Example one
Fig. 1 is a first perspective view of a parking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a second perspective view of the parking mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is an expanded view of a cylinder of the shift drum according to the embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a parking mechanism for a vehicle, including a parking gear 10, a shift drum 20, a shift fork 30, an elastic pushing assembly 40 and a parking arm 50.
The parking arm 50 can be arranged beside the parking gear 10, the parking gear 10 can be meshed with other gears in a reduction gearbox of the vehicle, when the parking arm 50 is meshed with the parking gear 10, the parking gear 10 can be reliably prevented from rotating, so that the vehicle is in a parking state, when the parking arm 50 is disengaged from the parking gear 10, the parking gear 10 is in a free state and can be driven to rotate by the other gears in the reduction gearbox, and the vehicle outputs walking power. Therefore, the parking arm 50 in the present embodiment may be movably disposed to have a first position engaged with the parking gear 10 and a second position disengaged from the parking gear 10.
The shift drum 20 may be provided with linear grooves 211, and the linear grooves 211 include parking position grooves 2111. Specifically, the shift drum 20 of the present embodiment may include a cylindrical body 21 rotatably provided around an axis, and the linear groove 211 may be provided on the cylindrical body 21 and extend in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 21. The number of the linear grooves 211 may be one, or may be multiple, wherein at least one linear groove 211 may be used to implement switching between a parking state and a non-parking state of the vehicle, and some other linear grooves 211 may be used to implement shifting of the vehicle. Of course, in some embodiments, the cylinder 21 may have only one linear groove 211, and the linear groove 211 is used for switching between the parking state and the non-parking state of the vehicle.
The shift fork 30 is slidably disposed in the linear groove 211. The shift fork 30 slides in the linear groove 211 to perform shifting. To better explain the present solution, two directions of the shift drum in the axial direction are first defined as a first direction and a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are away from each other. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the entire length direction of the linear groove 211 extends in the circumferential direction of the shift drum 20, and the parking shift groove 2111 on the linear groove 211 may extend in the first direction or the second direction.
Generally, the shift drum 20 has a driving device (not shown in the drawings) for receiving an external force to drive the cylinder 21 of the shift drum 20 to rotate. When the barrel 21 is driven to rotate by external force, the position of the shifting fork 30 in the linear groove 211 is different, the shifting fork 30 can be switched between the position in the groove section 211b and the position in the straight section 211a, when the shifting fork 30 is in the groove section 211b, the vehicle can be in a parking state, when the shifting fork 30 is in the straight section 211a, the vehicle can be in a neutral state, and the parking gear 10 is in a free state.
As shown in fig. 3, in some other embodiments, the linear grooves 211 at other positions on the shift drum 20 may be a straight section 211a and a concave section 211b and a convex section 211c, and the shifting of the straight section 211a, the concave section 211b and the convex section 211c may realize the shifting of the gear to realize the gear shifting.
Preferably, the axial direction of the shift drum 20 may be arranged in the vertical direction, and the concave groove sections 211b are concave downward along the straight sections 211a, and when the axial direction of the shift drum 20 is arranged in the transverse direction, the concave direction may be defined as the leftward direction to form the concave groove sections 211b, and the convex direction may be defined as the rightward direction to form the convex peak sections 211 c. The following description of the embodiment of the present invention is explained with the axial direction of the shift drum 20 being set in the vertical direction.
The elastic pushing component 40 is connected to the shifting fork 30, and the elastic pushing component 40 has a first pushing surface M. The elastic pushing component 40 is elastic, so that the first pushing surface M is under the elastic action of the elastic pushing component 40 when pushing. Specifically, the elastic pushing component 40 may be fixedly connected to the shifting fork 30, and it should be noted that the elastic pushing component 40 may be directly and fixedly connected to the shifting fork 30, or the elastic pushing component 40 may be indirectly and fixedly connected to the shifting fork 30 through an intermediate member, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The parking arm 50 may be rotatably disposed at one side of the elastic pushing component 40, external teeth are disposed on the parking arm 50, and a second pushing surface N is disposed on the parking arm 50. When the shifting fork 30 slides to the parking gear slot 2111, the first abutting surface M abuts against the second abutting surface N, and the parking arm 50 rotates until the external teeth are engaged with the parking gear 10, thereby realizing parking. The parking gear 10 cannot be rotated further under the restriction of the parking arm 50, so that the parking gear 10 cannot be rotated even if the vehicle is subjected to an external force, thereby achieving a stable parking state.
