4. The vault access control system of claim 1, wherein the remote verification system further includes an alarm unit, the alarm unit being electrically connected to the access controller.
5. The vault access control system of claim 1 further comprising:

8. A vault access control system as recited in claim 7 wherein said biometric device includes at least one of: face identification equipment, fingerprint identification equipment, iris identification equipment, vocal print identification equipment.
