In fig. 8, the end of the pressing member facing the lower connecting portion has a rotatable rotary head 47, and the rotary head is provided with a friction structure for increasing friction.
Referring to fig. 9, the pressing member is telescopically connected to the upper connecting portion, and a locking structure for locking the pressing member to the lower connecting portion is provided between the pressing member and the main body.
In fig. 9, the locking structure includes a locking structure provided between the pressing member and the main body. In fig. 9, the pressing member has a first connecting portion 41 and a second connecting portion 42, an elastic connection is formed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the upper end of the first connecting portion is slidably connected to the upper connecting portion, the upper connecting portion is provided with a mounting hole 15 for accommodating the first connecting portion, and a clamping structure is arranged between the second connecting portion and the upper connecting portion. Specifically, a clamping groove is formed in the second connecting portion, and a clamping protrusion is arranged on the inner side of the mounting hole 15. Claims (39)

1. The quilt retaining device comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an upper connecting portion (1), a lower connecting portion (2) and a middle connecting portion (3) which are integrally formed, the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are connected through the middle connecting portion, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion.
2. The quilt holding device as defined in claim 1, wherein said pressing member is hinged to said upper connecting portion, said pressing member is moved toward or away from said lower connecting portion by rotation, and said locking structure comprises a snap-fit structure provided between said pressing member and said main body.
3. The quilt holding device as defined in claim 2, wherein said snap-fit structure includes a first snap portion provided on said compression member and a second snap portion provided on said main body, said first and second snap portions cooperating to snap said compression member relative to said lower connecting portion.
4. The quilt holding device as defined in claim 3, wherein said first engaging portion is a protrusion (51) provided on said pressing member, and said second engaging portion is an edge (52) of said main body, and said pressing member is engaged with said lower connecting portion by said protrusion being engaged with said edge of said main body to maintain the clamped state; or the first clamping part is a clamping groove (53) arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is the edge of the main body, and the main body is clamped at the clamping groove so that the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part and the clamping state is kept; or the first clamping part is a clamping groove arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is a clamping protrusion of the main body, and the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part to keep a clamping state through the clamping of the clamping protrusion at the clamping groove.

The quilt holding device as defined in claim 4, wherein the upper connecting portion is provided with a through hole through which the pressing member passes during rotation, the first engaging portion is an engaging protrusion provided on the pressing member, the second engaging portion is an edge of the through hole, and the pressing member is engaged with the lower connecting portion to maintain the clamped state by the engaging protrusion engaging with the edge of the through hole; or the upper connecting part is provided with a through hole, the pressing piece penetrates through the through hole in the rotating process, the first clamping part is a clamping groove arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is the edge of the through hole, and the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part by clamping the edge of the through hole at the clamping groove to keep a clamping state; or the upper connecting part is provided with a through hole, the pressing piece penetrates through the through hole in the rotating process, the first clamping part is a clamping groove arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is a clamping protrusion in the through hole, and the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part to keep the clamping state through the clamping of the clamping protrusion on the clamping groove.
6. A quilt holding device as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said pressing member is a resilient snap-in member so that the snap-in position can be released by elastic deformation of said pressing member after an external force is applied.
7. The quilt holding device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pressing member comprises a first connecting portion (41) and a second connecting portion (42), the lower ends of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are connected, the upper end of the first connecting portion is hinged with the upper connecting portion, and a clamping structure is arranged between the second connecting portion and the upper connecting portion.
8. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 7, wherein a side of said first connecting portion facing away from said intermediate connecting portion is convexly curved.
9. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 8, wherein said first and second connecting portions are each of a concave arcuate configuration, and the concave surfaces of said first and second connecting portions are located on the side of the intermediate connecting portion.
10. A quilt holding device as defined in any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the connecting portions of said first and second connecting portions form one or more pointed ends (43).
11. A quilt holding device as defined in any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein said pressing member is an integrally formed plastic member.
12. The quilt holding device of claim 11, wherein said upper and/or lower connecting portions are in the shape of a person or animal or plant or flower.
13. The quilt holding device as defined in claim 11, wherein an inner side surface of said lower connecting portion is provided with a friction member for increasing friction.
14. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 13, wherein an inside surface of said lower connecting portion is an uneven surface.
15. The quilt holding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressing member is hinged to said upper connecting portion by a hinge shaft (44), said pressing member is located at one side of the hinge shaft to form a wrench (45) and the other side to form a pressing portion (46), the end of said pressing portion forms a pressing end (461), and said locking structure comprises a snap structure provided between said wrench and said main body.