Specifically, the parking arm 50 may have a plate shape, one end of the parking arm 50 may be rotatably disposed around an axis, and the other end may be used to form the second abutting surface N. When the first abutting surface M abuts against the second abutting surface N, so that the parking arm 50 generates a rotation moment moving toward the parking gear 10, the external teeth 51 of the parking arm 50 are engaged with the parking gear 10. Specifically, the parking arm 50 may be rotatably disposed around a rotation axis, and a rotation axis direction of the parking arm 50 may be parallel to the movement direction of the first abutting surface M. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the parking mechanism further includes a parking arm shaft 50a for fixedly connecting with the vehicle, and the parking arm 50 is rotatably sleeved on the parking arm shaft 50 a. In some embodiments, the parking arm 50 may also be disposed to rotate around a virtual axis, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto as long as the parking arm 50 can rotate around the axis. In this embodiment, further, the movement direction of the first abutting surface M and the rotation plane of the parking arm 50 form an included angle, which may be any angle between 0 ° and 90 °, and as long as the movement direction of the first abutting surface M and the rotation of the parking arm 50 form an included angle, the first abutting surface M can generate an abutting force downward when the shift fork 30 slides from the straight section 211a to the groove section 211 b. Of course, it is preferable that when the moving direction of the first abutting surface M is perpendicular to the rotation plane of the parking arm 50, and the shifting fork 30 slides from the straight section 211a to the groove section 211b, the descending height of the shifting fork 30 is the descending height of the first abutting surface M of the elastic abutting assembly 40, so that the mechanical conversion efficiency is the highest.
When the shift fork 30 slides in the linear groove 211 and drives the first abutting surface M of the elastic abutting assembly 40 to move downward, the first abutting surface M abuts against the second abutting surface N, so that the first abutting surface M and the second abutting surface N can generate a rotation torque for pushing the parking arm 50 to rotate, at least one of the first abutting surface M and the second abutting surface N can be an inclined surface or an arc surface, and the parking arm 50 can be pushed to rotate when the first abutting surface M moves downward.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the parking mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention in a non-parking state; fig. 5 is a top view of the parking mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present invention in a non-parking state; fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the parking mechanism provided by the embodiment of the present invention switching from the non-parking state to the parking state; fig. 7 is a plan view of an intermediate state of the parking mechanism switched from the non-parking state to the parking state according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the parking mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention in a parking state; fig. 9 is a top view of the parking mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention in a parking state. The following describes a parking process of the parking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 4 to 9.
As shown in fig. 4, when the vehicle is in the non-parking state, the shift fork 30 is located at the straight section 211a of the linear groove 211, and the distance from the shift fork 30 to the end of the shift drum 20 is L. When the vehicle is parked and needs to be parked, the shift drum 20 is rotated, so that the position of the shift fork 30 relative to the shift drum 20 is changed, the shift fork 30 is switched from the position located in the straight section 211a to the position located in the groove section 211b, as shown in fig. 6, the distance from the shift fork 30 to the end of the shift drum 20 is shortened to L1, at this moment, the relative state of the parking gear 10 and the parking arm 50 may be the state shown in fig. 7, and the peak of the external teeth 51 of the parking arm 50 and the parking gear 10 may abut against each other, and in another case, the relative state of the parking gear 10 and the parking arm 50 may be the state in which the parking gear 10 and the external teeth 51 of the parking arm 50 are just meshed, and the parking state is reached.
