It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, a vehicle-mounted sunshade device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a sunshade assembly 110, a fixing member 140, and a clip 150, where the sunshade assembly 110 includes a roller blind receiver 120 and a sunshade 130, the sunshade 130 is selectively received in the roller blind receiver 120 or extends outward from the roller blind receiver 120, the sunshade 130 includes a first edge 131 and a second edge 132 oppositely disposed along a protruding direction Y, and the first edge 131 is connected to the roller blind receiver 120. The fixing member 140 is disposed on the second edge 132, the clamping seat 150 is disposed on the extending path of the sunshade 130, and the fixing member 140 is detachably connected to the clamping seat 150 through a snap fit and a magnetic attraction fit.
The sunshade 130 can be pulled out from the rolling curtain container 120, the clamping seat 150 is used for being fixed in the automobile and located on the extending path of the sunshade 130, namely, the sunshade 130 can be pulled out from the rolling curtain container 120 to the fixed position of the clamping seat 150, and then the fixing part 140 is clamped on the clamping seat 150, so that the sunshade 130 can be fixed on the clamping seat 150.
Illustratively, when the vehicle-mounted sunshade device 100 is used for sunshade of a front windshield of an automobile, the clamping seat 150 may be fixed on the front windshield or a rearview mirror in the automobile, and the fixing positions of the clamping seat 150 in the automobile are different, and the extending lengths of the sunshade curtains 130 are different, so that a user can select the fixing position of the clamping seat 150 in the automobile according to actual needs to pull out the sunshade curtains 130 appropriately, thereby reducing direct irradiation of sunlight to a front driver and passengers during driving, avoiding adverse reactions such as dazzling and the like, further ensuring driving safety, and avoiding over-high temperature in the automobile due to exposure of the automobile to sunlight during parking. When the clip 150 is fixed to the rearview mirror in the vehicle, the sunshade 130 is separated from the front windshield by the rearview mirror in the vehicle, thereby preventing the sunshade 130 from colliding with the front windshield. Meanwhile, the fixing member 140 is detachably connected to the clamping seat 150 through two ways of snap fit and magnetic attraction, which not only improves the reliability of connection between the fixing member 140 and the clamping seat 150, so that the fixing member 140 and the clamping seat 150 are not easy to loosen or shake, but also facilitates the user to detach the fixing member 140 from the clamping seat 150 to recycle the sunshade curtain 130 into the rolling curtain storage member 120. Of course, the vehicle-mounted sunshade device 100 can also be used for the rear windshield or the side glass of the vehicle, and at this time, the clamping seat 150 can be fixed on the rear windshield or the side glass, or can be fixed on the body of the vehicle.
In another embodiment of the present application, the fixing element 140 may also be a suction cup and directly fixed to the rearview mirror in the automobile by suction, and the clamping seat 150 is not required to be provided. The fixing member 140 is disposed at the second edge 132, and is used for directly fixing the sunshade 110 extending outward from the rolling shutter receiver 120 to a rear view mirror in the vehicle. Therefore, the sunshade 130 is separated from the front windshield by the rearview mirror in the automobile, so that the collision between the sunshade 130 and the front windshield can be avoided, and the same technical problems as those of the above embodiment are solved.
In this embodiment, the number of the fixing members 140 may include one or more, and the number of the clamping seats 150 is the same as the number of the fixing members 140. Of course, the number of the clip assemblies 170 may be one as long as the contact area of one clip assembly 170 with the roller blind receiver 120 is sufficient to keep the vehicle sunshade 100 balanced.
Referring to fig. 6, the rolling shutter receiver 120 may include a rolling shutter cylinder 121 and a rotating sleeve 122 rotatably disposed in the rolling shutter cylinder 121, wherein a first edge 131 is connected to the rotating sleeve 122, and an extending direction of the first edge 131 and an extending direction of a second edge 132 (see fig. 1) are both aligned with an axial direction of the rotating sleeve 122. The sunshade 130 can be wound around the outer circumference of the rotation sleeve 122 by rotating the rotation sleeve 122, thereby housing the sunshade 130 in the roller shade cylinder 121.
The clip assembly 170 may include a sliding buckle 171, a connecting housing 172 and a clip 173, the sliding buckle 171 and the clip 173 are disposed on the connecting housing 172, the sliding buckle 171 is slidably fastened outside the roller shade 121, and the clip 173 is used for clipping the sun visor of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the connecting housing 172 may include a first housing 1721 and a second housing 1722 detachably connected to each other, and the sliding buckle 171 and the clamping member 173 are clamped between the first housing 1721 and the second housing 1722.
The first housing 1721 may include a first housing body portion 1723 and a first housing bending portion 1724, where the first housing bending portion 1724 is connected to the first housing body portion 1723 at an angle; the second housing 1722 includes a second housing body portion 1725 and a second bending portion 1726, and the second bending portion 1726 is connected to the second housing body portion 1725 at an angle. The first housing body portion 1723 and the second housing body portion 1725 are disposed opposite to each other, and the clamping member 173 is clamped between the first housing body portion 1723 and the second housing body portion 1725; first casing bent portion 1724 and second bent portion 1726 are disposed opposite to each other, and sliding buckle 171 is clamped between first casing bent portion 1724 and second bent portion 1726.
In this embodiment, the first housing body portion 1723 and the first housing bending portion 1724 are both substantially plate-shaped structures, and an included angle between the first housing body portion 1723 and the first housing bending portion 1724 may be greater than or equal to 120 °. The second housing body portion 1725 and the second bending portion 1726 are both substantially plate-shaped structures, and an included angle between the second housing body portion 1725 and the second bending portion 1726 may be greater than or equal to 120 °.
The clamping member 173 may include a first strap 1731 and a second strap 1732, one ends of the first strap 1731 and the second strap 1732 are connected to the connection housing 172, and the other ends of the first strap 1731 and the second strap 1732, which are far away from the connection housing 172, may be connected to each other by a snap connection or a hook and loop fastener, so as to clamp the car sun visor together. For example, the snap connection of the first strap 1731 and the second strap 1732 may be a t-clip commonly used for backpack straps.
In this embodiment, first strap 1731 and second strap 1732 may be cortical straps or cloth band. In some embodiments, the clamping member 173 may also be a metal sheet made of a metal material or a plastic clip made of plastic, etc.
The clip assembly 170 may further include a cushion pad 174, the cushion pad 174 being attached to a side of the connection housing 172 facing the clip 173. The cushion pad 174 is used to contact with the sun visor to play a role of buffering, so as to prevent the connecting shell 172 from scratching the sun visor, and to make the clamping between the clamping assembly 170 and the sun visor more stable.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
