a pivot structure, which connects the support frame to the base plate, wherein the pivot structure comprises a shaft rod and a shaft cylinder, the shaft cylinder is wrapped on the shaft rod, a friction surface is formed on the outer edge of the shaft rod, a pressing surface is formed on the inner wall of the shaft cylinder, the pressing surface contacts the friction surface to position an included angle between the base plate and the support frame, and the included angle is smaller than 90 degrees.
2. The negative angle spindle support of claim 1, wherein: the shaft lever is arranged on the base plate, and the shaft cylinder is arranged on the supporting frame.