It should be noted that the parking condition may include uphill parking, downhill parking, and flat parking, the parking process of the vehicle is that after the vehicle stops, at the instant the vehicle stops, the parking gear 10 loses the rotational driving force, the parking gear 10 stops rotating, and before the vehicle stops and is located on an uphill, the vehicle is prone to backward slip, and the parking gear 10 may also have a smaller rotational angle; when the vehicle is in a downhill, the vehicle is easy to slide forward, and a small rotation angle is formed on the parking gear 10; when the vehicle is on flat ground, the vehicle is subjected to more or less external force, such as shaking of vehicle inertia, or shaking of the vehicle caused by a vehicle occupant, and a small rotation angle of the parking gear 10 may occur. Even if the parking arm 50 and the parking gear 10 are in the state shown in fig. 7 after parking, because the elastic pushing component 40 has a certain elasticity, the parking gear 10 can overcome the acting force of the elastic pushing component 40 and rotate a small angle in the state shown in fig. 7, so that the parking arm 50 and the parking gear 10 reach the parking state of relative engagement shown in fig. 8, at this time, the parking gear 10 is limited and cannot rotate, and the vehicle is in a stable parking state.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a parking mechanism, including parking gear, the variable speed drum, the shift fork, the variable speed drum is equipped with the linear groove, the linear groove is including parking gear groove, the linear inslot is located to shift fork slidable, elasticity is supported and is pushed away subassembly and shift fork connection, elasticity is supported and is pushed away the subassembly and has first pushing away the face, parking arm is last to have and is used for the external tooth with parking gear engagement, rotate to set up in elasticity one side of pushing away the subassembly at parking arm, when the shift fork slides to parking gear groove, first pushing away face and second support pushing away the face butt, parking arm rotates to external tooth and parking gear engagement, its simple structure is compact, improve whole car miniaturization degree, pure mechanical drive and transmission, the operation is felt better, need not motor drive, low cost.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the elastic pushing assembly 40 may include a pushing rod assembly connected to the shifting fork 30, and a first elastic member 41 and a pushing member 42 disposed on the pushing rod assembly, wherein the first pushing surface M is disposed on the pushing member 42.
Preferably, the deformation direction of the first elastic member 41 may be perpendicular to the rotation plane of the parking arm 50. Therefore, the elastic deformation of the first elastic member 41 is completely used for applying the pushing force, the transmission efficiency is the highest, and compared with the way that the torsion spring drives the parking arm 50 to generate the torque, the first elastic member 41 with the deformation direction perpendicular to the parking arm 50 is adopted in the embodiment, the problem of the rotation torque force does not exist in the first elastic member 41, once the vehicle is parked, the first elastic member 41 cannot drive the shift drum 20 to rotate, the parking stability is effectively improved, and the parking probability is improved.
The abutting member 42 may abut against or be connected with the first elastic member 41. The abutting piece 42 can realize the floating abutting of the abutting piece 42 under the action of the first elastic piece 41.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, or fig. 6 or fig. 8, the push rod assembly may include a push rod 43, one end of the push rod 43 may be fixedly connected to the shift fork 30, and the first elastic member 41 may be sleeved on the push rod 43. Through setting up the push rod 43, locate the push rod 43 outside with first elastic component 41 cover for first elastic component 41 can stretch out and draw back along push rod 43 axial, and push rod 43 realizes the direction to first elastic component 41, avoids first elastic component 41 crooked in the use.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, when the bending resistance of the first elastic element 41 is sufficient, the push rod 43 may be omitted, one end of the first elastic element 41 may be directly or indirectly fixedly connected with the shift fork 30, and the other end of the first elastic element 41 may be fixedly connected with the pushing element 42.
As shown in fig. 4, 6, and 8, the first elastic member 41 is compressed during the switching from the non-parking state to the parking state, but it can be understood that the first elastic member 41 is restored to be deformed during the switching from the parking state to the non-parking state.
Further, the putter assembly may further include: the parking device comprises a push rod seat 45 and a parking guide shaft 46, wherein the push rod seat 45 is fixedly connected with the shifting fork 30, the push rod seat 45 is slidably sleeved on the parking guide shaft 46, and the push rod 43 is fixedly connected with the push rod seat 45. As shown in fig. 1, the push rod seat 45 is fixedly connected to the shift fork 30 and the push rod 43, respectively. The parking guide shaft 46 may be used for fixing to a vehicle, the push rod seat 45 is slidably disposed outside the push rod seat shaft 45, and an axis of the parking guide shaft 46 may be parallel to an axis of the shift drum 20. The push rod seat 45 moves along the parking guide shaft 46 under the driving of the shifting fork 30, the push rod 43 is fixedly connected with the push rod seat 45, the push rod seat 45 drives the push rod 43 to move up and down, and the arrangement of the push rod seat 45 and the parking guide shaft 46 ensures that the acting force of the shifting fork 30 is stably transmitted to the push rod 43 on the structure of force transmission realized on the basis of the existing structure.
