Description

本实用新型涉及一种开水锅、壶的改进。
通常的开水锅壶均为平底,火焰中相当部分的热量从壶底外围逸出,锅壶热效率极低。为了克服平底锅壶的缺点,相继有多种节能锅壶问世,但其技术解决方案仅仅是扩大底部受热面积,使火焰能较多较长时间地与壶底接触。这种单靠增大受热面积的锅壶,其热效率提高幅度不大,且制作工艺较为复杂。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种利用被加热水循环来提高热效率,且制作工艺简便的节能锅、壶。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术措施来实现:壶(锅)的底部为一内凹面,在内凹面壶底中排列有三根以上通管,通管的两端分别与壶内沟通。通管可以是园管、方管或多面形管。
以下结合附图所示的实施例作详细描述。

实施例1,参看图1、图2,开水壶由壶体、壶嘴、壶盖组成壶,壶的底部为一内凹面1,该内凹面可以是直角内凹,弧形内凹。在内凹面壶底中排列有六根内径为一厘米的铝质通管2,通管的两端分别与壶体内沟通。通管的截面形状可以是园形、方形或其他多面形管。本实施例采用园形通管。烧开水时,火焰集中在壶底的内凹面中,以防止热量过多地从壶底外围散失,且内凹面壶底增加了火焰的燃烧接触面积。与此同时,内凹面中的通管中的水得到加热后,水温迅速增加。受热膨胀后的热水从通管流向壶内,壶内冷水同时补足到通管内。
由于设置在壶底的通管与火焰具有较大的接触面,且迅速将加热的水与壶内冷水进行循环换热,变单一增加受热面积为加大受热面积与循环加温相结合的加热方式,有效地提高了开水壶的热效率。且生产工艺简单,适合于工业化生产。
实施例2,如图3,将开水锅的底部设计成内凹面锅底1’,内凹面锅底内排列若干根通管2’,其原理同实施例1。

1、一种节能开水锅壶,包含壶或锅,其特征在于:壶或锅的底部为内凹面1,在内凹面壶底中排列有三根以上通管2,通管2的两端分别与壶内沟通。
2、如权利要求1所述的节能开水锅壶,其特征是所述通管2可以是园管、方管或多面形管。
