Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the luminaire 100 may similarly not include the first end cap 1701, for example, the first end surface 1105 may be plugged with a luminaire cascaded with the luminaire 100.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the top 1101 may be provided with a first U-shaped groove 11012, a portion of the first end cover 1701 opposite to the first U-shaped groove 11012 may be provided with a third hook 17011, the third hook 17011 may extend into the first U-shaped groove 11012, a portion of the bottom of the first U-shaped groove 11012 opposite to the third hook 17011 may be provided with a first hook hole 110121, a portion of the third hook 17011 opposite to the first hook hole 110121 may be provided with a first hook protrusion 170111, and the first hook protrusion 170111 may be hooked in the first hook hole 110121. Thus, the click between the first end cap 1701 and the lamp body 110 can be achieved.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the first end cap 1701 may be fastened to the lamp body 110 by a fastener; alternatively, the first end cap 1701 may be bonded to the lamp body 110 using an adhesive; alternatively, the first end cap 1701 may be snapped onto the lamp body 110 by interference fit, which is not enumerated herein.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the top 1101 may further be provided with a second U-shaped groove 11013, a portion of the first end cap 1701 opposite to the second U-shaped groove 11013 is provided with a fourth hook 17012, the fourth hook 17012 extends into the second U-shaped groove 11013, a portion of the bottom of the second U-shaped groove 11013 opposite to the fourth hook 17012 may be provided with a second hook hole 110131, a portion of the fourth hook 17012 opposite to the second hook hole 110131 may be provided with a second hook protrusion 170121, and the second hook protrusion 170121 may be hooked in the second hook hole 110131. In this way, the stability of the clamping can be provided.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the top 1101 may be provided with a first U-shaped groove 11012 and a second U-shaped groove 11013, the notch of the first U-shaped groove 11012 may be provided with a first snap rib 110122, and the notch of the second U-shaped groove 11013 may be provided with a second snap rib 110132. The lamp can further comprise a hanging hook 180, a fifth hook 1801 and a sixth hook 1802 can be respectively arranged at two ends of the hanging hook 180, the fifth hook 1801 can be clamped with the first clamping rib 110122 through a notch of the first U-shaped groove 11012, and the sixth hook 1802 can be clamped with the second clamping rib 110132 through a notch of the second U-shaped groove 11013. Thus, in the embodiment of the present application, the hook 180 can be clamped to the first clamping rib 110122 and the second clamping rib 110132 respectively, and the lamp 100 can be installed at a predetermined position by using the hook 180.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the luminaire 100 may further include a diffusion plate 190, the bottom 1104 of the lamp body 110 may be disposed in an open manner, the diffusion plate 190 may be connected to the left side portion 1102 and the right side portion 1103 respectively, and the diffusion plate 190 may close the bottom 1104 disposed in the open manner. Alternatively, both sides of the bottom 1104 of the lamp body 110 may be provided with a clamping structure, and the diffusion plate 190 may be clamped on the clamping structure. Thus, the light emitted from the luminaire 100 can be more uniform by disposing the diffuser plate 190 on the bottom 1104. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the open bottom 1104 may be sealed by other elements, such as a light-transmissive cover plate, to name but a few.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, the light source module 120 may be assembled on the second combining portion 1302 in the bracket 130, the optical element 140 may be assembled on the third combining portion 1303 in the bracket 130, and the bracket 130 may be assembled on the top 1101 of the lamp body 110 by using the first combining portion 1301, so that the light emitted from the light source module 120 may be emitted through the bottom 1104. Thus, the first combining portion 1301 can be disposed on the top 1101 of the lamp body 110, the bracket 130 can be connected to the first combining portion 1301, and the light source module 120 and the optical element 140 can be assembled on the bracket 130, so that the complexity of the lamp body 110 can be reduced, and the lamp body 110 can be conveniently processed. In addition, if the light source module 120 and the optical element 140 are assembled on the bracket 130 outside the lamp body 110, and then the bracket 130 is assembled on the top 1101 of the lamp body 110, the lamp 100 can be assembled more conveniently, and the assembly efficiency of the lamp 100 can be improved.
