or a cabinet air conditioner, it is usually necessary to first uncover a panel of the equipment and then repair the internal components.
In the related art, after-sale maintenance or cleaning, power is cut off by plugging and unplugging the socket by after-sale personnel or users, electric shock is prevented, when the after-sale personnel or the users forget to disconnect the socket, the electric shock is easily caused, and the safety is low.

a decorative panel movably connected with the apparatus body;
one of the decoration panel and the equipment main body comprises a magnet, the other one of the decoration panel and the equipment main body comprises an inductive switch assembly, when the decoration panel is switched to a covering state relative to the equipment main body, the inductive switch assembly is switched to a conducting state, the air treatment equipment is in a standby state, when the decoration panel is switched to an opening state relative to the equipment main body, the inductive switch assembly is switched to a power-off state, and the air treatment equipment is in a closing state.
Optionally, the decorative panel includes:
a panel main body;
the display assembly, the display assembly with the panel main part is connected, the display assembly include the circuit board with the inductive switch subassembly, the inductive switch subassembly set up in the circuit board.
Optionally, the device main body includes a magnet and a mounting groove, and the magnet is in interference fit with the mounting groove.

The decorative panel 2 can be rotatably connected with the device body 1, or the decorative panel 2 can be slidably connected with the device body 1, or the decorative panel 2 can be detachably connected with the device body 1, and the motion connection mode of the decorative panel 2 and the device body 1 is not limited by the disclosure.
The air processing device 100 may further include an ultraviolet sterilization module (not shown), the decoration panel 2 may include an inductive switch assembly 21, the inductive switch assembly 21 may be electrically connected to the ultraviolet sterilization module, the device body 1 may include a magnet 11, when the decoration panel 2 is switched to a closed state with respect to the device body 1, the magnet 11 is close to the inductive switch assembly 21, the inductive switch assembly 21 may be switched to a conducting state in response to a magnetic field of the magnet 11, and at this time, the ultraviolet sterilization module may be switched to a standby state, that is, at this time, a user may start a sterilization function of the ultraviolet sterilization module according to a requirement; when the decorative panel 2 is switched to the open state relative to the apparatus body 1, the magnet 11 is far away from the inductive switch assembly 21, the magnetic field is weakened, so that the inductive switch assembly 21 can be switched to the power-off state, the ultraviolet sterilization module is switched to the closed state, and at this time, the user cannot start the sterilization function of the air treatment apparatus 100. Therefore, after the decorative panel 2 is opened by a user or a maintenance worker, the inductive switch assembly 21 is powered off, and the ultraviolet sterilization module cannot emit ultraviolet light, so that the influence of the light on the health of the user can be avoided.
Of course, in other embodiments, the air processing apparatus 100 may further include other functional modules or a combination of other functional modules and an ultraviolet sterilization module, each functional module may be electrically connected to the inductive switch assembly 21, when the inductive switch assembly 21 is switched to the on state, each functional module may be switched to the standby state, the user may start the corresponding function according to the requirement, and when the inductive switch assembly 21 is switched to the off state, each functional module may be in the off state, so as to prevent the user or the maintenance person from getting an electric shock when cleaning or maintaining the air apparatus. The other functional modules may include a fan module and a compression module, and of course, may also include other functional modules, which are not limited in this application. In the above embodiments, the explanation has been given taking as an example that the apparatus body 1 may include the magnet 11 and the decorative panel 2 includes the inductive switch assembly 21. The display module 23 may be used to display the operation mode of the air treatment device 100, the wind condition, the bluetooth status, the device connection status, and other relevant conditions. Specifically, the display assembly 23 may include a circuit board 231, an inductive switch assembly 21 and a display unit 232, and both the display unit 232 and the inductive switch assembly 21 may be disposed on the circuit board 231 to transmit a control signal through the circuit board 231 to control the display unit 232 to display. As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the apparatus main body 1 may include a middle frame 13 and a mounting groove 12, and the mounting groove 12 may be formed on the middle frame 13, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the mounting groove 12 may be formed to be depressed inward from a surface of the middle frame 13 facing the decorative panel 2. The magnet 11 can be in interference connection with the mounting groove 12, so that the magnet 11 does not need to be fixed through other structural members, and the structure is simplified. The interference magnitude between the magnet 11 and the mounting groove 12 can be greater than or equal to 0.03mm and less than or equal to 0.05mm, so that the situation that the magnet 11 is installed unstably due to too small interference magnitude can be avoided, the situation that the interference magnitude is too large can be avoided, and the difficulty in dismounting the magnet 11 is improved. If this equipment main part 1 includes the inductive switch subassembly, in order to avoid interference to connect and cause the damage to the inductive switch subassembly, can adopt other limit baffle or positioning baffle to spacing the inductive switch subassembly in mounting groove 12. Because interference connection exists between magnet 11 and mounting groove 12, if rely on user's both hands alone to demolish magnet 11 and change and have certain degree of difficulty. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus body 1 may further include a tool opening 14 penetrating the side wall of the middle frame 13 to the mounting groove 12, and the size of the tool opening 14 may be smaller than that of the mounting groove 12 to prevent the magnet 11 from falling off from the tool opening 14. When the magnet 11 is disassembled, the magnet 11 can be ejected out by extending out a tool from the tool opening 14, so that the disassembling difficulty is reduced.
The middle frame 13 may further include a decoration groove 15, the decoration groove 15 may be concavely formed in the same direction as the mounting groove 12, and the decoration groove 15 may be disposed around the mounting groove 12, which may visually improve the aesthetic appearance.
In the above embodiments, the middle frame 13 including the mounting groove 12 is taken as an example for explanation. In fact, in other embodiments, the main body 1 may further include other accessories and a seat body for mounting the accessories, and the seat body may be recessed to form the mounting groove 12, and also may be recessed to form a decorative groove, for example, the accessories may include a lamp seat body of a cabinet air conditioner.

