The disinfection and sterilization apparatus of claim 3, wherein the disinfection assembly further comprises a mounting rack for mounting the ultraviolet lamp, the mounting rack is mounted on each of the first side plate and the second side plate, the mounting rack comprises a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate spaced and arranged in parallel with the first fixing plate, the first fixing plate is provided with a first through hole, the second fixing plate is provided with a second through hole arranged corresponding to the first through hole, one end of the ultraviolet lamp passes through the first through hole and is fixed on the first fixing plate, and the other end of the ultraviolet lamp passes through the second through hole and is fixed on the second fixing plate.