At present, the lamp generally comprises a down lamp or a lamp tube. Taking a common lamp tube type fluorescent lamp as an example, the length of the lamp tube is generally at most 1.2 meters, and after the lamp tube is too long, the lamp tube is easy to be damaged in the transportation process, so that the transportation of the lamp tube is inconvenient. Thus, when a long length lamp is needed, the length of the lamp cannot meet the use requirement. The embodiment of the application provides a lamp cascade device and a cascade lamp, and aims to solve the problems that the length of a lamp is limited and the length of the lamp cannot meet the use requirement.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, the present embodiment provides a lamp cascade device 400, where the lamp cascade device 400 may be used to cascade a first lamp 200 and a second lamp 300, where the first lamp 200 may include a lamp body 210, the second lamp 300 may include a lamp body 310, and the lamp body 210 and the lamp body 310 may be of the same type, and hereinafter, the lamp body 210 included in the first lamp 200 and the lamp body 310 included in the second lamp 300 are collectively referred to as a lamp body. The lamp body includes a pair of side portions and a top portion connecting the pair of side portions.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the lamp body 210 and the lamp body 310 may be the same as the configuration of the lamp body 110 described above. When the lamp bodies 210 and 310 are the same as the configuration of the lamp body 110 described above, the lamp bodies 210 and 310 may be configured with reference to the structure of the lamp body 110 described above. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the lamp body 210 and the lamp body 310 may have different structures from those of the lamp body 110 described above, and those skilled in the art can set the structural form of the lamp body 110 according to their practical needs.
In an embodiment of the present application, a luminaire cascading device may include: a first side plug-in connection portion 410, a second side plug-in connection portion 420, and a cascade member 430. The first side plug-in connection portion 410 and the second side plug-in connection portion 420 may be configured to be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 along the length extending direction of the side portions, and be respectively matched and combined with one side portion of the first lamp 200 and one side portion of the second lamp 300. The cascade member 430 is configured to span the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 and is fixedly combined with the top of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, the first side plug-in connection portion 410 may be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, such that the first side plug-in connection portion 410 is in matching connection with one side portion of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300; the second side plug-in connection part 420 can be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, so that the second side plug-in connection part 420 is in matching connection with the other side part of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300; the cascade member 430 may span the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 and be fixedly combined with the tops of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, so that the lamp cascade device 400 may be used to realize the cascade of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300. Therefore, the length of the cascade lamp can be increased in a cascade mode, and special requirements of users on different lamp lengths can be met.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the pair of side portions may include a left side portion and a right side portion. The first side socket connecting portion 410 may include a pair of first rail portions arranged in a height direction and a pair of first elastic coupling portions arranged in a length direction. The first rail portion may be configured to be slidably assembled into the lamp body along a first guide groove portion provided on a left side portion of the lamp body. The pair of first elastic mating portions may be configured to elastically abut against left side portions of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, respectively, after being assembled into the lamp body. The second side plug-in connection part 420 may include a pair of second rail parts arranged in a height direction and a pair of second elastic mating parts arranged in a length direction. The second rail portion may be configured to be slidably assembled into the lamp body along a second guide groove portion provided on a right side portion of the lamp body. The pair of second elastic mating portions may be configured to elastically abut against the right side portions of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, respectively, after being assembled into the lamp body.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present application, the first elastic coupling portion may include a first elastic coupling portion 4103 and a second elastic coupling portion 4104, and after the first guide rail portion is slidably assembled into the lamp body along a first guide groove portion provided on a left side portion of the lamp body, the first elastic coupling portion 4103 may elastically abut against a left side portion of the first lamp 200, and the second elastic coupling portion 4104 may elastically abut against a left side portion of the second lamp 300.
Similarly, in the embodiment of the present application, the second elastic coupling portion may include a third elastic coupling portion and a fourth elastic coupling portion, the third elastic coupling portion may elastically abut against the right side portion of the first lamp 200 and the fourth elastic coupling portion may elastically abut against the right side portion of the second lamp 300 after the second guide rail portion is slidably assembled into the lamp body along the second guide groove portion provided on the right side portion of the lamp body.
Alternatively, the first guide groove portion of the embodiment of the present application may coincide with the first guide groove portion 11021 included in the lamp body 110 described previously; the second guide portion of the embodiment of the present application may correspond to the second guide portion 11031 included in the lamp body 110 described above.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present application, the pair of first rail parts may include a first side 4101 and a second side 4102 respectively located at both sides of the first side insertion connection part 410, and the first side 4101 and the second side 4102 may be configured to be slidably assembled into the lamp body along the first guide part provided on the left side part. When the first side 4101 and the second side 4102 are slidably assembled into the lamp body, a part of the first side insertion connection part 410 is disposed in the lamp body of the first lamp 200, and another part is disposed in the lamp body of the second lamp 300.
Similarly, in the embodiment of the present application, the pair of second guide rail portions may include a third side and a fourth side respectively located at both sides of the second side insertion connection portion 420, and the third side and the fourth side may be configured to be slidably assembled into the lamp body along the second guide groove portion provided on the right side portion. When the third side and the fourth side are slidably assembled into the lamp body, a part of the second side insertion connection part 420 is disposed in the lamp body of the first lamp 200, and another part is disposed in the lamp body of the second lamp 300.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a first insertion portion and a second insertion portion may be disposed on an inner wall of the lamp body. The first insertion part, the second insertion part and the left side part of the lamp body can form a first guide groove part. The inner wall of the lamp body can be provided with a third inserting part and a fourth inserting part, and the third inserting part, the fourth inserting part and the right side part of the lamp body can form a second guide groove part.
For example, the first socket part may correspond to the first socket part 110211 in the lamp body 110, and the second socket part may correspond to the second socket part 110212 in the lamp body 110. The third docking portion may correspond to the third docking portion 110311 of the lamp body 110, and the fourth docking portion may correspond to the fourth docking portion 110312 of the lamp body 110.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, a middle portion of the first side socket part 410 may be provided with a first socket hole 4105. In this way, when the first side insertion part 410 is inserted, after the first side insertion part 410 is partially inserted into the lamp body 210, for example, a driver can be inserted into the first insertion hole 4105, and the driver can abut on the end of the lamp body 210, so that the exposed portion of the first side insertion part 410 can be further inserted into the lamp body 310, and the driver can prevent the first side insertion part 410 from being excessively inserted into the lamp body 210 when the exposed portion of the first side insertion part 410 is inserted into the lamp body 310. It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present application, other tools may be inserted into the first pin hole 4105, such as an iron rod or other special tools. Similarly, the middle portion of the second side plug connecting portion 420 may be provided with a second plug hole.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the cascade member 430 may include a third rail portion 4301 and a fourth rail portion 4302 arranged in the transverse direction. The third rail portion 4301 may be configured to be assembled into the lamp body along a third guide groove portion disposed on the top of the lamp body, and the third rail portion 4301 may be fixedly connected to the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300. The fourth rail portion 4302 may be configured to be assembled into the lamp body along a fourth guide groove portion disposed on the top of the lamp body, and the fourth rail portion 4302 may be fixedly connected to the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300.
Optionally, in the embodiment of this application, the top of lamp body can be provided with first U type groove and second U type groove side by side, the notch in first U type groove can be provided with first joint muscle, the notch in second U type groove can be provided with the second joint muscle, first U type groove and first joint muscle can constitute the third and lead the slot part, second U type groove and second joint muscle can constitute the fourth and lead the slot part, can be provided with on the third guide rail portion 4301 with first joint muscle sliding fit's first joint groove 43011, be provided with on the fourth guide rail portion 4302 with second joint muscle sliding fit's second joint groove 43021.
For example, the first U-shaped groove may correspond to the first U-shaped groove 11012 in the lamp body 110, the second U-shaped groove may correspond to the second U-shaped groove 11013 in the lamp body 110, the first snap rib may correspond to the first snap rib 110122 in the lamp body 110, and the second snap rib may correspond to the second snap rib 110132 in the lamp body 110.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the cascade member 430 may further include a body portion 4303, and the body portion 4303 may connect the third rail portion 4301 and the fourth rail portion 4302.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a plurality of fastening threaded holes may be disposed on the cascade member 430, at least one of the plurality of fastening threaded holes may be used to dispose a fastening screw connected to the lamp body of the first lamp 200, and at least one of the plurality of fastening threaded holes may be used to dispose a fastening screw connected to the lamp body of the second lamp 300. In this way, the fixed connection between the cascade member 430 and the lamp bodies of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, respectively, can be achieved using set screws disposed in the set screw holes.
The cascade lamp provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the first lamp 200, the second lamp 300, and any one of the lamp cascade devices 400 described above. The first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 each include a lamp body, the lamp body may include a pair of side portions and a top portion connecting the pair of side portions, and the first side plug-in connection portion 410 and the second side plug-in connection portion 420 may be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 along a length extending direction of the side portions. The first side plug-in connection portion 410 and the second side plug-in connection portion 420 are respectively matched and combined with one side portion of the first lamp 200 and one side portion of the second lamp 300. The cascade member 430 may span the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 and be fixedly combined with the top of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 at the same time.
Optionally, in embodiments of the present application, the first luminaire 200 and the second luminaire 300 may be consistent with the configuration of the luminaire 100 described previously. Therefore, at least two lamps 100 can be spliced in a cascading mode, the length of the cascading lamps can be increased, and special requirements of users on different lamp lengths can be met. It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, the first luminaire 200 and the second luminaire 300 may be different from the configuration of the luminaire 100 described above, for example, a person skilled in the art may arrange a light source module or other structures on the basis of the lamp body according to their practical requirements.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, the first side plug-in connection portion 410 may be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, such that the first side plug-in connection portion 410 is in matching connection with one side portion of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300; the second side plug-in connection part 420 can be slidably assembled into the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, so that the second side plug-in connection part 420 is in matching connection with the other side part of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300; the cascade member 430 may span the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300 and be fixedly combined with the tops of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300, so that the lamp cascade device 400 may be used to realize the cascade of the first lamp 200 and the second lamp 300. Therefore, the length of the cascade lamp can be increased in a cascade mode, and special requirements of users on different lamp lengths can be met.

Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the embodiments of the application, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (15)

1. A light fixture, comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp body (110), a light source module (120), a bracket (130) and an optical element (140); the bracket (130) comprises a first combining part (1301) combined with the lamp body (110), a second combining part (1302) assembled and supporting the light source module (120) and a third combining part (1303) assembled with the optical element (140), wherein the first combining part (1301) is assembled with the top (1101) of the lamp body (110), and the first combining part (1301) and the third combining part (1303) are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the second combining part (1302); the light source module (120) is disposed on the second coupling portion (1302) and faces a bottom portion (1104) of the lamp body (110).
2. A light fixture as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the first combining part (1301) is a resilient structure, and the first combining part (1301) is snap-combined with the top part (1101) of the light body (110).
3. A lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first combining portion (1301) comprises a pair of fasteners extending from two sides of the top of the second combining portion (1302) at intervals, the top (1101) of the lamp body (110) is provided with a first clamping portion (110111) and a second clamping portion (110112) at intervals, and the first clamping portion (110111) and the second clamping portion (110112) are respectively combined with the pair of fasteners in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
4. A lamp as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first interval (110113) is provided between opposite ends of the first clamping portion (110111) and the second clamping portion (110112), the first combining portion (1301) further comprises a first abutting portion (13013) and a second abutting portion (13014), the pair of clamping members comprises a first clamping hook (13011) and a second clamping hook (13012), the first clamping hook (13011) passes through the first interval (110113) to be clamped with the first clamping portion (110111), and the first clamping portion (110111) is clamped between the first clamping hook (13011) and the first abutting portion (13013); the second hook (13012) passes through the first gap (110113) and is clamped with the second clamping part (110112), and the second clamping part (110112) is clamped between the second hook (13012) and the second abutting part (13014).
5. A lamp as recited in claim 1, wherein the optical element (140) comprises a first light reflector (1401) and a second light reflector (1402), the first light reflector (1401) and the second light reflector (1402) facing the bottom (1104) of the lamp body (110) and being disposed between the third combining portion (1303) and the sidewall of the lamp body (110), wherein the first light reflector (1401) and the second light reflector (1402) are respectively disposed at two sides of the light source module (120).
