It should be noted that, in case of conflict, different features in the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other.
The Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) film has the characteristics of high light transmittance, good Adhesive strength and the like, and is widely used in the manufacturing process of the display screen and used for bonding different films of the display screen. For example, the optical film layer can be disposed between the display module and the cover plate for bonding the display module and the cover plate.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a partial film structure of a display screen 1 ', where the display screen 1' includes an optical film layer 10 ', a display module 20', and a cover plate 30 ', where the optical film layer 10' is located between the display module 20 'and the cover plate 30', the optical film layer 10 'is used to bond the display module 20' and the cover plate 30 ', and the cover plate 30' may be a transparent cover plate made of glass.
In the following, for example, the cover plate 30 'of the four-curved display screen is attached to the display module 20' (e.g., OLED module), wherein the four-curved display screen 1 'refers to the display screen 1' in which four sides of the display screen 1 'are all bent toward the back of the display screen 1'. The four sides of the cover plate 30 ' of the quadric display screen 1 ' have curved surfaces, when the display module 20 ' is completely attached to the cover plate 30 ', the optical adhesive film layers 10 ' positioned in four vertex angle areas of the display module 20 ' can be subjected to extrusion stress in two directions of the cover plate 30 ', and optical adhesive at a part of the optical adhesive film layers 10 ' can generate film layer redundancy relative to a plane protrusion where the optical adhesive film layers 10 ' are positioned under the action of the extrusion stress in two different directions.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a quadric display panel 1 'forming a film redundancy 101' in a corner region. The inventor finds that the film layer redundancy 101 'is approximately V-shaped, and gradually increases from the inside of the screen body of the display screen 1' to the edge of the screen body, so that cracks may be generated in the display screen 1 'after the film layer redundancy 101' is generated in the optical adhesive film layer 10 ', and finally, a cracking problem may occur, so that water vapor may penetrate into a visible Area (AA) through the cracks to cause poor light emission (such as black spots or light leakage), which may seriously affect the product performance and shorten the service life of the display screen 1'.
The inventor researches the above phenomena to find that the optical adhesive film layer is generally made of a flexible material, and the thickness of the optical adhesive film layer 10 'is generally thick (for example, greater than 100um), so that when the display module 20' is attached to the cover plate 30 ', film redundancy occurs when the optical adhesive film layer 10' is subjected to compressive stress in different directions.
In order to solve the technical problems, the inventor innovatively designs the following technical scheme that the absorption part is correspondingly arranged in the bendable region of the optical adhesive film layer to absorb film layer redundancy formed by extrusion stress of the optical adhesive film layer in the bendable region, which is acted on the optical adhesive film layer in different directions by the curved surface structure of the cover plate. Specific implementations of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In this embodiment, at least one of the four corners includes a bendable region 110, where the bendable region 110 refers to a region corresponding to a connection position where two adjacent side edges 101 of the optical film layer are connected by a connection portion 102 (e.g., an arc), and in this embodiment, it is preferable that all of the four corners include the bendable region 110.
The region 110 of can buckling can correspond the setting and be used for absorbing the portion 120 that absorbs the deformation that optical adhesive film layer 10 produced by compressive stress when the laminating, and portion 120 of absorbing is including being used for absorbing the accommodation space of optical adhesive film layer deformation, and this accommodation space extends to optical adhesive film layer 10 by the edge of the region 110 of can buckling, in this application embodiment, the outside profile of the region 110 of can buckling is corresponded in the edge of the region 110 of can buckling.
In the structure, set up absorbing part 120 in region 110 of can buckling, when bonding display module assembly and apron through above-mentioned optical cement film layer 10, the optical cement film layer 10 that is located region 110 of can buckling can produce deformation because of receiving the effect of the extrusion stress of apron curved surface structure in two not equidirectional, absorbing part 120 can absorb the deformation of optical cement film layer 10, make the optical cement film layer 10 that is located region 110 of can buckling can not form because of the effect of extrusion stress and be redundant for the bellied rete of optical cement film layer 10, the rete redundancy that the display screen that forms can not produce when laminating breaks after the laminating, avoid steam to permeate visual district through the crackle, ensure that the life of display screen can not shorten because of the rete redundancy that display module assembly and apron laminating in-process optical cement film layer 10 produced.
The absorbent member 120 will be described in detail with reference to the specific structure of the absorbent member 120 provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the absorption portion 120 may include a first side surface 1201 and a second side surface 1202, and the first side surface 1201 and the second side surface 1202 penetrate through the optical film layer 10, that is, a height of the first side surface 1201 and the second side surface 1201 in a thickness direction of the optical film layer 10 is the same as a thickness of the optical film layer 10. The first side 1201 and the second side 1202 extend from the edge of the bendable region 110 toward a direction away from the edge of the bendable region 110. The first side surface 1201 and the second side surface 1202 form an opening penetrating the optical adhesive film layer 10 in the thickness direction in the bendable region 110, and the opening is used as an accommodating space for absorbing deformation of the optical adhesive film layer.
