9. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a liquid injection port provided at a top portion and a liquid discharge port provided at a bottom portion of the tank.

The cleaning equipment according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning equipment units are multiple, liquid supply pipelines between adjacent cleaning equipment units are arranged in parallel through a fifth pipeline (6), return pipelines between adjacent cleaning equipment units are arranged in parallel through a sixth pipeline (7), liquid supply branch pipes with the same number as the cleaning equipment units are arranged on the fifth pipeline (6) at intervals, a water valve is arranged on each liquid supply branch pipe, the fifth pipeline (6) is communicated with the liquid supply pipelines on the cleaning equipment units through the liquid supply branch pipes, return branch pipes with the same number as the cleaning equipment units are arranged on the sixth pipeline (7) at intervals, a water valve is arranged on each return branch pipe, and the sixth pipeline (7) is communicated with the return pipelines on the cleaning equipment units through the return branch pipes.
