SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In the package of the absorbent article, the absorbent article is easily deformed by the pressure of the storage space. There is a possibility that the absorption performance is lowered due to the deformation of the absorbent article. In the package of patent document 1, a user can carry the package (i.e., the main body) of the absorbent article without pressing the storage space by gripping the upper portion of the package bag.
However, after the upper portion of the packaging bag is separated by opening the opening, the user cannot hold the upper portion of the packaging bag, and may carry the main body while pressing the storage space. This may reduce the absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article. Further, even when the upper portion of the packaging bag is not separated, since the packaging bag is conveyed while holding the upper portion of the packaging bag, the packaging bag may be broken starting from the opening seal formed by the opening seal forming portion, and the main body portion of the packaging bag containing the absorbent article may fall, or the contained absorbent article may fall out of the packaging bag. The impact of the fall may deform the absorbent article and reduce the absorption performance.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a package for an absorbent article, which includes a packaging bag and a storage article that is formed of at least an absorbent article and is stored in the packaging bag, and which can be transported without pressing a storage space even after opening the package.
An absorbent article package according to one aspect includes: a width direction, a front-back direction, and an up-down direction; packaging bags; and a storage article that is configured from at least an absorbent article and is stored in the packaging bag. The packaging bag has: a front surface and a rear surface opposite to the front surface in the front-rear direction; an opening seal forming portion provided to form an opening seal extending in the width direction; and a main body section which is a portion located below the opening seal forming section and has a storage space for storing the absorbent article. The main body portion has: a pair of side seal portions formed by joining the front surface and the rear surface to each other at both side end portions in the width direction of the packaging bag; and a grip portion that is disposed on the outer side in the width direction than the inner edge of the side seal portion and that can be gripped by a user.
Even if the opening seal is formed by the opening seal forming portion, the user can grip the handle portion of the main body portion. The handle portion is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction than the inner edge of the side seal portion, so that even if a user grips the handle portion, the accommodating space can be suppressed from being pressed. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article.
According to another aspect, in a storage state in which the storage article is stored in the storage space, a gap may be provided between an inner edge of the side seal portion and the storage article. Thus, even when the user grips the grip portion to a portion inside the inner edge of the side seal portion, the absorbent article can be prevented from being directly pressed. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article.
According to other aspects, the pouch may have a maximum width outer edge that constitutes a maximum width of the pouch. The handle portion may be disposed inward in the width direction from the maximum width outer edge. Accordingly, the maximum width outer edge is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction than the grip portion, and thus, an external force is easily applied to the maximum width outer edge before being applied to the grip portion. Therefore, the force from the outside is less likely to be applied to the grip portion, and the grip portion can be less likely to be bent or broken. The function of the grip portion is easily maintained, and even when the user grips the grip portion after opening the package, the absorbent performance can be prevented from being lowered due to deformation of the absorbent article.
According to another aspect, the packaging bag may be self-standing on the placement surface. The handle portion may be disposed above the maximum width outer edge. Thus, when the user grips the handle portion from above the package, the side seal portion does not become an obstacle, and the user can easily bring the handle portion close to the handle portion. This facilitates the handling of the package while gripping the handle portion. By carrying the package while holding the grip portion, the user can prevent the absorbent article from being directly pressed, and the reduction in the absorption performance due to the deformation of the absorbent article can be suppressed.
According to another aspect, the packaging bag may be self-standing on the placement surface. The handle portion may be disposed above the center of the body portion in the vertical direction. Thus, when the user grips the grip portion from above the package, the grip portion can be more easily brought closer to the grip portion than when the grip portion is disposed below the center of the main body portion. This facilitates the handling of the package while gripping the handle portion. By carrying the package while holding the grip portion, the user can prevent the absorbent article from being directly pressed, and the reduction in the absorption performance due to the deformation of the absorbent article can be suppressed.
