The diameter of the inner ring of the moving plate 4 is smaller than that of the outer ring of the fixed rod 5, and the diameter of the inner ring of the moving plate 4 is larger than that of the outer ring of the box body 1; the movable plate 4, the fixed rod 5 and the cleaning cotton 6 are all arranged into an arc shape matched with the box body 1, and the front ends and the rear ends of the push block 9 and the fixed rod 5 are all arranged into inclined shapes matched with each other; the distance between the inner end of the pulley 11 and the auxiliary rod 13 is larger than the distance between the connecting rod 12 and the bottom end of the accommodating groove 10, and the corners of the auxiliary rod 13 are all arranged to be inclined; the auxiliary rods 13 are all rectangular, and four groups of limiting rods 16 are arranged in each connecting rod 12; the inner sides of the limit rods 16 are both arc-shaped, and arc-shaped grooves matched with the limit rods 16 are formed in the side edges of the auxiliary rods 13.

Since the filtering structure of the filtering device belongs to the prior art, it is not described in this document.
