Specifically, the optical module 200 is disposed on the housing 100 and configured to emit light through the light emitting portion, and the first magnetically-attracted electrical connector 300 is electrically connected to the optical module 200 and configured to be attached to or detached from the second magnetically-attracted electrical connector 400, so as to provide electrical energy for the optical module 200.
The first magnetic attraction electric connector 300 is connected with the second magnetic attraction electric connector 400 in an attracting manner, so that the power supply of the lighting lamp is more convenient. Specifically, when the lamp is overhauled, the disconnection of the lighting lamp power-taking circuit can be realized by overcoming the mutual adsorption acting force between the first magnetic attraction electric connector 300 and the second magnetic attraction electric connector 400. And then simplify the dismantlement and the installation of illumination lamps and lanterns, reduce the later stage and overhaul the degree of difficulty. First magnetism is inhaled electric connector 300 and second magnetism and is inhaled electric connector 400 and mainly be through magnetic force absorption and be connected, and is connected with traditional plug jack cooperation and compare, can avoid getting two connector looks mutual friction of electric junction and/or draw and hang, when solving current plug and jack connection, the inserted sheet atress on the plug is crooked, perhaps the technical problem that the shell fragment atress deformation in the jack leads to the reliability of electricity connection to reduce.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an alternative embodiment, the first magnetic attraction electrical connector 300 includes a first insulating body 310, and a first conductive terminal 320 and a first magnetic attraction connecting portion assembled on the first insulating body 310. The second magnetic electric connector 400 includes a second insulating housing 410, and a second conductive terminal 420 and a second magnetic connecting portion assembled on the second insulating housing 410. The first magnetic connecting portion is configured to be magnetically connected to the second magnetic connecting portion, and the first conductive terminal 320 is configured to be electrically connected to the second conductive terminal 420.
The first conductive terminal 320 is embedded in the first insulating body 310, and one end of the first conductive terminal 320 connected to the second conductive terminal 420 protrudes out of the first insulating body 310, the second conductive terminal 420 is embedded in the second insulating body 410, and one end of the second conductive terminal 420 connected to the first conductive terminal 320 is exposed out of the second insulating body 410. There are many methods for assembling the first conductive terminal 320 and the first insulating body 310 and the second conductive terminal 420 and the second insulating body 410. Specifically, the first insulating body 310 and the first conductive terminal 320 and the second conductive terminal 420 and the second insulating body 410 may be fixed by an injection molding process; the first insulating body 310 and the second insulating body 410 may be further provided with grooves or holes respectively adapted to the first conductive terminal 320 and the second conductive terminal 420, the first conductive terminal 320 is then embedded and fixed in the groove or hole of the first insulating body 310, and the second conductive terminal 420 is embedded and fixed in the groove or hole of the second insulating body 410, so that the first insulating body 310 and the first conductive terminal 320, and the second conductive terminal 420 and the second insulating body 410 are fixed in combination.
There are many ways to assemble the first magnetic connecting portion and the first insulating body 310, and the second magnetic connecting portion and the second insulating body 410. For example, the first magnetic attraction connecting portion may be embedded in the first insulating body 310, the second magnetic attraction connecting portion may be embedded in the second insulating body 410, or the first magnetic attraction connecting portion may be fixedly disposed outside the first insulating body 310 near one end of the second magnetic attraction electrical connector 400, and the second magnetic attraction connecting portion may be fixedly disposed outside the second insulating body 410 near one end of the first magnetic attraction electrical connector 300.
The first magnetic attraction connecting part and the second magnetic attraction connecting part are made of magnet, and the other magnetic attraction connecting part is made of material capable of attracting the magnet. There are many materials that can be adsorbed by the magnet, specifically, it can be a material without magnetism, such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.; the material may also be magnetic material, such as rubber magnet with magnetism, ferrite magnet, etc.
In an alternative embodiment, the first insulating body 310 and the second insulating body 410 are made of insulating and magnetic materials. Optionally, the first magnetic attraction connecting part and the second magnetic attraction connecting part can be made of rubber magnet or ferrite magnet. The first insulating body 310 and the second insulating body 410 are made of insulating and magnetic materials, so that the structures of the first magnetic attraction electric connector 300 and the second magnetic attraction electric connector 400 can be simplified, the first magnetic attraction electric connector 300 and the second magnetic attraction electric connector 400 can be lightened and miniaturized, and the attractiveness of the lighting lamp is improved.