According to another aspect, the handle portion may include a 1 st handle portion disposed at a position further outward in the width direction than an inner edge of one side seal portion of the pair of side seal portions, and a 2 nd handle portion disposed at a position further outward in the width direction than an inner edge of the other side seal portion of the pair of side seal portions. Thus, the user can grip the grip portion from either side in the width direction, and can facilitate the conveyance of the package by gripping the grip portion. By carrying the package while holding the grip portion, the user can prevent the absorbent article from being directly pressed, and the reduction in the absorption performance due to the deformation of the absorbent article can be suppressed.
According to another aspect, the main body portion may have a receiving portion provided with the pair of side sealing portions and having the receiving space. The handle portion may extend outward in the width direction from the housing portion. The user can easily visually confirm the handle portion. Further, since the grip portion can be further separated from the housing space, it is possible to further suppress the user from pressing the housing space when the user grips the grip portion. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article.
According to other solutions, the handle portion may have a circular arc shape. Thus, the corner portions do not come into contact with the skin of the user when the user grips the grip portion, and the user can grip the grip portion safely.
According to another aspect, the handle portion may be formed by overlapping a plurality of sheets in the thickness direction. The plurality of pieces may be joined together at an outer end portion of the handle portion. This improves the rigidity of the handle portion, and reduces bending and breakage of the handle portion. The function of the grip portion is easily maintained, and even when the user grips the grip portion after opening the package, the absorbent performance can be prevented from being lowered due to deformation of the absorbent article.
According to another aspect, the handle portion may be provided with an opening penetrating the handle portion in the thickness direction or a slit for forming the opening. Thus, the package can be hung and stored even after being opened by inserting the hook or the like through the opening, and the storage space can be easily reduced. Further, by suspending and storing the package, the sanitary state of the absorbent article can be easily maintained as compared with the case where the package is stored while being placed directly on the floor. In addition, when the user can hook a finger or a nail to the opening, the package can be prevented from falling off when the package is conveyed. In addition, in the case where a notch for forming the opening is provided, the user can easily provide the opening.
According to another aspect, the body portion may include a fastener that is provided below the open seal forming portion and extends from one side seal portion to the other side seal portion of the pair of side seal portions. By closing the opening seal with the fastener provided below the opening seal forming portion, it is possible to suppress a decrease in performance of the absorbent article stored in the storage space.
According to another aspect, a plurality of absorbent articles may be housed in the package bag. The 1 st length from the lower end edge of the fastener to the upper end edge of the stored item may be 10% or more and 50% or less of the 2 nd length from the lower end edge of the fastener to the lower end edge of the packaging bag. When the 1 st length is 10% or more of the 2 nd length, the plurality of absorbent articles are stored in a state relatively distant from the opening seal, and therefore, when taking out the 1 st absorbent article, other absorbent articles are less likely to fly out of the opening seal. Thus, the absorbent article can be easily taken out independently. When the 1 st length is 50% or less of the 2 nd length, the user can easily visually confirm the absorbent article from the opening. Further, the hand entering the package bag can easily reach the absorbent article, and therefore the absorbent article can be easily taken out.
According to another aspect, the side seal portion may be provided with a concave-convex region in which a portion protruding in a thickness direction and a portion recessed in the thickness direction are alternately formed. When the user holds the concave-convex area with a finger, the projected portion is caught by the finger, and the finger is hard to slip. The user can easily grip the package.
According to another aspect, the opening seal forming portion may be a slit extending from an outer edge of the packaging bag to an inner side in the width direction. Thereby, the open seal is formed from the side end edge of the packaging bag, and thus the upper portion of the packaging bag is easily separated. By separating the upper part of the packaging bag, gripping of the handle part can be facilitated. Thus, it is possible to suppress: after the opening is formed, the package is transported while holding the upper portion of the package, and the package is broken starting from the opening.

(2) Schematic structure of absorbent article package
The package 1 of the absorbent article 100 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The package 1 has a width direction X, a vertical direction Z, and a front-rear direction Y intersecting the width direction X and the vertical direction Z. The package 1 may have an upper direction U, a lower direction D, a front direction F, and a rear direction R. The vertical direction Z is a vertical direction in a state where the package 1 (package bag 10 described later) is self-standing.
