The second sub outlet apertures 1712 are distributed over most of the area of the outlet face cover 17, corresponding to the second outlet area 188.
In some embodiments, the plurality of outlet apertures 171 may further include a third sub-outlet 1714, and the third sub-outlet 1714 has a hole size between the first sub-outlet 1714 and the second sub-outlet 1712, and is located in the central outlet area 175, corresponding to the central hole 185.
