When cleaning and maintenance, the receiving seat 6 is simply unscrewed from the outer cutter seat 37, and the positioning cover 34 is loosened, so that the entire set including the transmission shaft 31 and the inner cutter disc 36 can be removed, and the inner cutter disc 36 and the outer cutter disc 38 can be conveniently cleaned.
