A. the waste hydrochloric acid, zinc dust, industrial ammonia water, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and a PAM aqueous solution are mixed according to the weight fraction and are respectively and sequentially conveyed to a waste hydrochloric acid storage tank 5, a zinc dust storage bin 8, an industrial ammonia water storage tank 6, a hydrogen peroxide storage tank 7, a defoaming agent storage barrel and a PAM aqueous solution storage barrel for later use, and the hydrogen peroxide mixed according to the weight fraction is diluted by adding purified water according to the proportion of 1:1 to obtain hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 14% (mass percentage) for later use;

J. observing the pH value in the neutralization reaction tank 1 and reaction products of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride; during the continuous neutralization reaction in the neutralization reaction tank 1 for 6 hours, the pH value of the reaction mixed liquor in the neutralization reaction tank 1 is controlled between 4 and 5, and the pH value in the neutralization reaction tank is detected by pH test paper and compared with the pH value in the neutralization reaction tank displayed on a display screen of a main control operation box; when the reaction mixed liquor in the neutralization reaction tank 1 continuously performs neutralization reaction for 6 hours, observing that the color of the reaction mixed liquor in the neutralization reaction tank 1 is changed from gray to reddish brown, and finishing the reaction operation of waste hydrochloric acid, zinc dust and industrial ammonia water in the neutralization reaction tank; at the moment, hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 14 percent in the hydrogen peroxide storage tank 7 is completely extracted and conveyed into the neutralization reaction tank 1, the defoaming agent stored in the defoaming agent storage barrel is completely added into the neutralization reaction tank 1, and the PAM aqueous solution stored in the PAM aqueous solution storage barrel is completely added into the neutralization reaction tank 1 to obtain plating assistant mixed solution;
H. starting a diaphragm type plate-and-frame filter press 17, starting a pneumatic diaphragm pump 19 of a plating assistant agent mixed solution, pumping the plating assistant agent mixed solution in the neutralization reaction tank 1 to the diaphragm type plate-and-frame filter press 17, and performing filter pressing and desliming by the diaphragm type plate-and-frame filter press to obtain a plating assistant agent containing 450g/L zinc chloride and 150g/L ammonium chloride (see the following detailed description: batch detection report of hot galvanizing plating assistant solution finished product); conveying the plating assistant agent containing zinc chloride of 450g/L and ammonium chloride of 150g/L into a plating assistant agent finished product tank 2 by using a plating assistant agent output pipeline 20, completely conveying the plating assistant agent mixed solution in the neutralization reaction tank 1 into a diaphragm type plate-and-frame filter press 17, stopping aeration by an aeration working assembly 3 consisting of a valve, an aeration pipeline and a diaphragm tube type microporous aerator, and stopping a plating assistant agent mixed solution pneumatic diaphragm pump 19;

the hydrogen peroxide conveying device comprises a hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline, a hydrochloric acid conveying pipeline mounting support and a hydrogen peroxide pneumatic diaphragm pump, wherein the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline mounting support is mounted on a steel concrete floor between the neutralization reaction tank and the hydrogen peroxide storage tank, the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline is mounted on the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline mounting support, one end of the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline positioned on the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline mounting support extends into the hydrogen peroxide storage tank at a position close to the bottom of the hydrogen peroxide storage tank, the other end of the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline extends into the neutralization reaction tank, and the hydrogen peroxide pneumatic diaphragm pump is mounted on the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline positioned on the hydrogen peroxide conveying pipeline mounting support;
