Description

本实用新型涉及连接件，特别是吸排油烟机前罩与壳体的连接件。
在吸排油烟机的部分结构件中，由于处在灶面油烟直接侵袭的环境，因此对有关结构件的前罩，必须进行定期拆卸清洗油垢等卫生工作，一般家庭约两星期左右拆卸清洗一次，因此对这些结构件的连接必须拆卸方便，公知技术的连接方式是用螺钉连接，无论安装或拆卸，非借助工具不可，很感不便。
本实用新型的目的在于克服公知技术的不足而提供一种不用工具、拆卸非常方便的连接结构－－弹簧钮扣卡。
附图1给出本实用新型结构示意图。
从附图1可知，本实用新型弹簧钮扣卡是这样实现的：在带帽销轴（1）上装二个圆角相对配置的卡夹，二个卡夹犹如二颗钮扣，故称弹簧钮扣卡。外卡夹（5）轴向固定在销轴（1）上，固定的方式一侧可设置套筒（2）或做成带肩胛销轴，另一侧轴端可铆接或用螺母紧固，此时销轴（1）轴端必须是螺纹，本实用新型对外卡夹（5）的轴向固定采用塑料套筒（2）和轴端铆接的方式。内卡夹（4）装在销轴（1）外的套筒（2）上，可轴向移动，弹簧（3）处于内卡夹（4）和销轴帽之间。
内外卡夹（4）、（5）的材料选用不锈钢或钢材表面进行镀镍、镀铬处理，既能防锈又增加美观。
吸排油烟机前罩与壳体的连接：一方面通过两者上部的挂接结构、下部的定位销、孔结构，当前罩与壳体利用上述结构合拢后，其两侧预先固定着的挂耳正好重合，然后用本实用新型卡入挂耳的┌形孔槽，内卡夹（4）就在弹簧（3）的作用下将前罩、壳体紧紧压住，即实现它们的可卸连接，拆卸前罩时先拆卸弹簧钮扣卡，再脱离挂接机构即可。
本实用新型亦可用于其它可卸的连接装置。
本实用新型与公知技术的连接方式相比，它结构简单而美观，连接牢固，拆卸方便，不用工具，是较理想而又实用的结构件连接装置。

1、一种弹簧钮扣卡，其特征在于在带帽销轴(1)上装有二个圆角相对配置的卡夹，外卡夹(5)轴向固定，内卡夹(4)可轴向移动，弹簧(3)处于内卡夹(4)和销轴帽之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的弹簧钮扣卡，其特征在于外卡夹（5）的轴向固定一侧可设置套筒（2）或肩胛销轴，另一侧轴端可铆接或用螺母紧固。
