The technical solution in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
See fig. 1-3. In this embodiment, the faucet with the magnetic switch comprises a faucet body, an electric control valve, a controller 3 and a magnetic switch 10.
Wherein,
the tap body is used for realizing water outlet.
The electric control valve is used for controlling water outlet of the faucet body, and can be an opening and closing valve with an electromagnetic valve, a temperature adjusting valve with a valve rod and driven by a motor, and a switching valve controlled by two electromagnetic valves.
The controller 3 is used for receiving the magnetic induction signal to control the action of the electric control valve. The installation of the controller 3 and the specific method of controlling the electrically controlled valves are described in detail below.
The magnetic switch 10 includes an operating member 1 and an inductive member 2. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the operating element 1 includes an outer case 11, a first magnetic member 12, and four second magnetic members 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13 d. The outer housing 11 has a first receiving cavity at the center for receiving the first magnetic member 12 and four second receiving cavities for receiving the second magnetic members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13 d. As shown in fig. 2, four second magnetic members 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d are arranged in the circumferential direction around the first magnetic member 12, where 13a and 13c are located opposite to each other on one diameter centered on the first magnetic member 12, 13b and 13d are located opposite to each other on the other diameter centered on the first magnetic member 12, and the intersection angle of the two diameters is 45 degrees. The induction member 2 includes an inner housing 21, a third magnetic member 22, a PCB board 23, and three magnetic inductors 24a, 24b, and 24 c. The inner housing 21 is provided with a third receiving cavity at the center for receiving the third magnetic member 22. The third magnetic member 22 is used for attracting the first magnetic member 12. The PCB 23 is annularly arranged around the third accommodating cavity, so that the space of the inner shell 21 can be saved. The three magnetic sensors 24a, 24b, and 24c and the controller 3 are disposed on the PCB board, and are electrically connected through the PCB board. The three magnetic sensors 24a, 24b and 24c are all hall sensors, which is advantageous for saving the volume of the induction member 2. As shown in fig. 3, three magnetic inductors 24a, 24b, and 24c are arranged around the third magnetic member 22 in the circumferential direction, wherein an included angle between a line connecting the magnetic inductor 24a and the third magnetic member 22 and a line connecting the magnetic inductor 24b and the third magnetic member 22 is 45 degrees; an included angle between a connecting line of the magnetic inductor 24b and the third magnetic member 22 and a connecting line of the magnetic inductor 24c and the third magnetic member 22 is also 45 degrees. The distance between each magnetic sensor and the third magnetic member 22 is equal to the distance between each second magnetic member 13 and the first magnetic member 12. Each of the magnetic sensors 24a, 24b, and 24c is connected to the controller 3, and transmits a magnetic induction signal to the controller 3 after receiving the magnetic field of any of the second magnetic members 13a, 13b, 13c, or 13 d.
In this embodiment, when the first magnetic member 12 and the third magnetic member 22 are not attracted, the three magnetic sensors 24a, 24b, and 24c cannot sense the magnetic field of the second magnetic member 13a, 13b, 13c, or 13d, and at this time, the controller 3 controls the electrically controlled valve to close the faucet body, so that no water is discharged. When the first magnetic member 12 is attracted to the third magnetic member 22, at any point in time, four states exist in which the three magnetic sensors 24a, 24b, and 24c transmit magnetic induction signals. Namely: in the first state: only the magnetic inductor 24a transmits a magnetic induction signal; in the second state: only the magnetic sensors 24a and 24b transmit magnetic induction signals; the third state: only magnetic sensors 24b and 24c transmit magnetic induction signals; the fourth state: only the magnetic inductor 24c transmits a magnetic induction signal. The control strategy of the controller 3 is to acquire the magnetic induction signal once every period (for example, 50ms) set manually. Comparing the state corresponding to the magnetic induction signal acquired this time with the state corresponding to the magnetic induction signal acquired last time, if the state is not changed, controlling the motor not to rotate, and if the state is the fourth state last time and the first state this time, controlling the motor to rotate forwards; if the last time is in the first state and the current time is in the second state, controlling the motor to rotate forwards; if the last time is in the second state and the current time is in the third state, the motor is controlled to rotate forwards, and if the last time is in the third state and the current time is in the fourth state, the motor is controlled to rotate forwards; if the last time is in the first state and the current time is in the fourth state, controlling the motor to reversely rotate; if the last time is in the fourth state and the current time is in the third state, controlling the motor to reversely rotate; if the last time is in the third state and the current time is in the second state, controlling the motor to reversely rotate; and if the last time is in the second state and the current time is in the first state, controlling the motor to reversely rotate. Therefore, the rotation direction of the operating piece 1 by a human hand can be sensed through the magnetic control switch 10, so that the motor is controlled to rotate forwards or backwards, and the water temperature is increased and decreased.
The embodiment also discloses a water outlet device, which comprises the faucet with the magnetic switch and the base. In this embodiment, the base is a basin. The tap body is fixed on the base, and the base is provided with a panel 20 for bearing the magnetic switch 10. In the present embodiment, the panel 20 is a counter basin top, and may be made of ceramic or plastic, and has a thickness of 10mm or less. In the present embodiment, the sensing element 2 is fixed under the panel 20. The operating member 1 is removably positioned on the face plate 20. When the first magnetic member 12 and the third magnetic member 22 are attracted, the operating member 1 and the sensing member 2 together form the magnetic switch 10. When the first magnetic member 12 and the third magnetic member 22 are not attracted, the operation member is removed from the panel 20, and the magnetic switch 10 is disabled.
As can be seen from the above description, in the magnetic control switch 10 of the present embodiment, since the operation element 1 is removable and the connection of the magnetic control switch 10 is realized by the attraction of the first magnetic element 12 and the third magnetic element 22, the panel 20 is easy to clean and the magnetic control switch 10 is convenient to install.
The description of the above specification and examples is intended to be illustrative of the scope of the present application and is not intended to be limiting.