The first conductive terminal 320 includes a first positive terminal 321 and a first negative terminal 322, one of the first positive terminal 321 and the first negative terminal 322 is a probe-shaped conductive terminal, and the other is a ring-shaped conductive terminal surrounding the probe-shaped conductive terminal. The second conductive terminal 420 includes a second positive terminal 421 and a second negative terminal 422, one of the second positive terminal 421 and the second negative terminal 422 is configured to be electrically connected to the probe-shaped conductive terminal, and the other is configured to be electrically connected to the ring-shaped conductive terminal.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first negative terminal 322 is a probe-shaped conductive terminal, and the first positive terminal 321 is a ring-shaped conductive terminal. Optionally, the second negative terminal 422 is a conductive sheet-shaped conductive terminal. Optionally, one end of the probe-shaped conductive terminal is embedded in the first insulating body 310 or the second insulating body 410, and the other end protrudes out of the surface of the first insulating body 310 or the second insulating body 410; the conductive sheet-shaped conductive terminal may be a metal sheet embedded in the first insulating body 310 or the second insulating body 410. When the first magnetic connector 300 is connected to the second magnetic connector 400, the probe-shaped conductive terminal abuts against the conductive sheet-shaped conductive terminal, so that the first negative terminal 322 is electrically connected to the second negative terminal 422. Further optionally, the probe-shaped conductive terminal is a retractable metal probe. Specifically, when the first magnetic connector 300 is connected to the second magnetic connector 400, the retractable metal probe is partially or completely retracted to ensure the reliability of the electrical connection between the first negative terminal 322 and the second negative terminal 422.
As another practical alternative, the first negative terminal 322 may also be configured as a conductive sheet-shaped conductive terminal, and the second negative terminal 422 is configured as a probe-shaped conductive terminal.
In an alternative embodiment, the first positive terminal 321 is a ring-shaped conductive terminal surrounding the first negative terminal 322. Specifically, the first positive terminal 321 may be a ring-shaped metal bump protruding out of the first insulating body 310. The second positive terminal 421 is an annular metal terminal or a printed circuit that is flatly attached to or leaked from the second insulating body 410, and when the first magnetic-attraction electrical connector 300 is connected to the second magnetic-attraction electrical connector 400, the annular conductive terminal abuts against the annular metal terminal, so that the first positive terminal 321 is electrically connected to the second positive terminal 421. Optionally, the second positive terminal 421 is an annular metal elastic sheet, and when the first magnetic electric connector 300 is connected to the second magnetic electric connector 400, the second positive terminal 421 elastically deforms under the collision of the first positive terminal 321, so as to ensure the stability of the electrical connection between the first positive terminal 321 and the second positive terminal 421.
As another practical alternative, the first positive terminal 321 may be configured as a ring-shaped metal sheet terminal, and the second positive terminal 421 is a ring-shaped metal bump.
The first magnetic electric connector 300 is connected to the housing 100, and the first magnetic electric connector 300 has a mating portion protruding out of the housing 100. One purpose of the mating portion is for connecting with a second magnetically attractive electrical connector 400.
When the inside of the case 100 has no installation space, for example, a flat lamp. The first magnetically attractive electrical connector 300 can be disposed on a surface of the housing 100, that is, the first magnetically attractive electrical connector 300 at least partially protrudes from the surface of the housing 100 for connecting with the second magnetically attractive electrical connector 400. The first magnetic attraction connector 300 at least partially protrudes out of the outer surface of the shell 100, so that the thickness of the flat lamp can be reduced, and the attractiveness of the lamp can be improved. Further optionally, when the housing 100 does not have an installation space therein, the first magnetic connector 300 is partially embedded in the housing 100, i.e. the housing 100 is provided with a hole or a slot, and the first magnetic connector 300 is partially embedded in the hole or the slot of the housing 100, so as to improve the stability of the first magnetic connector 300 and reduce the height of the first magnetic connector 300 protruding from the surface of the housing 100.
When the housing 100 has a sufficient installation space therein, the first magnetic attraction connector 300 is recessed in the surface of the housing 100, so as to improve the aesthetic property of the lighting fixture, protect the first magnetic attraction connector 300, and prevent the first magnetic attraction connector 300 from colliding with the outside or being hung.
When there is a space for disposing an external connection line outside the lighting fixture, the first magnetically-attracted electrical connector 300 may be disposed on the housing 100, and the second magnetically-attracted electrical connector 400 is disposed at an end of the external connection line, so that the external connection line is electrically connected to the optical module 200 through the first magnetically-attracted electrical connector 300 and the second magnetically-attracted electrical connector 400. For example, when the lighting fixture needs to adjust the position during the use process, the first magnetic connector 300 can be further assembled with the connection line with the second magnetic connector 400, so as to satisfy the use environment requiring an external connection line.
