Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of biomedical experimental apparatus, concretely relates to beat printer head part, beat printer head device, installation calibration subassembly, it is used for the typewriter ribbon printer, still relates to the typewriter ribbon printer.
Background
The ribbon printer is a technical machine which takes a ribbon as a printing consumable material, can automatically add information marks in a marking area of a medium to be printed and can ensure that marking information can be reliably stored for a long time, and is commonly used in the field of biomedicine. The working principle of ribbon printing is that a ribbon printing head heated by machinery and circuit control directly presses a specific ribbon on a marking area of a medium to be printed to increase information marks. The color tape is usually a common wax-based carbon tape, a mixed-based carbon tape, a resin-based carbon tape, etc. The medium to be printed is usually a glass slide for medical use, an embedding box made of plastic, or the like.
The printhead is typically comprised of a heating circuit and a hard ceramic head. When printing, the printing head needs to be kept relatively parallel to the marking surface of the medium to be printed, and the printing head presses the ink ribbon on the marking surface with certain pre-pressure. The parallelism of the print head to the label side of the media to be printed is a technical key to the high definition print quality of ribbon printers. On the one hand, the marking surface of the medium to be printed must have certain errors in the production process, so the printing head needs to adapt to the manufacturing errors of the medium to be printed. On the other hand, the printing head is worn during printing, and the printing head is usually required to be replaced after the service life of the printing head is reached; depending on the actual user usage, it is often necessary to replace a new printhead in the order of a year. Therefore, the print head assembly of the ribbon printer needs to meet the requirement of convenient and quick replacement on the spot of a user and on-site debugging and calibration after replacement.
CN107284045A relates to a ribbon type slide printing device, which comprises a preheating mechanism, a printing mechanism, a slide conveying mechanism, a discharging and stacking mechanism, etc., and prints after preheating the slide, so as to improve the printing quality. Because the printing mechanism of the device directly installs the printing head on a main frame, when the slide to be printed is inclined at a small angle in the printing process, the printing head cannot be automatically adjusted to eliminate the gap between the printing plane of the printing head and the marking plane of the slide, and the situation of low printing quality is easily caused.
CN103201115A relates to a color printer system for organizing specimen slides, which comprises a specimen receiving structure, an ink receiving device, a print head, a drive mechanism and a control system, which employs special multi-color grid color bands to achieve the effect of color printing. The printing head of the device has a printing adjustment design, but no related printing head replacement debugging design exists, and in actual use, a professional maintainer is required to disassemble the whole printer to replace and calibrate the printer when the printing head is replaced, so that the printing head is difficult to rapidly finish on a user site.
CN 110228301B relates to a typewriter ribbon slide printer, including a piece unit, a transport unit, a printer head unit, a printing positioning unit, a typewriter ribbon unit and a receipts piece unit etc. through setting up the piece unit and setting up to allow slide side stack to put to improve slide piece effect, satisfy slide quick, high-quality printing demand. The print head unit in this device includes a print head support for automatic correction during printing, but cannot be calibrated on site at the user when the print head is replaced, and usually needs to be returned to the factory for re-assembly and calibration, increasing the maintenance cost of the machine.