Further, the pushing element 42 can be sleeved on the pushing rod 43 and can slide relative to the pushing rod 43, and the first elastic element 41 can be located between the pushing element 42 and one end of the pushing rod 43 connected to the pushing rod seat 45. During the movement of the shift fork 30 in the linear groove 211, once the shift fork 30 reaches the parking position slot 2111, the push rod 43 descends, and the first elastic element 41 is between the abutting element 42 and the end of the push rod 43 connected to the push rod seat 45, and the abutting element 42 abuts against the parking arm 50, so that the first elastic element 41 is compressed, and the abutting element 42 laterally abuts against the parking arm 50, so that the parking arm 50 rotates toward the parking gear 10. Since the pushing member 42 and the first elastic member 41 are both disposed on the push rod 43, both can move in a predetermined direction, and a yaw phenomenon is not generated, thereby improving parking reliability.
The elastic pushing assembly 40 may further include: a first stopper 44. A first limiting member 44a may be disposed at an end of the push rod 43 close to the abutting member 42, and the abutting member 42 is located between the first limiting member 44a and the first elastic member 41. Through the arrangement of the first limiting member 44a, the abutting member 42 can be prevented from falling out of the push rod 43, and the reliability of the parking mechanism is ensured.
In some embodiments, a second limiting member 44b may be disposed on the push rod 43, the second limiting member 44b is located between the end of the push rod 43 connected to the push rod seat 45 and the first elastic member 41, when the shift fork 30 is located in the parking range slot 2111, the first elastic member 41 is in a compressed state, and one end of the first elastic member abuts against the first limiting member 44a, and the other end of the first elastic member abuts against the abutting member 42.
The first limiting member 44a and the second limiting member 44b can be respectively fixed at two ends of the pushing rod 43, and the first elastic member 41 and the abutting member 42 are located between the two limiting members.
The first limiting member 44a and the second limiting member 44b are matched to limit the axial moving positions of the first elastic member 41 and the abutting member 42, so as to prevent the first elastic member 41 and/or the abutting member 42 from coming off the push rod 43 from the axial direction, and improve the working reliability of the whole mechanism.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 6 and 8, the abutting element 42 is a circular truncated cone, and at least a portion of a circumferential side surface of the circular truncated cone forms a first abutting surface M. Thus, the pushing surface M is an inclined surface. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the diameter of the circular truncated cone decreases from the end close to the first elastic member 41 to the end far from the first elastic member 41.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, further, the pushing member 42 includes: the first section X1 with a constant diameter and the second section X2 which extends from one end of the first section X1 and is gradually reduced in diameter, wherein the circumferential side surface of the second section X2 forms a first abutting surface M. Because in prior art, adopt lever mechanism transmission usually between shift drum and the parking arm, under the parking state, because whole car gravity is whole to be pressed on the parking arm, at this moment, because gravity is pressed on the parking arm along the radial of lever, if need withdraw from the parking shelves just need overcome the pressure that acts on the parking arm, can make lever mechanism's rotation very difficult like this, lead to withdrawing the shelves difficult. And the embodiment of the utility model provides an adopted parking mechanism, because elasticity supports pushes away subassembly 40 and has first support face M, first support face M is the inclined plane for, consequently, make into keep off or move back the resistance when shelves and obtain effective reduction, realize in the same direction as sliding in, move back the shelves, effectively eliminated the card pause in a journey phenomenon of advancing and retreating shelves.
Of course, in some other embodiments, the first pushing surface M may be an arc surface as long as it can obliquely push the parking arm 50, which is not limited by the present invention.
In addition, the parking gear 10 is in a bevel engagement with the external teeth 51 on the parking arm 50. Therefore, the process of engaging or disengaging the parking arm 50 with or from the parking gear 10 can be more smoothly guided by the inclined surface, so that the smoothness of parking for entering or exiting the gear is improved, and the operation hand feeling is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 7, and 9, a surface of the parking arm 50 for abutting against and contacting the first abutting surface M forms a second abutting surface N, and a normal direction (a dotted line direction shown in fig. 1) of the second abutting surface N points to a center of the parking gear 10. In this way, the pushing force of the pushing surface M on the parking arm 50 is entirely applied to the rotation of the parking arm 50 toward the parking gear 10, and the mechanical transmission efficiency is maximized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 6, and 8, the second abutting surface N may be an inclined surface that is disposed on the parking arm 50 and corresponds to a circumferential side surface of the circular truncated cone. The second abutting surface N is an inclined surface, so that the transmission between the second abutting surface N and the first abutting surface M is smoother, and certainly, in some embodiments, the second abutting surface N may include an arc surface, a spherical surface, or even a sharp vertex, which is not limited by the present invention. The term "parallel" in the present embodiment means substantially parallel, and the parallel arrangement within a range allowed by a certain machining error, for example, within a range of a deviation of 5 ° can be understood as parallel in the present invention.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the parking mechanism further includes a guide table P having a ring shape, and an inner circumferential surface of the guide table P forms a guide surface P1 that is fitted to a circumferential side surface of the circular truncated cone. Through the arrangement of the guide table P and the cooperation with the circumferential side face of the abutting part 42, the circular truncated cone can move in the preset direction, the abutting direction of the abutting part 42 is further ensured, and the parking reliability is improved.