As shown in fig. 1, 2A, and 2B, the package 1 includes a package bag 10 and a storage article a. The packaging bag 10 may be able to stand on the mounting surface MS. The packaging bag 10 has a storage space S for storing the stored article a. The storage article a is constituted by at least the absorbent article 100 and is stored in the packaging bag 10. In the present embodiment, the stored article a is an individual package 5. The individual package 5 is formed by individually packaging the absorbent article 100 with the packaging sheet 150. The individual package 5 is composed of the absorbent article 100 and a package sheet 150 for individually packaging the absorbent article 100. The packaging bag 10 can house a plurality of individual packages 5 (a plurality of absorbent articles 100). In the embodiment, two individual packages 5 (absorbent articles 100) are stored in the package bag 10 as the stored articles a. As shown in fig. 1, in a storage state in which the storage article a is stored in the storage space S, a gap G is provided between an inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31, which will be described later, and the storage article a.
The absorbent article 100 is, for example, a disposable diaper for adults or children, a sanitary napkin, a urine pad for men, or the like. The absorbent article 100 may be a pants-type sanitary napkin. The number of the stored articles a stored in the packaging bag 10 may be 1, or 2 or more. In the present embodiment, 2 stored articles a (individual packages 5) are stored in the packaging bag 10. The absorbent article 100 has an absorber. The absorbent body contains an absorbent material for absorbing liquid, such as comminuted pulp, superabsorbent polymers (SAP), and the like. The absorber is disposed at least in the crotch region.
The package 10 has a front surface 11, a rear surface 12, and a bottom surface 13. The rear surface 12 is opposed to the front surface 11 in the front-rear direction Y. The package 10 has a front sheet constituting a front face 11, a rear sheet constituting a rear face 12, and a bottom sheet constituting a bottom face 13. The front sheet, the rear sheet, and the back sheet can be formed of a sheet material such as a film made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, for example. The front sheet, the rear sheet, and the bottom sheet may be formed of continuous 1 sheet or may be formed of separate sheets. In addition, the package bag 10 has a maximum width outer edge 10SM constituting the maximum width MW of the package bag 10. The maximum width MW is the width between the outer edges 10S of the package bag 10, which is the largest. Thus, the maximum width outer side edge 10SM is the length from the maximum width outer side edge 10SM on one side to the maximum width outer side edge 10SM on the other side.
The packaging bag 10 has a tear seam forming portion C provided to form a tear seam P extending in the width direction X. In the present embodiment, the opening seal forming portion C is a notch extending inward in the width direction X from the outer edge 10S of the packaging bag 10. The slits may be provided at both outer edges 10S of the packing bag 10. The opening seal forming portion C may be provided in a side seal portion 31 described later. The opening seal forming portion C may have a circular arc shape. This prevents the skin of the user from being damaged by the opening of the corners of the seal-forming portion C. The opening seal forming portion C may be formed of a tear line extending from one side seal portion 31 to the other side seal portion 31 in the width direction X.
The package bag 10 has a main body 20. The main body 20 is a portion below the opening seal forming portion C. Fig. 3 shows a state in which the portion of the packaging bag 10 above the opening seal forming portion C is removed by the opening seal forming portion C. In fig. 3, the main body 20 is shown. The main body portion 20 has a storage space S for storing the absorbent article 100. The main body 20 may have a receiving portion 30 and a handle portion 40.
The housing 30 has a housing space S. The housing 30 is provided with a pair of side sealing portions 31. Thus, the main body portion 20 has a pair of side seal portions 31. The pair of side seal portions 31 are portions where the front surface 11 and the rear surface 12 are joined to each other at both side end portions in the width direction X of the packaging bag 10. In the side seal portion 31, the front surface 11 and the rear surface 12 may be joined to each other via a sheet 45 constituting the handle portion 40, which will be described later. The side seal portion 31 has an inner edge 31A as an inner side edge in the width direction X and an outer edge 31B as an outer side edge in the width direction X.
