Description

本实用新型涉及高扬程离心泵,特别是平衡离心泵工作轴向力的装置。
离心式叶片泵工作轴向力随着扬程增加而增大。现有的高扬程离心泵在不同的流量范围内采用不同的方法,以消除工作轴向力对泵组工作可靠性的影响。
如对流量Q≥50m2/h的泵组,采用平衡鼓装置、平衡盘装置或平衡鼓与平衡盘联合装置。其工作原理是利用平衡装置处人为设置的泄漏通道、缝隙节流减压,使装置上产生一个与工作轴向力相反的力,以此来平衡轴向力。缺点是结构工艺性复杂,装配困难,且内泄漏损失约占额定流量的20%。
在输送含颗粒的介质时,往往增设背叶片,但其泵的效率会下降2~3%。
对于轴向力不大的大中型给水泵,采用滚动推力轴承来承受轴向力,其缺点是结构复杂,受制造工艺、维修条件等限制。
本实用新型的目的:设计一种适用于节段式多级离心泵,结构简单的工作轴向力平衡装置。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:将节段式多级离心泵的全部叶轮分成数量相等的两组,叶轮吸入口相向装配,第一组叶轮所增压的流体通过一回输管路,输给同轴旋转的第二组叶轮继续增压后,经压出口送至管路。
采取本技术方案后,其泵体轴承座之滚动轴承仅承受由于制造、装配误差形成的残余轴向力,其运行工况从根本上得到改善,解决了高扬程小流量泵轴承座工作噪声大,机械密封因轴向位移形成渗漏等问题,而且结构简单,工艺性好,三化程度高。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作些说明:
流体由箭头所指的入口经第一组叶轮2旋转增压后,经回输管路送至第二组叶轮1继续增压,从箭头所指的出口方向送出泵外。
本实用新型适用于流量Q≥0.5m3/h,扬程H≥300~1500m的多节泵。