Claims (11)
1. An air treatment device, comprising:
an apparatus main body;
a decorative panel movably connected with the apparatus body;
one of the decoration panel and the equipment main body comprises a magnet, the other one of the decoration panel and the equipment main body comprises an inductive switch assembly, when the decoration panel is switched to a covering state relative to the equipment main body, the inductive switch assembly is switched to a conducting state, the air treatment equipment is in a standby state, when the decoration panel is switched to an opening state relative to the equipment main body, the inductive switch assembly is switched to a power-off state, and the air treatment equipment is in a closing state.
2. The air treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the decorative panel comprises:
a panel main body;
the display assembly, the display assembly with the panel main part is connected, the display assembly include the circuit board with the inductive switch subassembly, the inductive switch subassembly set up in the circuit board.
3. The air treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus body includes a magnet and a mounting slot, the magnet being an interference fit with the mounting slot.
4. The air treatment apparatus of claim 3, wherein the mounting slot includes a rib extending from an inner side of the mounting slot, the rib abutting the magnet.
5. The air treatment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the apparatus body includes a middle frame including the mounting groove; or,
the equipment main body comprises a matching part and a base body for installing the matching part, and the base body comprises the installation groove.
6. The air treatment apparatus of claim 3, wherein an interference of the magnet with the mounting slot is greater than or equal to 0.03mm and less than or equal to 0.05 mm.
7. The air treatment apparatus of claim 3, wherein the apparatus body further includes a tool port extending through to the mounting slot, the tool port having a size smaller than a size of the mounting slot.
8. The air treatment apparatus of claim 3, wherein the apparatus body further includes a decorative groove disposed around the mounting groove.
9. The air treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus body is slidably or rotatably connected to the trim panel; and/or the inductive switch assembly comprises a Hall switch assembly and/or a reed switch assembly.
10. The air treatment apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the inductive switch assembly comprises a plurality of functional modules, wherein the plurality of functional modules are electrically connected to the inductive switch assembly respectively, when the inductive switch assembly is in a conducting state, the plurality of functional modules are in a standby state, and when the inductive switch assembly is in a power-off state, the plurality of functional modules are in a closing state.
11. The air treatment apparatus of claim 10, wherein the plurality of functional modules includes at least one of an ultraviolet sterilization module, a compressor module, and a fan module.
