With respect to the related art among the above, the applicant believes that the following disadvantages exist: the first blade and the second blade are installed on the knife rest at intervals, when the knife rest rotates for a circle, two long strip-shaped grooves at intervals can be formed in the paper board, the dividing ruler is mainly used for determining the interval distance between the first blade and the second blade, but the dividing ruler is directly installed on the circumference of the knife rest, when the paper board passes through the lower portion of the knife rest, the dividing ruler is worn easily for a long time, workers cannot easily face the dividing ruler to install the first blade and the second blade on the knife rest, and the position of the knife is inconvenient to locate, so improvement is needed.

Wherein, the protection component 8 comprises: a fixed plate 81, an arc cover 82, a bolt 83, a fixed column 84 and a handle 85; the fixing plate 81 is arc-shaped, the three fixing columns 84 are integrally formed and fixed on one side face of the fixing plate 81, the three fixing columns 84 are arranged at intervals, three insertion holes 32 corresponding to the fixing columns 84 are formed in the other side wall of the cutter head 3, the three fixing columns 84 are inserted into the three insertion holes 32 in a matched mode, one side, provided with the fixing columns 84, of the fixing plate 81 is tightly attached to the side wall of the cutter head 3, the fixing plate 81 is assembled on the cutter head 3 in a threaded mode through two bolts 83, the fixing plate 81 is firmer in structure, the handle 85 is U-shaped, and the handle 85 is bonded on the other side face of the fixing plate 81 through strong glue; the cambered surface lateral wall of arc cover 82 sets up perpendicularly in the top of fixed plate 81, and arc cover 82 is fixed with fixed plate 81 integrated into one piece, and the lower surface laminating of arc cover 82 just covers scale 6 and arc recess 31 completely with the cambered surface periphery wall of blade disc 3, and wherein, arc cover 82 and fixed plate 81 are made by transparent ya keli board, even scale 6 is covered by arc cover 82, does not influence scale 6's normal use yet.
When the arc cover 82 is worn and needs to be replaced, the two bolts 83 are unscrewed, then the handle 85 is held to take down the fixing plate 81, when the arc cover is re-installed, the handle 85 is held to enable one side, provided with the fixing column 84, of the fixing plate 81 to be attached to the side wall of the cutter head 3, the fixing column 84 is inserted into the insertion hole 32, the fixing plate 81 is pre-fixed, then the fixing plate 81 is completely fixed on the cutter head 3 through the two bolts 83, after the fixing column 84 is pre-fixed, the bolts 83 are more convenient to screw, after the fixing plate 81 is fixed, the arc cover 82 at the top end of the fixing plate 81 can completely cover the scale 6 and the arc groove 31, the structure is simple, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
The implementation principle of the carton groover convenient to cutter location of this application embodiment is: the first blade 4 and the second blade 5 are firstly installed on the cutter head 3 through screws, the spacing distance between the first blade 4 and the second blade 5 is positioned through the graduated scale 6, after the cutter is installed, the paperboard is placed on a conveying platform and conveyed to the cutting roller 2 by a conveyor belt, slotting is carried out by a first blade 4 and a second blade 5, after the graduated scale 6 is embedded into the arc-shaped groove 31 on the cutter head 3 and then fixed by the two rivets 7, the graduated scale 6 is not easy to be worn by the paper board, which is convenient for the worker to position the cutter, the arrangement of the protective component 8 is double protection for the graduated scale 6, after the transparent arc cover 82 is fixed on the cutter head 3 through the fixing plate 81, cover scale 6 and arc recess 31 completely, scale 6 does not expose outside, is difficult to more by cardboard wearing and tearing, and is more to scale 6's protective effect, also makes things convenient for the location of cutter more.
