2. The sand leaking device for the cart-type annealing furnace according to claim 1, wherein the filtering mechanism comprises:
the box body is arranged below the chute in an inclined manner, the upper end of the box body is opened, and the interior of the box body is hollow; and
the first filter is arranged at the upper end of the box body and covers the opening and is used for filtering sand and residual iron sheets which slide down from the chute, the sand and the residual iron sheets pass through the first filter and then reach the inside of the box body, and the first filter is horizontally arranged and is detachably connected with the side end of the trolley.
3. The sand leaking device for a cart-type annealing furnace according to claim 2, wherein the filtering mechanism further comprises:
the second filter is arranged in the box body and used for filtering sand and residual iron sheets filtered by the first filter, the sand passing through the second filter falls to the bottom of the box body, and the diameter of the filter holes in the second filter is smaller than that of the filter holes in the first filter.

The sand leaking device for the car-type annealing furnace according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of discharge ports are provided on the side wall of the box body, the end portion of the second filter plate abuts against the inner wall of the box body and is located at the lower end of the discharge port, the sand stopped by the second filter plate flows out of the box body after passing through the discharge port, and a stopper for covering the discharge port is slidably attached to the discharge port.

the first magnets are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body and positioned above the second filter plate and are used for magnetically attracting the residual iron sheets passing through the first filter plate; and
and the second magnets are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body and positioned below the second filter plate and used for magnetically attracting the residual iron sheets passing through the second filter plate.
6. The sand leaking device for the cart-type annealing furnace according to claim 4, wherein the collector comprises:
the first sliding rail is transversely arranged on the outer side of the box body, and one end of the first sliding rail is abutted against the outer wall of the box body; and
and the tackle is in sliding contact with the first sliding rail, is positioned below the discharge port after being in contact with the outer wall of the box body and is used for bearing sand blocked by the second filter plate.
