When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a window with a retractable platform includes a window frame 100 and a window sash 102 installed in the window frame, wherein the window frame is provided with a retractable platform 200 that can be opened towards the indoor direction; the opened telescopic platform 200 is used for carrying articles; the telescopic platform 200 comprises a tray 201, a guide member and a locking member, wherein the tray 201 is movably mounted on the window beam 101 of the window frame through the guide member, and the locking member is used for locking or unlocking the tray 201.
Specifically, a handle 103 is disposed on an inner side of the window sash 102, and the handle 103 locks or unlocks the window sash 102 and the window frame 100. The locking piece comprises a hook 209 and a buckle 205 which are mutually buckled, and the hook 209 and the buckle 205 are respectively arranged on the tray and the window beam 101; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the retractable platform is in the closed state, the side of the retractable platform close to the indoor is on the same plane with the side of the window frame 100 close to the indoor, and the hook 209 and the buckle 205 are buckled; when the telescopic platform is needed, the tray 201 is pressed, the buckle 205 releases the hook 209, and the tray 201 is pulled towards the indoor direction; opening the telescopic platform; for articles to be placed thereon; when the telescopic platform 200 is closed, the telescopic platform is contracted in the window beam of the bay window, so that the function of the bay window is not influenced, and articles in hands can be conveniently and temporarily placed after the telescopic platform 200 is opened; the use experience of the bay window is improved; and the operation steps and the process are simple.
The latch may be configured to: after the tray is locked by once stress, the tray is unlocked by once stress; the locking piece comprises a hook 209 and a buckle 205 which are mutually buckled, and the hook 209 and the buckle 205 are respectively arranged on the tray and the window beam 101; when the hook 209 and the hook 205 are not engaged, the hook 209 and the hook 205 are engaged when a force is applied to move the tray toward the hook 205, and when a force is applied again to move the tray toward the hook 205, the hook 209 is released to release the engagement, and the tray is unlocked and can move under the guide of the guide. As shown in fig.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the retractable platform further includes an elastic member 203, one end of the elastic member 203 is fixed on the window sill 101, and the other end is connected to the tray 201, for driving the tray to open after the locking member is unlocked.
The number of the elastic pieces is two, each elastic piece is composed of a spring and two connecting blocks fixedly arranged on the spring, one of the connecting blocks is matched with a bayonet 208 arranged on the tray, and the other connecting block is fixedly arranged on the window I-beam 101. After the locking piece releases the locking of the tray, because the elastic piece is connected with one side of the tray close to the outdoor, the contraction direction of the elastic piece is the same as the opening direction of the tray, namely, the spring contracts to drive the tray to move towards the contraction direction, and the tray moves to a set position under the restriction of the guide piece; the step and the process of opening the telescopic platform are further simplified through the elastic piece, the automation degree is improved, and the operation experience of the telescopic platform is optimized.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to increase the vertical bearing capacity, both ends of the tray are extended, and the upper surface of the tray is abutted against a notch provided in an adapter frame 104 connected between the window frame and the window sill, so as to limit the vertical movement amount of the tray. The bearing capacity and the stability in the opening process of the tray are improved.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in another embodiment of the present invention, an electromagnet device is provided to control the locking and unlocking of the tray instead of the elastic member and the locking member.
The electromagnet device comprises a permanent magnet, an electromagnet, a switch and a power supply, wherein the permanent magnet and the electromagnet are respectively arranged on one side of the tray close to the outdoor and one side of the window beam close to the outdoor; the electromagnet is connected with the power supply, a switch positioned on the indoor side of the tray is arranged on a connecting circuit of the electromagnet and the power supply, and the magnetism of the electromagnet is controlled by switching of the switch, so that the electromagnet and the permanent magnet are attracted or repelled, and the tray is locked and pushed; the electromagnet device improves the automation degree of the window with the telescopic platform; in addition, the electromagnet device can also be combined with the elastic piece to jointly control the opening of the driving tray.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in another embodiment of the present invention, the guiding element includes two or more guide rails 202 spaced apart from each other and mounted on the sill, and a slider mounted on the tray and engaged with the guide rails.
Four guide rails 202 are arranged on the window beam at intervals; the sliding block is arranged at the bottom of the tray through a screw 207; the guide rail and the sliding block play a guiding role in the process of opening the tray and limit the movement of the tray in the vertical direction.
Further, a limiting piece is mounted on the guide rail 202, and the limiting piece includes screws mounted at the head and tail ends of the guide rail 202; the nut part of the screw is interfered with the sliding block to limit the stroke of the sliding block and the tray.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a damping member for limiting the moving speed of the tray is disposed between the window beam and the tray.
The damping member includes a damping gear 204 mounted on the sill and a gear bar 206 mounted on the bottom of the tray in meshing engagement with the damping gear 204. The damping piece is arranged, so that the movement process of the tray driven by the spring is more stable and smooth; avoid tray stall, influence telescopic platform's use and experience.
Referring to fig. 2, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a groove and/or a friction member is provided on the tray, and the groove or the friction member is used for restraining the article.
When the coffee cup or the water cup or the beverage is placed on the tray, the possibility of movement exists due to the fact that friction force between the tray and the coffee cup or the water cup or the beverage is small, sliding of the coffee cup or the water cup or the beverage on the tray can be restrained through the arranged groove or the friction piece, and damage caused by falling-off of the coffee cup or the water cup or the beverage is avoided.
The utility model discloses a theory of operation: the locking piece comprises a hook 209 and a buckle 205 which are mutually buckled, and the hook 209 and the buckle 205 are respectively arranged on the tray and the window beam 101; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the retractable platform is in the closed state, the side of the retractable platform close to the indoor is on the same plane with the side of the window frame 100 close to the indoor, and the hook 209 and the buckle 205 are buckled; when the telescopic platform is needed, the tray 201 is pressed, the buckle 205 releases the hook 209, and the tray 201 is pulled towards the indoor direction; opening the telescopic platform; for articles to be placed thereon.
