Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
[ first embodiment ] A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a curtain control device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the curtain control device 100 includes: the reel assembly 10, the driving motor 20 in transmission connection with the reel assembly 10, the driver 40 in electric connection with the driving motor 20, and the power supply 30 in electric connection with the driver 40. Wherein power supply 30 comprises a 21700 standard lithium battery.
Wherein, each 21700 standard lithium battery is a cylindrical battery with the diameter of 21mm and the height of 70mm, the voltage of the cylindrical battery is 3.7V +/-0.1V, and the battery capacity is 4000-4800 mAh. The power supply 30 may be one or more than two 21700 standard lithium batteries. Of course, the power source 30 can also be a battery pack consisting of two 21700 standard lithium batteries connected in series, and in this case, the battery capacity of the power source 30 is 29.6-35.52 Wh.
At present, the price of one 21700 standard lithium battery is about 10 yuan, the price of a protection board adopted by a battery pack consisting of two 21700 standard lithium batteries connected in series is about 2 yuan, the total price of a power supply 30 is about 22 yuan, the total length of the power supply is 150mm, and the maximum total capacity of the power supply can reach 35.52 Wh.
Compared with the currently adopted three-section series 18650 standard lithium battery (the diameter of a single 18650 standard lithium battery is 18mm, the height is 65mm, and the battery capacity is about 2600 mAh), the length of the battery can reach 200mm, but the battery capacity is 28.86 Wh; the manufacturing cost of a single 18650 standard lithium battery is about 8 yuan, but the manufacturing cost of a protection board adopted by three 18650 standard lithium batteries connected in series is about 15 yuan, so the manufacturing cost of the three 18650 standard lithium batteries connected in series is as high as about 39 yuan.
Therefore, the battery pack formed by 21700 standard lithium batteries, particularly two standard lithium batteries connected in series is used as the power supply 30, so that the occupied size is small, the electric quantity is more, the charging period can be half a year or even one year, and meanwhile, the cost is low, and the safety performance is good.

Further, in order to enable the second mounting member 13 to be well connected between the mounting seat 11 and the driving motor 20, a limiting structure may be provided at the connection position thereof. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the second installation position 12 is provided with a first limiting member 11-21, the second installation member 13 is provided with a limiting opening 13-1 corresponding to the first end portion thereof, and when the first end portion of the second installation member 13 is sleeved on the second installation position 12, the first limiting member 11-21 is matched with the limiting opening 13-1; referring to fig. 4, similarly, the driving motor 20 is provided with a second limiting member 21, and a second end portion opposite to the second mounting member 13 is also provided with a limiting opening 13-1, which are also matched and connected, and will not be described again.