When the external space does not have an external connection line, the second magnetically attracted connector 400 is fixedly disposed at the installation position of the lighting fixture. During installation, the first magnetic attraction electric connector 300 and the second magnetic attraction electric connector 400 are connected, so that the external connecting wire is prevented from occupying the external space, or the external connecting wire and an object in the environment are prevented from being pulled and hung. To the illumination lamps and lanterns that need not to remove in the part reuse process, for example, wall lamp, ceiling lamp, can set up second magnetism and inhale electric connector 400 on illumination lamps and lanterns installation position, and then avoid the wire to leak outward, and can be convenient for install and dismantle.
The lighting fixture further comprises a hanging box 500, the hanging box 500 is mounted to the mounting base, and the hanging box 500 is configured to be connected with the housing 100 and/or the first magnetically attractive electrical connector 300. When the lighting lamp is a ceiling lamp or a wall lamp, the second magnetic attraction connector 400 is assembled on the hanging box 500.
Specifically, the housing 100 is connected to the lifting box 500, and the first magnetic connector 300 is connected to the second magnetic connector 400, so as to simplify the installation process of the lighting lamp and reduce the installation difficulty of the lighting lamp. Optionally, the second magnetically attractive connector 400 may be embedded in the suspension box 500.
When the lighting lamp is a pendant lamp, the housing 100 is suspended in the suspension box 500 through the pendant 600, and the second magnetic connector 400 is disposed at one end of the external connection line by disposing the external connection line, so that the optical module 220 is communicated with the external connection line by using the first magnetic connector 300 and the second magnetic connector 400, and the optical module 200 is powered. Optionally, the external connection line is an ultra-fine wire. The hanging box 500 may be a magnetic suction box or a magnetic suction box. During the maintenance operation, the operation personnel can inhale electric connector 400 separation through inhaling electric connector 300 with first magnetism with the second, and then the maintainer can be as required to the illumination lamps and lanterns outage of overhauing, does not influence the work of other illumination lamps and lanterns when guaranteeing maintainer's safety.
In addition, the conventional flat lamp includes a frame formed by connected aluminum profiles, a Light-diffusing cover is installed above the frame, a substrate is installed below the frame, and an LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp is installed on the substrate; the frame and the substrate are connected by overlapped thick angle iron and thin angle iron, and the screws are arranged on the thick angle iron and tightly press the thin angle iron to realize the fixation of the frame and the substrate. The applicant is carrying out the utility model discloses an in-process, finds that current dull and stereotyped lamp structure is more complicated, not only influences the frivolous development of lamps and lanterns, but also can increase the production manufacturing cost of putting up lamps and lanterns.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, when the lighting fixture is a flat lamp, the housing 100 is provided with an installation space 110 and an installation groove 120, the installation space 110 is used for installing the optical module 200, and the installation groove 120 is located on an inner side wall of the installation space 110. The optical module 200 includes a light source module 210 and an optical module 220. One purpose of the light source assembly 210 is to convert electrical energy into light energy. There are many categories of light source assemblies 210, such as LED lamps, incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, and the like. Optionally, the light source assembly 210 is an LED lamp.
The optical assembly 220 provides a path for the light to travel so that the light travels in a given direction. Optionally, the light incident surface of the optical assembly 220 is disposed opposite to the sidewall of the installation space 110. Specifically, the light source assembly 210 is located in the mounting groove 120, the optical assembly 220 is located in the mounting space 110, the light incident surface of the optical assembly 220 faces the light source assembly 210, and the light emitting surface of the optical assembly 220 faces away from the bottom wall of the mounting space 110. The mounting groove 120 is located on the inner sidewall of the mounting space 110, which not only can provide a mounting base for the light source assembly 210, but also can prevent the light source assembly 210 and the optical assembly 220 from overlapping in the thickness direction of the lighting fixture, thereby reducing the thickness of the lighting fixture.
In an alternative embodiment disclosed with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the housing 100 includes a base plate 130 and a folded part 140 formed extending from an edge of the base plate 130, and the base plate 130 and the folded part 140 form the mounting space 110 and the mounting groove 120. The folded part 140 extends along the edge of the substrate 130 to form the mounting space 110 and the mounting groove 120, so that under the condition that the edge of the lighting fixture is not light-tight, the substrate and the frame are connected without using thick angle iron and thin angle iron which do not need to be overlapped, the structure of the shell 100 is simplified, and the edge width of the lighting fixture and the thickness of the shell 100 are reduced.
