In order to prevent the zipper 103 from clamping the second fabric 102 in the opening and closing process, in the embodiment of the application, a clamping preventing member 1021 is further disposed at the edge of the second fabric 102 corresponding to the zipper 103, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the second limiting portion 22 is used for supporting the side edge of the second fabric 102 along the sewing direction of the zipper 103, the clamping preventing member 1021 is wrapped on the side edge of the second fabric 102, and the inner diameter of the second limiting portion 22 is matched with the side edge of the second fabric 102 wrapped with the clamping preventing member 1021. When the second fabric 102 wrapped with the clamping preventing piece 1021 is sewn with the zipper 103 to form a garment, and the zipper 103 is used for sliding opening and closing, the second fabric 102 is not clamped by the zipper 103 due to the existence of the clamping preventing piece 1021.
Meanwhile, the anti-pinch device 1021 can increase the size of the side of the second fabric 102, so that the size of the second limiting portion 22 is improved. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the inner diameter of the second position-limiting portion 22 matches the side of the second fabric 102 wrapped with the anti-pinch device 1021. Preferably, the inner diameter of the second position-limiting portion 22 is slightly larger than the thickness of the side of the second fabric 102 wrapped with the anti-pinch member 1021, so that the second fabric 102 wrapped with the anti-pinch member 1021 can more easily pass through the first position-limiting groove 2.
In the embodiment, the anti-pinch device 1021 is a cotton rope, but may be other devices, such as a plastic tube with a diameter of 1.2mm, a hemp rope, etc.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the first limiting groove 2 is further provided with an inlet sloping plate 211, the inlet sloping plate 211 is formed by extending and inclining from the side edge of the second base plate 21 at the second inlet toward the direction away from the second base plate 21, and the inlet sloping plate 211 inclines toward the limiting plate 1 (i.e., the inlet sloping plate 211 inclines downward to the right in fig. 3).
Because the entrance sloping plate 211 is located at the second entrance of the first limiting groove 2 and has a certain inclination angle with the second substrate 21, when a user needs to pass the second fabric 102 through the first limiting groove 2, the second fabric 102 can be put on the entrance sloping plate 211 first and then pushed into the first limiting groove 2, so that the second fabric 102 can be aligned to the second entrance of the first limiting groove 2 more easily and can enter the first limiting groove 2 more easily.
Preferably, the inlet sloping plate 211 is tongue-shaped, that is, the exposed corners of the inlet sloping plate 211 are rounded, so that when the second fabric 102 enters the first limiting groove 2, the fabric is not scratched, and a user is not accidentally injured.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second limiting groove 3 is disposed above the first limiting groove 2, and the second limiting groove 3 includes: a third base plate 31 and a fourth stopper portion 32, the fourth stopper portion 32 being formed by bending and extending the third base plate 31 in the direction away from the first stopper groove 2 and in the direction of the inside of the second stopper groove 3 from the third side edge in the sewing direction of the slide fastener 103; and a fifth stopper 33, the fifth stopper 33 being formed by bending and extending the fourth side edge of the third base plate 31 in the sewing direction of the slide fastener 103 in a direction away from the first stopper groove 3 and in a direction toward the inside of the second stopper groove 3; the third side edge and the fourth side edge are arranged oppositely.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4, the third side refers to a side of the second limiting groove 3 above the third limiting portion 23 (i.e. the left side of the second limiting groove 3 in fig. 7), and the fourth side refers to a side of the second limiting groove 3 above the second limiting portion 22 (i.e. the right side of the second limiting groove 3 in fig. 7).
In the embodiment of the present application, the third base plate 31 is used for placing the zipper 103, the fourth position-limiting portion 32 is used for positioning the fastener tape side of the zipper 103, the fifth position-limiting portion 33 is used for positioning the side of the teeth of the zipper 103, that is, the second position-limiting groove 3 is used for positioning the zipper 103, so that the teeth side of the zipper 103 is aligned with the second fabric 102 on the side of the second position-limiting portion 22, the fastener tape side of the zipper 103 is aligned with the second fabric 102 on the side of the third position-limiting portion 23, or the fastener tape side of the zipper 103 is aligned with the first fabric 101 on the side of the first position-limiting portion 12. That is, the second limiting groove 3 is used for aligning the zipper 103 with other fabrics, so that a user does not need to align the zipper 103 with other fabrics manually at any time, the zipper 103 can be always aligned with other fabrics, and the sewing efficiency and quality are improved.
It should also be appreciated that the second position-limiting portion 22 and the fifth position-limiting portion 33 are aligned, and when the clamping-preventing member 1021 is provided on the second fabric 102, that is, one side of the fastener element is aligned with one side of the clamping-preventing member 1021.
In order to make the fastener elements smoothly pass through the second limiting groove 3, in the embodiment of the present application, the fifth limiting portion 33 is used to abut against the side of the slide fastener 103 having the fastener elements, and the inner diameter of the fifth limiting portion 33 is matched with the fastener elements.
Because the zipper teeth have certain thickness, when the inner diameter size of the fifth limiting part 33 is matched with the zipper teeth, the zipper teeth can be clamped into the fifth limiting part 33, so that the zipper 103 is kept horizontally placed, when the zipper 103 is pulled out from the third outlet of the second limiting groove 3, the zipper 103 is in a horizontal state, the zipper is convenient to sew with other fabrics, and the condition that the sewing thread is twisted or the zipper is curled is not suitable to occur.
Referring to fig. 3, the limiting plate 1 is disposed in an inclined manner relative to the first limiting groove 2 and the second limiting groove 3, the limiting plate 1 is located at one end of the first outlet, the first limiting groove 2 is located at one end of the second outlet, and the second limiting groove 3 is located at one end of the third outlet, and the limiting plate 1 is located at one end of the first inlet, the first limiting groove 2 is located at one end of the second inlet, and the second limiting groove 3 is located at one end of the second inlet.
In the embodiment of the present application, the limiting plate 1 is relatively inclined to the first limiting groove 2 and the second limiting groove 3, and the outlets of the limiting plate 1, the first limiting groove 2 and the second limiting groove 3 are close to or contact with each other, and the inlets thereof are far away from each other. The outlets are close to or in contact with each other, so that the first fabric 101, the second fabric 102 and the zipper 103 are neatly attached when being pulled out of the pull cylinder, the fabrics are convenient to sew and keep aligned with the zipper, and the sewing quality is improved; the inlets are far away, and the three inlets are staggered by a certain space, so that the first fabric 101, the second fabric 102 and the zipper 103 can be conveniently placed in the inlets respectively.
Further, the pull cylinder 100 further comprises a first adjusting plate 5, and the first adjusting plate 5 is respectively and fixedly connected with the limiting plate 1 and the second limiting groove 3; the first adjusting plate 5 is further provided with a first adjusting hole 51 perpendicular to the sewing direction of the zipper 103, and the first adjusting plate 5 adjusts the positions of the limiting plate 1 and the second limiting groove 3 in the sewing direction perpendicular to the zipper 103 through the first adjusting hole 51.
In this embodiment of the application, the first adjusting plate 5 is fixedly connected with the limiting plate 1 and the second limiting groove 3, and the first adjusting hole 51 perpendicular to the sewing direction of the zipper 103 is formed in the first adjusting plate 5, so that a user can adjust the position of the pull cylinder 100 by adjusting the position of the first adjusting plate 5 according to actual needs, and specifically, the position of the pull cylinder 100 perpendicular to the sewing direction of the zipper 103 on the workbench of the sewing device can be adjusted by adjusting the fixed position of the first adjusting hole 51 on the workbench of the sewing device. Wherein, the first adjusting plate 5 is fixed on the workbench of the sewing device by using screws through the first adjusting holes 51, preferably, the embodiment of the present application is fixed by 2 screws, and of course, 3, 4, 5 or more screws may be used for fixing, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.

