In some embodiments, the material of the first sub-cover plate 24 is PMMA (acrylic) and the material of the second sub-cover plate 25 is PC (polycarbonate).
It should be noted that polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is a high molecular polymer, also called Acrylic, Acrylic or plexiglass, Lucite (trade name), and PC is a nearly colorless amorphous polymer in glass state, and has good optical properties. The PC high molecular weight resin has high toughness, the notch impact strength of a cantilever beam is 600-900J/m, the thermal deformation temperature of an unfilled mark is about 130 ℃, and the value can be increased by 10 ℃ after the glass fiber is reinforced. The flexural modulus of PC can reach above 2400MPa, and the resin can be processed into a large rigid product. Below 100 c, the creep rate under load is very low. PC is poorly resistant to hydrolysis and cannot be used in articles that are repeatedly subjected to high pressure steam.
In practical application, PMMA has better hardness and wearability, and PC has good toughness, and PMMA is selected as the material of first sub-apron 24 here, can ensure that the first sub-apron 24 that is in the skin can have higher hardness, can play the guard action to the display screen, and PC can improve the laminating degree of compactness with the inner screen for the material selection of second sub-apron 25.
It should be noted that the surface of the first sub-cover plate 24 may be subjected to a surface modification treatment, such as a surface coating hardness modification, a surface plating treatment, and a surface chemical treatment.
The surface coating hardness modification is one of surface hardening treatment (Hardcoating), in which a layer of material with high hardness is coated on the surface of the first sub-cover plate 24, so as to improve the hardness of the surface of the first sub-cover plate 24, and the coatable materials generally comprise: inorganic matter, organic silicon coating, fluorocarbon paint, polyfunctional group acrylate, a small amount of thermosetting resin and the like. The surface coating is divided into a physical coating and a chemical coating according to the bonding property, the physical coating is bonded with the first sub-cover plate 24 only by using van der waals force between the film and the first sub-cover plate 24, and molecules in the chemical coating can be crosslinked with functional groups in side chains of the first sub-cover plate 24 to generate bonding force to strengthen large chemical bonding force, so that the chemical coating has high adhesive force and is firmer.
The surface coating process is generally performed by PVD (physical Vapor deposition), which is mainly to coat metal, metal oxide or other inorganic substances on the surface of the first sub-cover 24 by PVD.
The surface chemical treatment is mainly to change the surface structure of the first sub-cover plate 24 by means of laser or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the decorative sheet 30 and the cover plate 20 are bonded by glue, such as OCA glue 40, which can improve the adhesion strength of the decorative sheet 30 and the cover plate 20.
In some embodiments, the decorative sheet 30 is stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and the surface of the decorative sheet 30 is provided with a coating, such as an AF (Anti-fingerprint) coating. The AF coating is formed by coating a layer of nano chemical material on the outer surface of the decorative sheet 30 according to the lotus leaf principle, so that the surface tension of the decorative sheet 30 is reduced to the minimum, the contact area of dust and the surface of the decorative sheet 30 is reduced by 90%, the AF coating has stronger hydrophobic, oil stain resistant and fingerprint resistant capabilities, and the decorative sheet 30 can keep the smooth and bright effect for a long time.
Of course, an AG (anti-glare) coating may be further used, and the AG coating is a multi-angle diffuse reflection effect achieved after the surface of the decorative sheet 30 is subjected to single-side special treatment, so that the visible angle of the decorative sheet 30 is improved, the interference of ambient light is reduced, and the reflection of light by the decorative sheet 30 is reduced. The film can be formed by spraying and baking, and a colloidal solution such as SiO2 can be used.
Of course, an AF coating may also be applied to the first side 21 of the cover plate 20 to improve the hydrophobic, anti-oil and anti-fingerprint properties of the cover plate 20.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device that may include portable or mobile computing devices, such as smart phones, tablet computers, wrist-worn devices, and other wearable or portable devices, as well as larger electronic devices or systems, such as personal computers in portable or desktop form, ATMs, various terminals for commercial or government use, to various electronic systems, databases or information systems, and to motor transportation systems including cars, boats, trains, airplanes, and others.

The polymer lithium battery can be selected to be 6V, and the embodiment is not limited to the above 3 voltages, and the corresponding voltage and voltage stabilizing module can be selected according to the requirement.
The electronic device may be equipped with a fingerprint authentication mechanism to improve the security of the access device. Fingerprint sensing is useful in mobile applications and other applications that use or require secure access. For example, fingerprint sensing may be used to provide secure access to mobile devices and secure financial transactions including online purchases. It is desirable to include robust and reliable fingerprint sensing suitable for mobile devices and other applications. In mobile, portable or wearable devices, it is desirable for the fingerprint sensor to minimize or eliminate the occupancy of fingerprint sensing due to the limited space on these devices, especially in view of the need for maximum display area on a given device.
The light generated by the display screen for displaying an image must pass through the first side 21 of the cover plate 20 in order to be seen by the user. A finger may touch the first side 21 of the cover sheet 20 to interact with the light at the top surface, such that the reflected or scattered light at the touched surface area carries the spatial image information of the finger and returns to the display panel 10. In touch sensing display devices, the top surface is the touch sensing interface that interfaces with the user, and this interaction between the light used to display the image and the user's finger or hand occurs constantly, but this information-carrying light that returns to the display panel 10 is largely wasted and is not used in most touch sensing devices. In various mobile or portable devices with touch sensing display and fingerprint sensing functionality, the fingerprint sensor is typically a device separate from the display screen, either disposed on the same surface as the display screen outside the area of the display screen, or disposed on the back of the smartphone, to avoid taking up valuable space on the front for placing a large display screen.
These fingerprint sensors are devices that are separate from the display screen and thus need to be compact to save space for display and other functions while still providing reliable and fast fingerprint sensing with a spatial image resolution above some acceptable level. However, because high spatial image resolution in acquiring fingerprint images based on various suitable fingerprint sensing technologies (e.g. capacitive touch sensing or optical imaging) requires a large sensor area with a large number of sensing pixels, the need for compact compactness and the need to provide high spatial image resolution when acquiring fingerprint patterns directly conflict with each other in many fingerprint sensors.
The electronic device may also include an optical sensor module that uses light from the display screen at least in part as illumination probe light, illuminates a fingerprint sensing area on a touch sensing surface of the display screen, and performs one or more sensing operations based on optical sensing of this light. The display screen may be based on a variety of display technologies or configurations, including a display screen having light-emitting display pixels without the use of a backlight, wherein each individual pixel generates light for forming a display image on the display screen.
For example, if the display panel 10 of the present invention is an LCD screen, integrating optical sensing into the LCD, the optical sensor under the LCD may be used to detect a portion of the light used to display an image in the LCD screen, wherein the light used for the display screen may be scattered light, reflected light, or some stray light. In some implementations, the image light of the backlight-based LCD screen may be reflected or scattered back into the LCD display as return light when encountering a target such as a user's finger or palm, or a user pointer device like a stylus. This returned light may be collected for performing one or more optical sensing operations using the disclosed optical sensor technology. Due to the use of light from the LCD screen for optical sensing, the optical sensor module can be integrated into the LCD display screen in a manner that maintains the display operation and functionality of the LCD display screen without interference, while providing optical sensing operation and functionality to enhance the overall functionality, device integration, and user experience of electronic devices or systems such as smartphones, tablets, or mobile/wearable devices.