6. The lamp as claimed in claim 5, wherein the third combining portion (1303) comprises a first catching groove (130311) and a second catching groove (130321) respectively disposed at both sides of the bracket (130), a first supporting portion (11022) is disposed on an inner wall of the left side portion (1102) of the lamp body (110), a second supporting portion (11032) is disposed on an inner wall of the right side portion (1103) of the lamp body (110), the first light reflector (1401) is interposed between the first catching groove (130311) and the first supporting portion (11022), and the second light reflector (1402) is interposed between the second catching groove (130321) and the second supporting portion (11032).
7. The lamp of claim 1, wherein the second combining portion (1302) is a slot structure, and the light source module (120) is plugged into the second combining portion (1302).
8. A lamp as claimed in claim 7, wherein a first convex portion (13021) and a second convex portion (13022) are respectively disposed on two sides of the bracket (130), a second gap (130211) is provided between the first convex portion (13021) and the second convex portion (13022), the first convex portion (13021), the second convex portion (13022) and the bottom wall of the bracket (130) form the second combining portion (1302), and the light emitted by the light source module (120) is emitted through the second gap (130211).
9. A light fixture as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a power module (150), wherein the power module (150) is disposed in the lamp body (110), and the power module (150) is located outside an area enclosed by the first light reflector (1401), the second light reflector (1402) and the light source module (120).
10. A lamp as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a power bushing (160), wherein the power bushing (160) is an insulator, the power module (150) is fixedly disposed in the power bushing (160), a first slot portion (11021) is disposed on an inner wall of the lamp body (110), and the power bushing (160) is inserted into the first slot portion (11021).
11. A lamp as claimed in claim 10, wherein a first mating portion (110211) and a second mating portion (110212) are disposed on an inner wall of the lamp body (110), the first mating portion (110211), the second mating portion (110212) and the inner wall of the lamp body (110) form the first guiding slot portion (11021), a first protruding portion (1601) and a second protruding portion (1602) are disposed on two opposite outer sidewalls of the power sleeve (160), respectively, the first protruding portion (1601) is plugged between the first mating portion (110211) and the inner wall of the lamp body (110), and the second protruding portion (1602) is plugged between the second mating portion (110212) and the inner wall of the lamp body (110).
12. A lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lamp body (110) is a profile, the lamp body (110) having a first end surface (1105) which is open in the direction of extension of the profile; the lamp further includes a first end cap (1701), the first end cap (1701) sealing the first end face (1105), the first end cap (1701) being coupled to the lamp body (110).
13. A lamp as claimed in claim 12, wherein a first U-shaped groove (11012) is formed at a top portion (1101) of the lamp body (110), a third hook (17011) is disposed at a position opposite to the first U-shaped groove (11012) on the first end cover (1701), the third hook (17011) extends into the first U-shaped groove (11012), a first hooking hole (110121) is disposed at a position opposite to the third hook (17011) on a groove bottom of the first U-shaped groove (11012), a first hooking protrusion (170111) is disposed at a position opposite to the first hooking hole (110121) on the third hook (17011), and the first hooking protrusion (170111) is hooked in the first hooking hole (110121).
14. A lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top portion (1101) of the lamp body (110) is provided with a first U-shaped groove (11012) and a second U-shaped groove (11013), the notch of the first U-shaped groove (11012) is provided with a first snap rib (110122), and the notch of the second U-shaped groove (11013) is provided with a second snap rib (110132); the lamp further comprises a hanging hook (180), wherein a fifth hook (1801) and a sixth hook (1802) are respectively arranged at two ends of the hanging hook (180), the fifth hook (1801) penetrates through a notch of the first U-shaped groove (11012) and is clamped with the first clamping rib (110122), and the sixth hook (1802) penetrates through a notch of the second U-shaped groove (11013) and is clamped with the second clamping rib (110132).
15. A lamp as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a diffuser plate (190), wherein the bottom (1104) of the lamp body (110) is open, the diffuser plate (190) connects the left side (1102) of the lamp body (110) and the right side (1103) of the lamp body (110), and the diffuser plate (190) blocks the bottom (1104) of the lamp body (110).
