First gasket 1312 is preferably a counter bore type gasket, and the head of screw 1311 can sink into first gasket 1312, so that screw 1311 does not protrude outwards, and therefore, a photographer can avoid being scratched by screw 1311 when rotating turntable 12 by hand, and safety factor is improved.
After the rotating disc 12 is rotated to a desired position, the head 133 is tightened, and as the rod 132 is further screwed into the limiting column 114, the head 133 can press the rotating disc 12 tightly, so that the position between the rotating disc 12 and the annular housing 111 is locked.
