the first filling cavity is filled with multiple layers of first 3D material layers, the multiple layers of first 3D material layers are overlapped to form a supine region, the supine region is provided with a groove for accommodating a head, the front side and the rear side of the groove are respectively provided with a first neck protection part and a second neck protection part,

a plurality of layers of second 3D material layers are filled in the second filling cavity, the plurality of layers of second 3D material layers are overlapped to form a second side sleeping area,

and a plurality of layers of third 3D material layers are filled in the third filling cavity, and the plurality of layers of the third 3D material layers are overlapped to form a third side sleeping area.

2. The 3D pillow of claim 1, wherein the second side sleeping area, the third side sleeping area are each taller than the back sleeping area.

3. The 3D pillow of claim 1, wherein the supine zone is an isosceles trapezoid.

4. The 3D pillow of claim 1, wherein the first neck guard portion has a height that is lower than a height of the second neck guard portion.

5. The 3D pillow according to claim 1, wherein the bottom edge of the pillow case is provided with a fixation strip.