The side seal portion 31 may be provided with a concave-convex area in which portions protruding in the thickness direction T and portions recessed in the thickness direction T are alternately formed. In addition, the handle portion 40 may be provided with an uneven region. The plurality of protruding portions may be disposed at intervals in the width direction X, or may be disposed at intervals in the vertical direction Z, for example. The interval between the plurality of protruding portions and the plurality of recessed portions may be 5mm or less, for example. The length of the protruding portion and the length of the recessed portion in the plane direction along the width direction X and the up-down direction Z may be 5mm or less, for example. In addition, the area of the concave portion per unit area may be larger than the area of the convex portion per unit area. Accordingly, when the user grips the concave-convex area with the finger, the finger can easily approach the center side in the thickness direction, and thus the protruding portion can be further easily hooked with the finger. As a result, the fingers are less likely to slip, and the user can easily grip the package 1. The concave portion may be compressed in the thickness direction compared to the convex portion. Thereby, the rigidity of the protruding portion may be lower than that of the recessed portion. In addition, the thickness of the side seal portion 31 at the protruding portion may be thicker than the total thickness of the front surface 11 and the rear surface 12 overlapping with the housing space S in the thickness direction T (hereinafter referred to as sheet total thickness). The thickness of the side seal 31 at the protruding portion may be 135 micrometers or more, for example. The sheet aggregate thickness may be less than 135 microns, for example.
The grip portion 40 is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than the inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31, and can be gripped by a user. The grip portion 40 may be disposed inward of the maximum width outer edge 10SM in the width direction X. Therefore, the outermost edge of the grip portion 40 in the width direction X may be located inward in the width direction X from the maximum width outer edge 10 SM. The outermost edge of the handle portion 40 may be located on the outer side in the width direction X than the portion of the outer edge 10S of the packaging bag 10 located on the upper side of the handle portion 40. The handle portion 40 may be disposed above the maximum width outer edge 10 SM. The grip portion 40 may be disposed above the center C2 of the main body portion 20 in the vertical direction Z. The handle portion 40 may be disposed above the center C1 in the vertical direction Z of the packaging bag 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the handle portion 40 may extend outward in the width direction X from the housing portion 30. Thus, the handle portion 40 can protrude from the outer edge 31B of the side seal portion 31 toward the outside in the width direction X. In addition, the handle portion 40 may have a circular arc shape. Thus, the outer edge of the grip portion 40 may have a circular arc shape. The handle portion 40 may have a semicircular shape, for example. The maximum length of the grip portion 40 may be 10mm or more, or 15mm or more. The width W1 from the inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31 to the outermost edge of the grip portion 40 may be 10mm or more, or 15mm or more. The ratio of the width W1 to the maximum width MW in a state where the stored article a is not stored in the packaging bag 10 (width W1/maximum width MW) may be 5% or more. The area of the grip portion 40 (including an opening 40P described later) may be 15mm2Above, 20mm may be used2The above. This makes it possible to easily hold the grip portion 40 with the thumb and the index finger of the user.
As shown in fig. 2B, the handle portion 40 may be formed by overlapping a plurality of sheets 45 in the thickness direction T. At the outer end of the handle portion 40, a plurality of pieces 45 may be joined together. The handle portion 40 may be provided with an opening 40P penetrating the handle portion 40 in the thickness direction T. In addition, the handle portion 40 may be provided with a notch for forming the opening 40P. The opening 40P can be formed by partially removing the handle portion 40 through a cutout.
The area of the opening 40P is preferably less than 80% of the area of the handle portion 40, preferably less than 50% of the area of the handle portion 40. This makes it difficult for a crack to be generated that extends from the opening 40P to the outer edge of the grip portion 40, and thus prevents the grip portion 40 from being damaged. The shortest distance from the opening 40P to the outer edge of the grip portion 40 may be 5mm or more, for example. In addition, when the opening 40P is provided in the grip portion 40, the grip portion 40 preferably has a rib. Ribs may be provided at the periphery of the opening 40P. This improves the strength around the opening 40P, and can prevent the handle portion 40 from being damaged by the opening 40P.