When the first adjusting plate 5 is connected by a bolt, the first adjusting plate 5 with different sizes can be replaced by detaching the first adjusting plate 5, and the pull cylinder 100 can be detached and stored conveniently; the second connecting plate 42 is located below the first substrate 11, so that the first substrate 11 can be protected, the abrasion of the first substrate can be prevented, and the service life of the first substrate can be prolonged.
In the present embodiment, the pull cylinder 100 further includes a second regulation plate 6; the second adjusting plate 6 is partially overlapped with the first adjusting plate 5 and is movably connected to the first adjusting hole 5, a second adjusting hole 61 parallel to the sewing direction of the zipper is formed in the second adjusting plate 6, and the positions of the limiting plate 1 and the second limiting groove 3 in the sewing direction parallel to the zipper 103 are adjusted through the second adjusting hole 61 by the second adjusting plate 6.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the second adjusting plate 6 is provided with the second adjusting hole 61 parallel to the sewing direction of the zipper 103, and the second adjusting plate 6 is connected with the first adjusting plate 5, the position of the first adjusting plate 5 connected therewith along the sewing direction of the zipper 103, that is, the position of the entire draw tube on the workbench of the sewing apparatus, can be adjusted through the second adjusting hole 61.
As an alternative embodiment, the second adjusting plate 6 can be fixed on the workbench of the sewing machine by screws passing through the second adjusting holes 61, so that the position of the pull cylinder 100 cannot be moved during the use process, preferably, 2 screws are used for fixing in the embodiment of the present application, and of course, 3, 4, 5 and more screws can be used for fixing, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.

when the first fabric, the second fabric and the zipper are in a pulled-out state, the zipper is aligned with the second fabric along the sewing direction of the zipper, and/or the zipper is aligned with the first fabric along the sewing direction of the zipper, so that the zipper, the first fabric and the second fabric are sewn into an integral structure at one time.

The pulling cylinder according to claim 1, wherein the limiting plate is disposed in a relatively inclined manner with respect to the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove, the limiting plate is disposed at one end of the first outlet, the first limiting groove is disposed at one end of the second outlet, the second limiting groove is disposed at one end of the third outlet, and the limiting plate is disposed at one end of the first inlet, the first limiting groove is disposed at one end of the second inlet, and the second limiting groove is disposed at one end of the second inlet.