A quilt holding device comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an upper connecting part (1), a lower connecting part (2) and a middle connecting part (3) which are integrally formed, the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part are connected through the middle connecting part, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part, the quilt holding device is characterized in that a pressing piece (4) is movably connected onto the upper connecting part, the pressing piece can be close to the lower connecting part to be matched with the lower connecting part to hold a quilt in the moving process or be far away from the lower connecting part to release the quilt, the pressing piece is hinged onto the upper connecting part through a hinged shaft (44), a wrench (45) is formed on one side of the hinged shaft by the pressing piece, a pressing part (46) is formed on the other side of the hinged shaft, a pressing end (461) is formed at the tail end of the pressing part, and the inner side surface of the lower connecting part is provided with a first position, the distance between the first position and the rotation center line of the pressing piece is the shortest distance from the rotation center line of the pressing piece to the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion, the distances from the positions, located on two sides of the first position, of the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion to the rotation center line of the pressing piece are larger than the shortest distance from the rotation center line of the pressing piece to the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion, the first position is located in the swing angle range of the pressing end, and the pressing piece is of a clamping structure.

20. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 15 or 16 wherein said compression portion is a resilient compression portion.
21. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 20 wherein said compression portion is a crimped or bent plastic piece.

The quilt holding device comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an upper connecting part (1), a lower connecting part (2) and a middle connecting part (3) which are integrally formed, the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part are connected through the middle connecting part, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part.

A quilt holding device as defined in claim 22, wherein said link member is hinged to said upper connecting portion by a linking shaft (61), said linking shaft (61) being located at a different position from said hinge axis, said link member being located at one side of the hinge axis to form a linking wrench (62) and at the other side to form a linking portion (63) cooperating with said pressing member.
24. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 23, wherein said pressing member is provided with a slide groove, and said interlocking portion is provided with a slide portion extending into the slide groove.
25. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 24, wherein said inner wall of said slide groove is provided with a catching groove, and said slide portion is caught at said catching groove in a holding state.
26. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 23 wherein said interlocking wrench is snap fit with said body.

The quilt holding device as defined in claim 23, wherein the connecting portion of the interlocking portion and the pressing member forms a pressing end, the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion has a first position, the distance between the first position and the rotation center line of the pressing member is the shortest distance from the rotation center line of the pressing member to the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion, the distances between the positions of the inner side surfaces of the lower connecting portion on both sides of the first position and the rotation center line of the pressing member are both greater than the shortest distance from the rotation center line of the pressing member to the inner side surface of the lower connecting portion, and the first position is located within the swing angle range of the pressing end.
28. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 22, wherein a reinforcing structure is provided outside said intermediate connecting portion.

The quilt holding device comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an upper connecting portion (1), a lower connecting portion (2) and a middle connecting portion (3) which are integrally formed, the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are connected through the middle connecting portion, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion.
30. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 29, wherein said compression member is rotatably or slidably connected to said upper connecting portion.
31. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 30, wherein said compression member is threadably connected to said upper connecting portion, said interlocking structure being threads provided between said compression member and said upper connecting portion.
32. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 31 wherein said upper connecting portion is provided with a threaded bore having threads and said compression member is provided with external threads for mating with threads in said threaded bore.
33. A quilt retention device as claimed in claim 30 or 31, wherein said pressing member has a rotatable swivel head (47) at an end towards said lower attachment portion.
34. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 33, wherein said rotator head is provided with friction means for increasing friction.
35. The quilt retaining device comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with an upper connecting portion (1), a lower connecting portion (2) and a middle connecting portion (3) which are integrally formed, the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are connected through the middle connecting portion, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion.
36. The quilt holding device of claim 35, wherein said detent structure comprises a snap-fit structure provided between said compression member and said main body.
37. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 36, wherein said snap-fit structure includes a first snap portion provided on said compression member and a second snap portion provided on said main body, said first and second snap portions cooperating to snap said compression member relative to said lower attachment portion.
38. The quilt holding device as defined in claim 37, wherein said first engaging portion is a protrusion (51) provided on said pressing member, and said second engaging portion is an edge (52) of said main body, and said pressing member is engaged with said lower connecting portion by said protrusion being engaged with said edge of said main body to maintain the clamped state; or the first clamping part is a clamping groove (53) arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is the edge of the main body, and the main body is clamped at the clamping groove so that the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part and the clamping state is kept; or the first clamping part is a clamping groove arranged on the pressing piece, the second clamping part is a clamping protrusion of the main body, and the pressing piece is clamped relative to the lower connecting part to keep a clamping state through the clamping of the clamping protrusion at the clamping groove.
39. A quilt holding device as defined in claim 38 wherein said compression member has a first connecting portion (41) and a second connecting portion (42) with a resilient connection therebetween, said first connecting portion being slidably connected at an upper end thereof to said upper connecting portion, said second connecting portion being provided with a snap-fit arrangement therebetween.