The handle portion 40 may have a 1 st handle portion 41 and a 2 nd handle portion 42. The 1 st grip portion 41 is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than an inner edge 31A of one side seal portion 31 of the pair of side seal portions 31. The 2 nd handle portion 42 is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than the inner edge 31A of the other side seal portion 31 of the pair of side seal portions 31.
The main body 20 (the housing 30) has a fastener FS. The fastening device FS is provided below the opening seal forming portion C. The fastener FS extends from one side seal portion 31 to the other side seal portion 31 of the pair of side seal portions 31. The fastener FS has a front engaging portion FS1 provided on the front surface 11 and a rear engaging portion FS2 provided on the rear surface 12. The opening seal P is closed by the engagement of the front engagement portion FS1 and the rear engagement portion FS 2. The opening seal P is opened by releasing the engagement between the front engagement portion FS1 and the rear engagement portion FS 2. As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, in the present embodiment, the front engaging portion FS1 has a concave portion, and the rear engaging portion FS2 has a convex portion that engages with the concave portion.
The 1 st length L1 from the lower end edge FD of the fastener FS to the upper end edge AU of the stored article a may be 10% or more and 50% or less of the 2 nd length L2 from the lower end edge FD of the fastener FS to the lower end edge 10D of the packaging bag 10. In the present embodiment, the upper edge AU of the stored article a is the upper edge of the individual package 5. When the absorbent article 100 is stored without being wrapped in the wrapping sheet 150, the upper end edge AU of the storage article a is the upper end edge of the absorbent article 100.
In the present embodiment, the main body portion 20 has a grip portion 40 disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than an inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31. Even if the opening seal P is formed by the opening seal forming portion C, the user can grip the grip portion 40 of the main body portion 20. Since the handle portion is disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than the inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31, the accommodation space S can be suppressed from being compressed even if the user grips the handle portion 40. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
In the storage state, a gap G may be provided between the inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31 and the storage article a. Thus, even when the user grips the grip portion 40 to a portion inside the inner edge 31A of the side seal portion 31, it is possible to make it difficult to directly press the absorbent article 100. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
The grip portion 40 may be disposed on the inner side in the width direction X than the maximum width outer edge 10 SM. Thereby, a force from the outside is easily applied to the maximum width outer side edge 10SM before being applied to the grip portion 40. Therefore, the force from the outside is less likely to be applied to the grip portion 40, and the grip portion 40 can be less likely to be bent or broken. The function of the grip portion 40 is easily maintained, and even when the user grips the grip portion after opening the package, the absorbent performance can be prevented from being lowered due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
The handle portion 40 may be disposed above the maximum width outer edge 10 SM. Thus, when the user grips the grip portion 40 from above the package 1, the side seal portion 31 does not become an obstacle, and the hand can be easily brought close to the grip portion 40. This facilitates the conveyance of the package 1 so as to grip the grip portion 40. By carrying the package 1 so as to hold the grip portion 40, the user can make the absorbent article 100 less likely to be directly pressed, and can suppress a reduction in the absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
The grip portion 40 may be disposed above the center C2 of the main body portion 20. Thus, when the user grips the grip portion 40 from above the package 1, the user can more easily approach the grip portion 40 than when the grip portion 40 is disposed below the center C2 of the main body portion 20. This facilitates the conveyance of the package 1 so as to grip the grip portion 40.
The handle portion 40 may have a 1 st handle portion 41 disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than the inner edge 31A of the one side seal portion 31, and a 2 nd handle portion 42 disposed at a position further outward in the width direction X than the inner edge 31A of the other side seal portion 31. This enables the user to grip the grip portion 40 from either side in the width direction X, and facilitates the handling of the package by gripping the grip portion 40.
The handle portion 40 may extend outward in the width direction X from the housing portion 30. The user can easily visually confirm the handle portion 40. Further, since the handle portion 40 can be further separated from the housing space S, it is possible to further suppress the user from pressing the housing space S when the user grips the handle portion 40. This can suppress a reduction in absorption performance due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
In addition, the handle portion 40 may have a circular arc shape. Thus, when the grip portion 40 is gripped, the corner portions do not touch the skin of the user, and therefore the user can grip the grip portion 40 safely.