Optionally, the substrate 130 and the folded portion 140 are integrally formed to avoid forming a mounting gap on the housing 100, which not only improves the aesthetic property of the lighting fixture, but also increases the strength of the housing 100. Specifically, the base plate 130 and the folded part 140 are an integral metal profile, and the folded part 140 is folded along the edge of the base plate 130, so that the profile mounting space 110 and the mounting groove 120 are enclosed by the folded part 140. Further optionally, the folding portion 140 is provided with an easy-folding groove 143, and the easy-folding groove 143 penetrates through the folding portion 140. The easy-to-fold groove 143 reduces the bending strength of the housing 100 when folded, and facilitates the molding of the mounting space 110 and the mounting groove 120. On the other hand, the thickness of the easy-to-fold groove 143 is the smallest, that is, the bending strength of the easy-to-fold groove 143 is small, and when the integrally formed section bar is subjected to an external acting force, the easy-to-fold groove 143 is firstly deformed, so that the positioning and folding functions are achieved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the folding part 140 is provided with a stopper 141, the stopper 141 is located between the mounting groove 120 and the mounting space 110, and the light source assembly 210 and the optical assembly 220 are limited by the stopper 141.
Specifically, the limit block 141 is located at the notch of the mounting groove 120, and the distance from one side of the limit block 141 close to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 120 is matched with the light source assembly 210, so that the limit block 141 and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 120 are clamped and embedded at two sides of the light source assembly 210. The position of the light source assembly 210 can be limited by the limiting block 141, that is, the light source assembly 210 can be positioned and installed only by being embedded into the installation groove 120, so as to achieve the purpose of self-adjusting the irradiation direction of the light emitted by the light source assembly 210. And, connect light source module 210 through stopper 141 joint for the installation of light source module 210 need not to adopt the connecting piece fixed, and then can simplify the installation flow, reduces the installation degree of difficulty, is convenient for the assembly and the dismantlement of illumination lamps and lanterns.
The side of the limiting block 141 departing from the light source assembly 210 is abutted against the side wall of the optical assembly 220 for positioning, so as to ensure that the incident angle of the light generated by the light source assembly 210 and incident on the optical assembly 220 is a preset value, and ensure the optical performance of the lighting lamp. In addition, the limiting block 141 can also separate the optical assembly 220 from the light source assembly 210, so as to prevent the optical assembly 220 and the light source assembly 210 from being squeezed with each other, thereby protecting the light source assembly 210. It should be noted that, the separation of the optical assembly 220 and the light source assembly 210 by the limiting block 141 means that the limiting block 141 acts on the optical assembly 220 and the light source assembly 210 respectively, so that the optical assembly 220 and the light source assembly 210 are not squeezed by each other, that is, a gap may be formed between the optical assembly 220 and the light source assembly 210 by the division of the limiting block 141, or may be just contacted.
In an alternative embodiment, the folded part 140 has an extension 142 parallel to the substrate 130, and the optical component 220 is partially located between the extension 142 and the substrate 130, so that the extension 142 can position and clamp the optical component 220 on the substrate 130.
In the above embodiment, the optical assembly 220 is clamped by the extension section 142 of the folded part 140, and the optical assembly 220 is mounted and fixed without using screws or an adhesive method, so that the mounting process of the optical assembly 220 is simplified, and the optical assembly 220 is convenient to detach and replace during maintenance.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the housing 100 further includes an end cap 150, the end cap 150 is disposed on a side surface of the substrate 130, and the end cap 150 and the folded portion 140 enclose a side wall of the lighting fixture. The end cap 150 is detachably connected to the base plate 130 or the flap 140. In an alternative embodiment, the folded portions 140 are located at two opposite sides of the base plate 130, and the end caps 150 cover the side surfaces of the base plate 130 at the side where the port of the mounting groove 120 is located, so that the end caps 150 can seal the port of the mounting groove 120, and the light source assembly 210 in the mounting groove 120 is prevented from sliding off.
The connection between the end cap 150 and the substrate 130 or the folded part 140 is various, for example: the end cap 150 is clamped with the substrate 130 and the folded part 140, or the end cap 150 is connected with the substrate 130 or the folded part 140 through a screw, or the end cap 150 is bonded with the substrate 130 and the folded part 140, and the like.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an embodiment in which the housing 100 is separately provided is disclosed, and specifically, a mounting groove 120 is provided at one side of the housing 100 in a thickness direction. The mounting groove 120 provides a mounting base for the light source assembly 210 and the optical assembly 220. Specifically, the optical assembly 220 is embedded in the mounting groove 120, and the light source assembly 210 is disposed along a sidewall of the mounting groove 120.