In some embodiments, the parking mechanism further comprises a second elastic member 60, the second elastic member 60 may abut or be fixedly connected with the parking arm 50, and the other end of the second elastic member 60 is fixed relative to the vehicle. The second elastic member 60 provides an elastic force that hinders the parking arm 50 from rotating, thereby allowing the parking arm 50 to be restored to a position disengaged from the parking gear 10 by the second elastic member 60 once the parking arm 50 does not need to be parked.
As shown in fig. 1, when the shift drum 20 rotates to move the shift fork 30 to the groove section 211b, the elastic pushing assembly 40 descends, the first pushing surface M descends to push against the second pushing surface N of the parking arm 50, the second elastic member 60 elastically deforms, and the parking arm 50 rotates toward the parking gear 10 until in the parking state. The shift drum 20 is reversely rotated so that the shift fork 30 is disengaged from the groove section 211b to the flat section 211a, the parking arm 50 can be automatically rotated to be disengaged from the parking gear 10 by the elastic restoring force of the second elastic member 60, and the parking gear 10 is maintained in a disengaged state of the parking arm 50 from the parking gear 10, that is, in a non-parking state, and can be rotated by the driving force with the parking gear 10 in a free state.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the second elastic member 60 is a torsion spring, and the parking mechanism may further include a positioning shaft 70, and the torsion spring may be sleeved on the positioning shaft 70. One torsion arm of the torsion spring may abut or be fixedly connected with the parking arm 50, while the other torsion arm of the torsion spring may be fixed relative to the vehicle. Preferably, the parking arm 50 may have a catch 52 that receives another torsion arm of the torsion spring, which torsion arm abuts within the catch 52. In other embodiments, a torsion arm of the torsion spring may be fixedly connected to the parking arm 50. When a person skilled in the art performs a specific design, the connection or contact manner between the torsion spring and the parking arm 50 may be designed according to specific structures of the elastic pushing component 40 and the parking arm 50, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. The torsion spring is torsionally deformed when the parking arm 50 rotates towards the parking gear 10, and in other embodiments, the second elastic member 60 is an axial extension spring, one end of the axial extension spring is fixedly connected with the parking arm 50, and the other end of the axial extension spring is fixed relative to the vehicle. The axial expansion spring is compressed and deformed when the parking arm 50 is rotated toward the parking gear 10.
In addition, due to the arrangement of the second elastic member 60, when the vehicle runs normally, the parking arm 50 is maintained at the preset disengagement position under the action of the second elastic member 60, and if the parking arm 50 rotates, the elastic resistance of the second elastic member 60 must be overcome, so that, in the embodiment, by arranging the second elastic member 60, even if the vehicle runs, the parking arm 50 does not shake or turn over, therefore, the parking arm 50 does not collide with or engage with the parking gear 10 by mistake in the running process of the vehicle, which causes the phenomenon of unsmooth running or jamming in the running process, and can further avoid the phenomenon of abrasion caused by the collision between the parking arm 50 and the parking gear 10 by mistake, thereby prolonging the service life of vehicle components.
The second embodiment provides a gearbox, including the casing, and set up the parking mechanism in the casing. The gearbox comprises a gear transmission, to which the parking gear 10 is connected or in engagement.
It should be noted that the structure and principle of the parking mechanism in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and specific reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, the gearbox includes a parking arm shaft with one end fixedly connected with the housing, and the parking arm 50 is sleeved on the parking arm shaft and rotates around the parking arm shaft.
In the first embodiment, one end of the positioning shaft may be used to be connected to the inner side of the casing of the transmission case, the other end of the positioning shaft is sleeved with the second elastic member 60, one end of the second elastic member 60 abuts against the parking arm 50, and the second elastic member 60 is fixedly connected to the casing.