Further, a plurality of pieces may be joined together at the outer end of the handle portion 40. This improves the rigidity of the handle portion 40, and reduces bending and breakage of the handle portion 40. The function of the grip portion 40 is easily maintained, and even when the user grips the grip portion 40 after opening the package, the absorbent performance can be prevented from being lowered due to deformation of the absorbent article 100.
In addition, the handle portion 40 may be provided with an opening 40P. Thus, by inserting a hook or the like through the opening 40P, the package 1 can be suspended and stored even after being opened, and the storage space can be easily reduced. Further, by hanging and storing the package 1, the sanitary state of the absorbent article 100 can be easily maintained as compared with the case where the package 1 is stored while being placed directly on the floor. In addition, when the user can hook his or her finger or nail to the opening, the package 1 can be prevented from falling off when the package 1 is conveyed. The handle portion 40 may be provided with a notch for forming the opening 40P. The user can easily set the opening 40P by partially cutting off the sheet 45 constituting the knob portion 40 along the cut.
The body portion 20 may have a fastener FS. By closing the opening seal P with a fastener provided below the opening seal forming portion C, it is possible to suppress a decrease in performance of the absorbent article 100 stored in the storage space S.
When the 1 st length L1 is 10% or more of the 2 nd length L2, since the plurality of absorbent articles 100 are stored in a state of being relatively far from the seal P, it is possible to make it difficult for other absorbent articles to fly out of the seal P when taking out the 1 st absorbent article 100. Thus, the absorbent article 100 can be easily taken out independently. In addition, when the 1 st length L1 is 50% or less of the 2 nd length L2, the user can easily visually confirm the absorbent article 100 from the opening seal P. Further, since the hand entering the package bag 10 can reach the absorbent article 100 relatively easily, the absorbent article 100 can be taken out easily.
The side seal portion 31 may be provided with a concave-convex area in which portions protruding in the thickness direction T and portions recessed in the thickness direction T are alternately formed. When the user holds the concave-convex area with the fingers, the protruding portion is hooked on the fingers, and the fingers are not easy to slip. The user can easily grip the package 1.
The opening seal forming portion C may be a notch extending inward in the width direction X from the outer edge 10S of the packaging bag 10. Thereby, the opening seal P is formed from the outer edge 10S of the packaging bag 10, and thus the upper portion of the packaging bag 10 is easily separated. By separating the upper part of the packaging bag 10, the grip portion 40 can be facilitated to be gripped. Thus, it is possible to suppress: after the opening P is formed, the package bag 10 is broken starting from the opening P by conveying the package 1 while holding the upper portion of the package bag 10.
(3) Other embodiments
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, but it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification for a person skilled in the art. The present invention can be implemented as modifications and alterations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes, and the present invention is not intended to be limited thereto.
For example, the grip portion 40 may be constituted by only the 1 st grip portion 41 or only the 2 nd grip portion 42. Thus, the grip portion 40 may be constituted by 1 grip portion. The handle portion 40 may be formed of 3 or more handle portions.
In addition, the handle portion 40 may not have the opening 40P. The grip portion 40 may be constituted by a sheet 45 having an opening and a sheet 45 having no opening. The sheet 45 having no opening may be provided with a notch for forming the opening 40P penetrating the handle portion 40 in the thickness direction T. The grip portion 40 may be constituted by 1 sheet 45 instead of the plurality of sheets 45.
In the above embodiment, the opening seal P extends from one outer side edge 10S to the other outer side edge 10S of the package bag 10, but is not limited thereto. The opening P may not extend from one outer side edge 10S to the other outer side edge 10S of the package 10, for example. The opening seal P may be provided only between the inner edges 31A of the side seal portions 31, for example. The opening seal P may be formed by partially lifting the front surface 11 or the rear surface 12. In this case, the upper portion of the package bag 10 may be coupled to the main body 20 after the opening P is formed.
The storage article a may be the absorbent article 100. Therefore, the storage article a may be the absorbent article 100 not wrapped in the wrapping sheet 150.
