The resistance circuit 202 of the heating element 2 is printed on the surface of the insulating thin-walled tube 201 by adopting but not limited to thick-film printing, the adopted printing material comprises all metal slurry which can be used for conducting, such as silver, palladium and the like, and the key point of implementation is that the resistance is distributed in the whole area of the insulating thin-walled tube 201. The surface of the insulating thin-walled tube 201 is provided with a resistance circuit 202 and connecting electrodes 203 at two ends of the insulating thin-walled tube 201, wherein the resistance circuit 202 is fully covered from one end to the other end of the insulating thin-walled tube 201, and the connecting electrodes 203 are located in partial areas at two ends of the insulating thin-walled tube 201; in practical application, at least one hole needs to be formed in the connecting electrode 203 on the top of the insulating thin-walled tube 201, the connecting electrode 203 on the top is electrically connected with the second electrode 6 by filling a conductive material in the hole, the connecting electrode 203 at the tail end surrounds the local circumference of the surface of the whole insulating thin-walled tube 201, the connecting electrode 203 at the top end does not need to surround the local circumference of the surface of the whole insulating thin-walled tube 201, and as described above, the resistance circuit 202 is fully covered from one end of the insulating thin-walled tube 201 to the other end. In other words, in implementation, the connection electrode 203 is in a laminated relationship with the resistance circuit 202 on the surface of the insulating thin-walled tube 201, but not in an inclusion relationship, that is, the electrode region is not a part of the resistance heating region, and the electrode region is only used for conducting a resistance bipolar circuit, and cannot affect the overall coverage of the resistance heating region from one end to the other end on the surface of the insulating thin-walled tube 201. The effect of the design implementation is that the resistance circuit 202 which covers from one end of the insulating thin-wall tube 201 to the other end presents a complete temperature field during working, two-section temperature cannot be caused due to the loss of local resistance, and therefore all parts of tobacco products 8 in the heating cavity 7 are heated more uniformly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it is to be explained that the housing 1 includes an intermediate case 101, and a top cover 102 and a bottom cover 103 for closing both ends of the intermediate case 101, the top cover 102 is connected to the intermediate case 101 by magnets 18 in a like attraction manner, the intermediate case 101 includes left and right half cases connected by a snap, and the bottom cover 103 and the intermediate case 101 are also connected by the snap. In this way, the linear driving mechanism and other parts can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
