Finally, the third driving member 91 is operated to make the third driving member 91 drive the connecting member 92 to move along the horizontal direction and in the direction away from the sixth intermediate roller 15, so as to drive the sixth intermediate roller 15 on the connecting member 92 and the film tape 5 wound around the sixth intermediate roller 15 to move along the horizontal direction and in the direction away from the sixth intermediate roller 15, so as to tighten the film tape 5 clamped and located between the fifth intermediate roller 19 and the seventh intermediate roller 16, so as to further prevent the film tape 5 from moving or tearing when the polarizer 10 is attached; horizontally adhering the polaroid 10 to the top end surface of the film strip 5 in the attachment area according to a preset position; to complete the attachment of the entire polarizer 10 to the film strip 5.
Wherein, the film strip 5 in the adsorption area can be repeatedly used until the viscosity on the top end surface of the film strip 5 is weaker, and then the film strip 5 for standby is rolled out from the first roller shaft 2 to replace the film strip 5 in the adsorption area so as to be used for attaching the polarizer 10; at the same time, the film web 5 previously located in the suction region is wound onto the second roller 3 in order to recover the used film web 5.

1. A polarizer attaching apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a bracket (1), a first intermediate roll shaft (13) and a second intermediate roll shaft (14) which are arranged at intervals and positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the first roller shaft (2) is arranged on one side of the bracket (1), and a film belt (5) is wound on the first roller shaft (2);
the second roller shaft (3) is arranged on the support (1), the second roller shaft (3) is positioned on the opposite side of the support (1) where the first roller shaft (2) is arranged, the film belt (5) on the first roller shaft (2) is sequentially wound on the first intermediate roller shaft (13) and the second intermediate roller shaft (14) and then is wound on the second roller shaft (3), and the part of the film belt (5) positioned between the first intermediate roller shaft (13) and the second intermediate roller shaft (14) is an attachment area for attaching the polarizer (10);
a first clamping assembly (7) arranged on the side of the support (1) close to the first intermediate roller (13), the first clamping assembly (7) being used for clamping one end of the film strip (5) in the attachment area;
a second clamping assembly (8) arranged on the side of the support (1) close to the second intermediate roller (14), wherein the second clamping assembly (8) is used for clamping the other end of the film strip (5) in the attachment area;
the tensioning assembly (9) is arranged on the support (1) and located between the second middle roller shaft (14) and the second roller shaft (3), and the tensioning assembly (9) can drive the film belt (5) wound on the second middle roller shaft (14) to move in the direction away from the second middle roller shaft (14) so as to tension the film belt (5) located in the attaching area.
2. The polarizer attachment device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the third roller shaft (4) is arranged on the bracket (1), and the third roller shaft (4) is used for separating and winding the release film (6) on the film tape (5) so as to enable the top end surface of the film tape (5) in the attachment area to have viscosity to adhere the polaroid (10).

a third intermediate roller (11) provided on the bracket (1) and close to the first roller (2);

a fifth intermediate roller (19) provided on the bracket (1) and adjacent to the fourth intermediate roller (12), the fifth intermediate roller (19) being located between the fourth intermediate roller (12) and the first intermediate roller (13); and the film belt (5) on the first roller shaft (2) is sequentially wound on the third middle roller shaft (11), the fourth middle roller shaft (12), the fifth middle roller shaft (19) and the first middle roller shaft (13).
4. A polarizer attachment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first clamping assembly (7) comprises:
a first driving member (71), wherein the fixed end of the first driving member (71) is arranged on the bracket (1);
a first abutment member (72) connected to an output end of the first driving member (71);
and the elastic piece (73) is connected with the film belt (5) wound and connected on the bottom end of the fifth intermediate roller shaft (19), the elastic piece (73) is positioned at the top end of the first abutting piece (72), and the first driving piece (71) is used for driving the first abutting piece (72) to move towards the direction close to the elastic piece (73) and abut against the elastic piece so as to clamp one end of the film belt (5) positioned in the attaching area between the fifth intermediate roller shaft (19) and the elastic piece (73).
5. A polarizer attachment device according to claim 4, wherein the elastic member (73) is a super glue.
6. The polarizer attaching apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first driving member (71) is an air cylinder.
7. A polarizer attachment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second clamping assembly (8) comprises:
a second driving member (81) located between the second intermediate roller shaft (14) and the second roller shaft (3), and a fixed end of the second driving member (81) is connected with the bracket (1);
a second abutment member (82) connected to an output end of the second driving member (81);
a third abutting piece (83) fixedly arranged on the support (1), wherein the third abutting piece (83) is arranged right opposite to the top end of the second abutting piece (82), and the film belt (5) horizontally penetrates between the second abutting piece (82) and the third abutting piece (83) and is wound on the second roller shaft (3); the second driving piece (81) is used for driving the second abutting piece (82) to move vertically upwards and towards the direction close to the third abutting piece (83) and abut against the third abutting piece, so that the other end of the film strip (5) in the attaching area is clamped between the second abutting piece (82) and the third abutting piece (83).

A polarizer attachment device according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of recesses (821) are spaced apart from one side of the second abutting member (82) adjacent to the third abutting member (83), and a plurality of protrusions (831) matching with the recesses (821) are spaced apart from one side of the third abutting member (83) adjacent to the second abutting member (82), and the protrusions (831) can be engaged with the recesses (821).

a sixth intermediate roller (15) arranged on the bracket (1), the sixth intermediate roller (15) being located between the second intermediate roller (14) and the second roller (3), and the sixth intermediate roller (15) being connected to the tensioning assembly (9); the tensioning assembly (9) comprises:
a third driving piece (91), wherein the fixed end of the third driving piece (91) is arranged on the bracket (1);
one end of the connecting piece (92) is connected with the output end of the third driving piece (91), the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the sixth middle roller shaft (15), and the third driving piece (91) is used for driving the connecting piece (92) to move in the direction away from the sixth middle roller shaft (15) so as to tension the film tape (5) in the attaching area.
