All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide a blister package.
The inventors of the present application have found that blister packaging is often packaged in a plastic envelope manner, and it is often difficult to open and repackage the blister package multiple times without damage, which is disadvantageous for a consumer that desires to have a secondary inspection after packaging.
Implementation mode one
In order to solve the above problem, a first embodiment of the present application provides a blister package, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including:
the test device comprises a pair of cover bodies 1 which can be spliced with each other, wherein an accommodating space 2 and a test interface 3 communicated with the accommodating space 2 are formed between the two cover bodies 1 after the cover bodies 1 are spliced; the cover body 1 can be divided into an upper cover and a lower cover, and it can be understood that the accommodating space 2 can be formed when any one of the upper cover and the lower cover 1 protrudes in a direction away from the other cover.
Optionally, the two cover bodies 1 are connected through a half-tangent line 4, so that one of the cover bodies 1 can rotate around the half-tangent line 4 and cover the other cover body 1; the half-cut line 4 can facilitate the alignment and engagement of the lid body 1. Optionally, a plurality of buckles 11 are further dispersedly arranged on the cover body 1, and the two cover bodies 1 are connected with each other by the buckles 11 in a splicing manner; the buckle 11 can be divided into an oval buckle and a circular buckle, and can be selected according to actual situations. In addition, the cover body 1 can be provided with a hanging hole 12 for facilitating the hand-carrying and hanging.
Wherein, accommodation space 2 is used for settling electrical apparatus, and power cord 5 access test interface 3 of electrical apparatus to test electrical apparatus through external power supply equipment.
The power supply is particularly suitable for being used as an electric appliance without a switch when being connected with electricity, such as a lamp. When the power cord 5 is connected to an external power supply device, the lighting condition of the electrical appliance as a lamp can be clearly observed through the blister package without removing the package, thereby improving the convenience of the test.
For the purposes of this application, the test interface 3 may have a variety of configurations and implementations. Next, a description will be made regarding one implementable manner of the test interface 3.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the test interface 3 includes an open-wire through hole 32 formed on the cover 1, and the power cord 5 of the electrical appliance can be extended from the open-wire through hole 32. It can be understood that after the power line 5 of the electrical appliance extends out of the through hole, the power line 5 can be used for being connected with an external power supply mechanism, so that the electrical appliance can be conveniently subjected to power-on test.
Yet further optionally, the test interface 3 may further comprise a limiting mechanism 31, and the limiting mechanism 31 is used for limiting the position of the power line 5. Through stop gear 31 that sets up, can prevent that power cord 5 from rocking everywhere, take place to buckle or split for the product that adopts the blister pack to fix has the convenience when transportation and storage.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the limiting mechanism 31 includes a fixing step 311 formed by protruding the cover body 1, and two locking holes 312 disposed at two opposite sides of the fixing step 311, and the power cord 5 sequentially passes through the two locking holes 312 to form a fixing. Further alternatively, a cutting line 313 is disposed between the two clamping holes 312, and the power cord 5 can be clamped into the fixing step 311 from the cutting line 313 or taken out from the fixing step 311.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the fixing step 311 is formed by protruding the cover body 1, there is no need to introduce another new structure into the position-limiting mechanism 31, and the cover body 1 and the position-limiting mechanism 31 are integrally formed, so that the process is simple and the production cost is low.
In addition, the cutting line 313 is arranged, so that the power line 5 does not need to be fixed in a mode of penetrating in and out of the clamping hole 312, and the fixing operation is further simplified. Moreover, the power line 5 does not need to penetrate into and out of the small hole, so that the weak part of the line head of the power line 5 can be protected.
Still further, in order to better protect the power line 5 from oxidation or corrosion of the line head, the test interface 3 may optionally further include: an easy-to-tear film (not shown) connected to the cover 1 and covering at least a portion of the power line 5, specifically, the easy-to-tear film can be bonded to the cover 1 by hot pressing, and preferably can cover the whole power line 5. When the test is needed, the easy-to-tear film is torn again, so that convenience and protection requirements can be met.
Second embodiment
A second embodiment of the present application provides a blister package. The blister pack of the second embodiment is slightly different from the first embodiment, and the main difference is that the power cord 5 of the electrical appliance of the blister pack of the first embodiment of the present application is exposed to the outside, and is generally protected by an easily tearable film when necessary, whereas in the second embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the limiting mechanism 31 includes:
a lead passage 33 formed between the two covers 1 and communicating with the accommodation space 2;
a connection terminal 34 provided at an outlet of the lead passage 33;
the power supply line 5 is detachably connected to a connection terminal 34, and the connection terminal 34 is used for connection to an external power supply device.
Through the provided wire passage 33. Not only can the power supply line 5 be fixed, but also the power supply line 5 can be sufficiently protected by the surface of the cover 1.
Similarly, the embodiment of the application shows two detachable connection schemes of the power line 5 connecting terminal 34. In one aspect, the terminal block 34 may be provided with a threaded hole, and the power cord 5 may be fixed to the terminal block 34 by a bolt. The bolt and the gasket on the bolt are good electric conductors, so that the power line 5 can be conveniently connected.
Alternatively, the terminal 34 may be provided with a spring clip by which the power cord can be clamped to form an electrical connection. The spring clip can also function as a docking guide.
In order to facilitate wiring in a small space, the lead channels 33 may be optionally divided into two, and two corresponding terminals 34 are provided for respectively connecting the neutral wire and the live wire of the electrical appliance.
