In this embodiment, the swing rod 330 is hollow to form a cavity for water to pass through; the tank washer 400 is installed at the bottom end of the swing rod 330 and is communicated with the cavity of the swing rod 330; the swing shaft 320 is provided with a channel communicated with the cavity of the swing rod 330, and the channel of the swing shaft 320 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 270 on the cover plate 210.

In this embodiment, the adapter 370 penetrates through the upper and lower surfaces of the cover plate 210 and is fixedly connected to the cover plate 210, the upper end of the adapter 370 is connected to the water inlet pipe 270, and the other end of the adapter 370 extends into the passage of the swing shaft 320 along the axial direction of the swing shaft 320 to be communicated with the passage of the swing shaft 320 and can rotate relative to the swing shaft 320; the adapter 370 is hermetically connected with the pendulum shaft 320. The washing water passes through the inlet pipe 270, the coupling 370, the passage of the swing shaft 320, the chamber of the swing lever 330, and the tank washer 400 in sequence, and is dispensed in the tank washer 400 to wash the inner wall of the tank case 2.
The tank washer 400 is capable of spraying water in multiple directions, and the specific structure of the tank washer 400 is described with reference to related structures in the prior art.

Claims (15)

1. A tank cleaning device, comprising:
a base frame;
the flushing frame is movably connected to the base frame along the vertical direction and can move to the opening of the tank;
the swinging assembly comprises a swinging bracket arranged on the washing frame, a swinging shaft which is arranged on the swinging bracket in a penetrating way along the transverse direction of the tank box and can rotate around the axis of the swinging shaft, a swinging rod of which the upper end is arranged on the swinging shaft and deflects along with the rotation of the swinging shaft, and a deflection driving unit which is connected with and drives the swinging shaft to rotate; the swing rod can extend into the tank through the opening of the tank along with the vertical movement of the washing rack;
and the tank washer is arranged at the lower end of the swing rod and used for washing the inner wall of the tank box.
2. The tank cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the swing driving unit is capable of driving the swing shaft to rotate in a reciprocating manner so that the swing link can swing toward both longitudinal ends of the tank.
3. The tank cleaning device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the swing link and the swing shaft are provided in two in correspondence; gears are respectively arranged on the two swing shafts, and the gears on the two swing shafts are meshed with each other; one of the pendulum shafts is in transmission connection with the deflection driving unit.
4. A tank cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, in which the two rockers are spaced apart in the transverse direction of the tank.

The tank cleaning apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the swing bracket comprises a mounting plate mounted below the rinse rack and two support plates disposed below the mounting plate at a spacing in a lateral direction of the tank; the two swing shafts are rotatably arranged on the two supporting plates in a penetrating way; the two swing rods are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two supporting plates; the gear is located between the two support plates.

The tank cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the two swing shafts are arranged vertically; one end of the upper swing shaft is connected with the swing rod, the other end of the upper swing shaft is connected with a chain wheel, and the chain wheel is in transmission connection with the deflection driving unit.

The tank cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the swing link is hollow inside to form a chamber through which water flows; the tank washer is arranged at the bottom end of the swing rod and is communicated with the cavity of the swing rod; and a channel communicated with the cavity of the swing rod is formed in the swing shaft.

The tank cleaning apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the swing assembly further comprises an adapter fixedly disposed through the rinse rack; the upper end of the adapter is used for leading in cleaning water; the lower end of the adapter extends into the channel of the swing shaft along the axial direction of the swing shaft so as to be communicated with the channel of the swing shaft and can rotate relative to the swing shaft; the adapter is connected with the swing shaft in a sealing mode.

The tank cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the rinse rack has a cover plate adapted to the opening of the tank, the cover plate being capable of closing the opening of the tank; the deflection driving unit is arranged above the cover plate; the swing bracket is arranged below the cover plate.
10. The tank cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the swing assembly further comprises a transmission unit disposed above the cover plate and rotatably connected to the swing shaft through the cover plate.
11. The tank cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the rinse rack further comprises a proximity switch secured to the cover plate; the base frame is provided with a lifting motor for driving the cover plate to vertically move; the proximity switch is electrically controlled and connected with the lifting motor; when the cover plate moves downwards to a preset position, the proximity switch is triggered to limit the movement of the cover plate.
12. The tank cleaning device according to claim 11, wherein the proximity switch is fixed to an upper surface of the cover plate; the cover plate is also provided with a sliding piece corresponding to the proximity switch; the sliding piece vertically penetrates through the cover plate and can move relative to the cover plate, so that when the cover plate moves downwards to a preset position, the sliding piece is propped against the tank box to press the proximity switch upwards.

The tank cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base frame includes a longitudinally extending longitudinal rail, a trolley slidably connected to the longitudinal rail in a longitudinal direction, a carriage slidably connected to the trolley in a transverse direction, and a vertical rail secured to the carriage; the flushing rack is connected to the vertical guide rail along the vertical direction in a sliding manner.

The tank cleaning apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the base frame further comprises a displacement drive unit for moving the carriage and the trolley; the tank cleaning device also comprises a positioning unit, wherein the positioning unit comprises a positioning rod and a laser sensor; the upper end of the positioning rod is fixed on the washing frame; the laser sensor is fixed at the bottom end of the positioning rod and used for detecting the relative position of the positioning rod and the tank; the laser sensor is electrically connected with the displacement driving unit.
15. The tank cleaning device according to claim 14, wherein the positioning rod extends vertically, and a bottom end of the positioning rod is higher than a bottom end of the swing link.
