Description

Cleaning device and surgical equipment
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a surgical instruments design field especially relates to cleaning device and surgical equipment.
Background
The ultrasonic scalpel has the advantages of small thermal injury, unobvious eschar phenomenon, no current passing through a human body and the like, so that the ultrasonic scalpel is more and more frequently applied to minimally invasive abdominal cavity surgery and is more and more favored by surgeons. However, there are still some disadvantages in the process of hemostasis by cutting with an ultrasonic knife:
during the cutting hemostasis process, certain smoke can be generated to influence the visual field of a doctor; when the tissue bleeds, the blood covers the pathological change tissue, the ultrasonic knife needs to be taken out, the ultrasonic knife can be implanted again after the bleeding part is washed and sucked, and the blood covers the pathological change tissue after the ultrasonic knife is implanted.
Therefore, starting from the actual requirements of the operation, a multifunctional ultrasonic knife needs to be designed, which not only can complete the original functions of separation, cutting and hemostasis of the ultrasonic knife, but also can realize the absorption of smoke and blood and the cleaning of the pathological tissue in the operation process.
At present, in the ultrasonic scalpel with the extraction and cleaning functions, a hollow guide pipe is mostly arranged in the original ultrasonic scalpel cutter rod and extends to the inside of the handle, and then the hollow guide pipe is connected with an external negative pressure device or a suction device, so that the suction or flushing function is realized. Because the cutter arbor of supersound sword comprises cavity outer tube, cavity inner tube and solid supersound cutter body triplex, then runs through the three at the other end through the pin, and then realizes being connected with outside rotary device, and when rotating rotary device, the pin can drive whole supersound cutter arbor and be 360 rotations. Under this kind of condition, no matter set up the cavity pipe and extend it to inside the handle between cavity outer tube and cavity inner tube or between cavity inner tube and solid supersound cutter body, can all hinder its rotatory operation when rotary device drives whole supersound sword cutter arbor and is rotary motion, and then the supersound sword cutter arbor can't realize 360 rotations for the original partial function of supersound sword loses: the tool bit of the ultrasonic knife can not be freely adjusted in a rotating way. For example, if the circumferential direction of the cutter head has a certain angle difference with the diseased tissue during operation, the cutter head needs to be rotated to be opposite to the diseased tissue, although the operation is performed by using the ultrasonic knife under the assistance of an imaging system, in such a situation, the doctor can only try to rotate towards one direction firstly, and then rotate in the opposite direction when the cutter head rotates to the limit position and still cannot be opposite to the diseased tissue until the cutter head is opposite to the diseased tissue, the process changes the original operation habit of the doctor, directly reduces the operation efficiency, and the operation implementation quality is not good.
