fig. 1 is an exploded view of a conventional emergency escape sign lamp;
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a sign lamp according to one embodiment of the present invention; and
fig. 3 is a perspective view of the sign lamp of fig. 2.
Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals indicate the same or corresponding features.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a sign lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the sign light may include a front plate 11 and a housing to which the front plate 11 is mounted in an externally visible manner. The housing may be formed by a front case 12 and a rear case 13 which are exploded in the drawing, and a light chamber is formed in the housing and a light emitting body is provided. In the illustrated example, the space inside the housing is divided into three light chambers by the light barrier 14. Here, the light chamber not only provides a receiving space for the internal components, but also is relied upon to achieve the light-equalizing effect required for sign lamps.
As previously mentioned, the housing includes a front shell 12 and a rear shell 13. In order to display the indication mark and thereby effectively function as a mark, the front plate 11 is mounted to the front case 12 in an externally visible manner. The front case 12 and the rear case 13 may be detachably coupled to the case or permanently coupled to the case. Besides other materials commonly used for marking the shell material of the lamp, the shell material can also be plastic and the like.
The front plate 11 may be mounted on the front surface of the housing. In particular, it may be mounted to the front shell 12. In various embodiments, the front plate 11 may be fitted into the front case 12 from the front of the front case 12 as shown in the drawing, or the front plate 11 may be fitted into the front case 12 from the rear of the front case 12 as shown in the drawing. The front plate 11 and the housing (in the illustrated example, specifically the front shell 12) may be joined by glue, welding, double-sided tape, bolts, or snap-fit. The cooperation of the front plate 11 and the housing is adapted to form a light chamber within the housing which may correspond to the position of the indicator markings to facilitate better light uniformity behind the front plate.
The front plate 11 may be made of a light-transmitting material, and may be locally surface-treated to have a light-shielding portion and a light-transmitting portion. As shown in the figure, the light-transmitting portion constitutes an indicator mark. The light transmittance of the light-transmitting part of the front plate 11 can be 30% -95%; the light shielding portion is opaque. In alternative embodiments, the surface treatment may be by painting, silk screening and/or film coating, thereby forming the surface-treated portion as a light-shielding portion. The part without surface treatment is a light-transmitting part. In an alternative embodiment, the inner and/or outer surfaces of the light-transmitting portion may be frosted in order to achieve a desired light transmittance and a better light-equalizing effect, and to make the transmitted light softer.
In fig. 2, the indication marks formed by the transparent portions are arrows pointing in two opposite directions at both ends of the front plate 11, and a human-shaped mark in a running state in a frame between the two arrows. In a particular use, the sign of the sign light may be used to indicate, for example, the direction of an escape or evacuation route. In alternative embodiments, different indicators may be used to indicate different meanings. In the case of the indicator shown in the figures, in the case where only one side is available for escape or evacuation, only the escape sign of the sign lamp and the one arrow may be brightened. If an emergency occurs, the sign light may be flashed to draw the attention of the target person.
As shown in fig. 2, the number of light chambers in the housing constituted by the front case 12 and the rear case 13 is three, and different light chambers may be partitioned by the light blocking member 14. The flag 14 is in the example shown in the figure strip-shaped. In alternative embodiments, the number of optical chambers may be one or more, depending on the particular needs. In an alternative embodiment, the flag 14 can be moved or removed to control the volume and number of chambers. For example, a slot may be formed on the rear panel 13, and the light blocking member 14 is inserted into the slot and may be moved within the slot or between a plurality of slots.
As can also be seen from fig. 2, a printed circuit board 15 may be provided on one side of the optical chamber, and a light emitter 16 (see fig. 3) may be provided on the printed circuit board 15. For example, the light 16 may be an array of LED lights. The printed circuit board 15 can be used for realizing intelligent communication and control of the sign lamp.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the sign lamp of fig. 2. For convenience of description of the internal structure of the housing, the sign lamp is placed obliquely, and the front plate 11 and the front case 12 are schematically illustrated as being transparent as a whole. In practical embodiments, the housing may be made of transparent or non-transparent material as desired. From fig. 3, the light chamber, in which the light barrier separates, can be seen through the front housing, as well as the printed circuit board and the LED lamp within the housing.
In an alternative embodiment, the selected LED lamp may have an emission angle of less than 90 degrees. After the LED lamp emits light, the light homogenizing plate is lightened through the transformation of various light paths in the light chamber, and the light homogenizing effect is formed. Therefore, the LED lamp is more favorable for forming diffuse reflection of light in the light chamber so as to effectively realize uniform light effect. By such arrangement, embedded backlights and aluminum alloy or stainless steel shells adopted by most emergency signs in the market are avoided, because the scheme adopted in the prior art has high material cost and complex process, and a large number of molds are required for different indication sign patterns. In contrast, in various aspects of the present invention, light is homogenized by employing a light chamber. In some aspects, a backlight is not used, and the three elements are combined together to realize a better light-equalizing effect through an LED lamp with a specified light-emitting angle, a front plate with specified light transmittance and/or a self-developed light chamber.
The utility model discloses additional advantage can also include: the requirements of national standards related to the illumination brightness of the signs are met under the conditions of low cost and low consumption; a perfect light-equalizing effect is provided; the production cost and the material cost are greatly reduced; the shell can be recycled; is beneficial to saving energy; a set of molds can be used to make a variety of products; the yield can be improved to a great extent.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and alterations to the above embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the scope of the present invention.
