4. A garment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side of the decorative element adjacent the first hook and loop fastener is provided with a second pocket formation around which the second hook and loop fastener is disposed.

5. The garment of claim 1 wherein the first and second hook and loop fasteners are each rectangular, circular or triangular in shape.

The garment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the decoration element comprises a base layer and a decorative layer, the second Velcro is connected to the base layer, the decorative layer is connected to the side of the base layer away from the second Velcro, and the base layer is a polyester fabric layer.
