When the handle 252 moves upward, the driving inclined surface 2521 pushes the L-shaped bent engagement section 2531 of the positioning rod 253, and the positioning rod 253 is driven to move inward against the elastic force of the compression spring 254.
The frame 100 is described in detail below according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the frame 100 has side enclosures 110, the side enclosures 110 extending in the circumferential direction of the frame 100, and the bottom plate 200 is fitted to the lower ends of the side enclosures 110. The first connecting piece 210, the net piece 230 and the second connecting piece 220 are folded at the rear part of the bowl basket 1, when the bowl basket 1 is pushed to a specific position, the tail end of the positioning rod 253 is inserted into the second positioning hole 103 at the rear end of the sliding rail 150, and the bowl basket 1 is in a storage state.
The bowl basket 1 of the present application is composed of movable parts, and can reduce the volume of the bottom plate 200 by folding, so that a user can freely distribute the space in the dishwasher when placing articles with larger volume.
Optionally, the frame 100 is further provided with a first roller set and a second roller set adapted to cooperate with the inner container of the dishwasher, and the first roller set and the second roller set are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the frame 100.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bowl basket 1 includes a frame 100 and a bottom plate 200. The bottom plate 200 is foldably provided at a lower end of the frame 100 in a transverse direction, the bottom plate 200 includes a plurality of first connectors 210, a plurality of second connectors 220, and a plurality of net sheets 230, and the first connectors 210 are movably provided at the frame 100 in a length direction of the frame 100. Each second connector 220 is movably provided to the corresponding first connector 210 in the longitudinal direction. Each mesh 230 has one end rotatably connected to the second link 220 and the other end rotatably connected to the frame 100 or the second link 220. The bottom plate 200 is switchable between an open state in which the plurality of net sheets 230 are unfolded to form a support frame suitable for placing dishes, and a storage state in which the plurality of net sheets 230 are folded and stored at one end of the frame 100. The rotation direction of the mesh 230 extends along the width direction of the frame 100, and is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first connector 210.
Each of the first links 210 includes a connection rod 211 and a plurality of tableware poles 212, the connection rod 211 extends in the width direction of the frame 100, and the connection rod 211 is movably provided to the frame 100. Each tableware strut 212 is provided to the connecting rod 211 and extends in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of tableware struts 212 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the connecting rod 211. The two ends of the connecting rod 211 are respectively provided with a sliding block 213, the frame 100 is provided with a sliding rail 150 extending along the transverse direction, and the sliding block 213 is slidably fitted in the sliding rail 150.
Each second connecting member 220 includes a connecting body 221 and a rotating rod 223, the connecting body 221 is provided with a sleeve 222, the first connecting member 210 is provided with a sliding rod, and the sleeve 222 is slidably sleeved on the sliding rod along a longitudinal direction. The rotating rod 223 is disposed on the connecting body 221 and moves together with the connecting body 221, and the rotating rod 223 is adapted to be rotatably engaged with the mesh sheet 230. The connecting body 221 has mounting seats 224 at both ends thereof, the mounting seats 224 having mounting holes, and the rotating levers 223 fitted in the mounting holes.
Each mesh 230 is provided with water leakage holes 231, a plurality of meshes 230 are arranged between the frame 100 and the plurality of first connecting pieces 210 at intervals along the length direction of the frame 100, the width direction of each mesh 230 extends along the length direction of the frame 100, two ends of each mesh 230 in the width direction are respectively provided with a matching ring 232, and the matching rings 232 are suitable for being in rotating matching with the frame 100 or the second connecting pieces 220. Mesh 230 is formed by welding wires and mating ring 232 is formed by bending the wires.
One side of the frame 100 has an opening 101, the frame 100 has a first extension arm 120, a second extension arm 130 extending along the length direction of the frame 100, and a connection arm 140 extending along the width direction of the frame 100, the connection arm 140 is connected to the same end of the first extension arm 120 and the second extension arm 130, and the opening 101 is located at the other end of the first extension arm 120 and the second extension arm 130. The frame 100 has side enclosures 110, the side enclosures 110 extending in the circumferential direction of the frame 100, and the bottom plate 200 being fitted to the lower ends of the side enclosures. The bowl basket 1 further includes a dash panel 250, the dash panel 250 being fitted at the opening 101, the dash panel 250 including a panel main body 251 and a handle 252, one end of the panel main body 251 being rotatably connected with the bottom plate 200 and the other end being movable in the lateral direction. The handle 252 is provided to the board main body 251.
The frame 100 is provided with a first positioning hole 102 and a second positioning hole 103, and the dash panel 250 further includes a positioning rod 253, the positioning rod 253 is fitted in the first positioning hole 102 in the open state, and the positioning rod 253 is fitted in the second positioning hole 103 in the storage state. The first extension arm 120 and the second extension arm 130 are provided with positioning rails, the positioning rails extend along the length direction of the frame 100, the first extension arm 120 and the second extension arm 130 are respectively provided with a first positioning hole 102 and a second positioning hole 103, the length direction of the positioning rod 253 extends along the width direction of the frame 100, the positioning rod 253 is slidably matched in the corresponding positioning rails, and the positioning rod 253 can be matched in the first positioning hole 102 or the second positioning hole 103 when moving to the first positioning hole 102 or the second positioning hole 103.
The plate body 251 has a mounting groove 2511, the handle 252 is fitted in the mounting groove 2511 movably in the longitudinal direction, the positioning rod 253 extends in the horizontal direction and is movable in the axial direction thereof, and the positioning rod 253 is drivingly connected to the handle 252. The handle 252 has a driving inclined surface 2521, one end of the positioning rod 253 is adapted to be engaged with the first positioning hole 102 or the second positioning hole 103, the other end of the positioning rod 253 has an engaging section 2531, the engaging section 2531 is in contact engagement with the driving inclined surface 2521 to drive the positioning rod 253 to move, and the driving inclined surface 2521 gradually extends in a direction away from the positioning rod 253 in an inclined manner from top to bottom. The handle 252 is located in the middle of the front wall 250, and the handle 252 is provided with a driving inclined surface 2521 and a positioning rod 253 on the left and right sides thereof, respectively, wherein one positioning rod 253 is adapted to be matched with the first positioning hole 102 or the second positioning hole 103 of the first extension arm 120, and the other positioning rod 253 is adapted to be matched with the first positioning hole 102 or the second positioning hole 103 of the second extension arm 130.
The front wall plate 250 further comprises a pressure spring 254, the pressure spring 254 is sleeved on the positioning rod 253, one end of the pressure spring 254 is in contact fit with the plate main body 251, and the other end of the pressure spring 254 is in contact fit with a positioning ring 2532 of the positioning rod 253.
A dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below. The dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the dish basket 1 of the dishwasher according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the dishwasher further comprises a spray arm assembly 2, wherein the spray arm assembly 2 is arranged on the bowl basket 1 and is suitable for spraying water towards the bowl basket 1.

1. A basket for a dishwasher, comprising:
a frame;
a bottom panel foldably provided to the frame in a lateral direction, the bottom panel comprising:
