3. The wrapping film take-up roll-change cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the cutter holder provided with the cutter is provided with a jack-up roll.
4. The packaging film take-up roll-change cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotary drive mechanism is a plurality of rotary drive cylinders;
the end part of the rotary driving cylinder is hinged with the conveying rack, and the end part of a piston rod of the rotary driving cylinder is hinged with the outer end face of the cutter frame.

and the cutter frame is provided with a guide sliding chute which extends along the width direction of the packaging film and is in sliding fit with the cutter sliding block.
6. The packaging film rolling, roll-changing and cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pinch roller driving mechanism comprises a pinch roller driving motor and two pinch roller driving gears which are meshed and connected;
the two pinch roller driving gears are respectively and fixedly connected with the two conveying pinch rollers in a coaxial way; the pinch roller driving motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the pinch roller driving gears.
7. The packaging film roll-changing cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer ends of the width adjusting studs extend out of the corresponding mounting plates and are connected with the width adjusting handwheels.

The packaging film roll-up roll-change cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveyor frame comprises two frame vertical plates distributed in parallel along the width direction of the packaging film; the vertical plate of the rack is provided with a through adjusting through hole, and adjusting seats are arranged at two ends of the adjusting through hole on the inner side and the outer side of the vertical plate of the rack;
a traction guide shaft with a central axis extending along the traction direction of the packaging film is arranged between the two adjusting seats on the inner side of the stand vertical plate of the stand;
a traction adjusting stud with a central axis extending along the traction direction of the packaging film is arranged between the two adjusting seats on the outer side of the stand vertical plate of the stand; two ends of the traction adjusting stud are rotatably connected with corresponding adjusting seats;
