Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
A filtering apparatus for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1, a filtering apparatus 100 for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case 1, a first reel 2, a second reel 3, a filter net 4, a first pressing rod 24, and a second pressing rod 31.
The housing 1 has an air inlet, and the housing 1 defines a receiving chamber. A first spool 2 and a second spool 3 are rotatably provided on the housing 1. A first end of the filter screen 4 is wound on the first reel 2, and a second end of the filter screen 4 is wound on the second reel 3. The portion of the filter screen 4 that is unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3 is opposite to the air intake opening of the housing 1. Each of the first reel 2, the second reel 3 and the filter screen 4 is provided in a housing chamber defined by the housing 1.
The first 24 and second 31 struts are provided on the housing 1. The first 24 and second 31 pressure bars abut against this part of the filter screen 4. The first 24 and second 31 pressure levers are used to pretension (compress) the part of the filter web 4 and also to guide the movement of the filter web 4. Each of the first and second pressing levers 24 and 31 is provided in a housing chamber defined by the housing 1.
The filter apparatus 100 for an air conditioner mounts a first reel 2, a second reel 3, a filter screen 4, a first pressing bar 24, and a second pressing bar 31 in a housing 1, an air inlet of the housing 1 is used for ventilation, and the portion of the filter screen 4 opposite to the air inlet (i.e., the portion of the filter screen 4 opposite to the air inlet) is used for filtering. The first reel 2 (the second reel 3) is used for winding the dirty filter screen 4 part, and the second reel 3 (the first reel 2) is used for unwinding the clean filter screen 4 part. When the part of the filter screen 4 is stained due to a long filtering time, the part of the filter screen 4 is wound on the first reel 2 (the second reel 3) by rotating the first reel 2 (the second reel 3). Because filter screen 4 removes, filter screen 4 drives second spool 3 (first spool 2) rotatory, thereby the clean filter screen 4 of coiling on second spool 3 (first spool 2) is expanded between first spool 2 and second spool 3 for 4 parts of filter screen relative with the air intake of casing 1 realize conveniently changing new, and need not operating personnel and frequently carry out manual clearance or clean, perhaps manual dismantlement and change.
According to the embodiment of the utility model provides a filter equipment for air conditioner supports first depression bar and the second depression bar that leans on this part of filter screen through the setting to can utilize first depression bar and second depression bar to carry out pretension and direction to the part of the expansion of filter screen between first spool and second spool, make the filter screen can the tensioning better and expand in the position relative with the air intake, thereby play the filter effect better. In addition, with casing equipment first spool, second spool, filter screen, first depression bar and the second depression bar as an organic whole for filter equipment conveniently carries out holistic dismantlement and change.
From this, according to the utility model discloses a filter equipment for air conditioner that provides has convenient operation, the excellent advantage of filter effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the axial directions of the first spool 2, the second spool 3, the first presser bar 24, and the second presser bar 31 are the same as each other. Each of the first and second pressing levers 24 and 31 is located between the first and second reels 2 and 3 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. In other words, each of the first and second pressing levers 24 and 31 is located between the first and second reels 2 and 3 in the moving direction of the filter screen 4. The first pressure lever 24 is disposed near the first reel 2, and the second pressure lever 24 is disposed near the second reel 3.
Optionally, the air inlet of the housing 1 is located between the first pressure lever 24 and the second pressure lever 31 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. That is, in this case, the portion of the filter screen 4 that can be actually used for filtration is the filter screen 4 that is spread between the first presser bar 24 and the second presser bar 31. This arrangement makes the structure of the filter device 100 more rational.
In some embodiments, the filter web 4 has first and second surfaces opposite in its thickness direction, each of the first and second pressing rods 24 and 31 abuts on the first surface, and each of the first and second reels 2 and 3 contacts the second surface.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 6 to 8, the dimension of the filter device 100 in the up-down direction is the height thereof, the first surface of the filter screen 4 is the upward surface thereof, and the second surface of the filter screen 4 is the downward surface thereof, where the upper surface and the lower surface of the filter screen 4 refer to that the portion of the filter screen 4 which is unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3 has the upward surface and the downward surface. Each of the first and second pressing levers 24 and 31 is located above a portion of the filter screen 4 which is unwound between the first and second reels 2 and 3, so that the first and second pressing levers 24 and 31 abut against an upper surface of the portion.
Each of the first and second reels 2, 3 being in contact with the second surface means: the first end of the filter web 4 is wound on the first winding shaft 2 by the second surface of the filter web 4 first contacting the surface of the first winding shaft 2. The second end of the filter web 4 is wound on the second reel 3 by the second surface of the filter web 4 first contacting the surface of the second reel 3.
That is, as shown in fig. 7, the first portion 41 of the filter net 4 is located between the first reel 2 and the first pressing rod 24, an upper end portion of the first portion 41 is tangent to an upper portion of the first reel 2, and a lower end portion of the first portion 41 is tangent to a lower portion of the first pressing rod 24. The second portion 42 of the filter screen 4 is located between the second reel 3 and the second pressure lever 31, the upper end of the second portion 42 is tangent to the upper part of the second reel 3, and the lower end of the second portion 42 is tangent to the lower part of the second pressure lever 31. So set up and make first depression bar 24 and second depression bar 31 can offset with filter screen 4 better so that carry out pretension and direction to filter screen 4 for filter equipment 100's structure is more reasonable.
Optionally, the central axis of each of the first spool 2, the second spool 3, the first plunger 24 and the second plunger 31 are located on the same plane.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 1 is rectangular, and the housing 1 has first and second ends opposite in a length direction thereof and third and fourth ends opposite in a width direction thereof. That is, the rectangular case 1 has two long end portions (third end portion and fourth end portion) and two short end portions (first end portion and second end portion).
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the axial direction of each of the first reel 2b and the second reel 3b coincides with the width direction of the housing 1. The first reel 2b is provided at the first end portion, and the second reel 3b is provided at the second end portion. That is, the first spool 2b and the second spool 3b are provided on both short end portions of the case 1, and are opposed in the longitudinal direction of the case 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the axial direction of each of the first reel 2a and the second reel 3a coincides with the length direction of the housing 1. The first reel 2a is provided at the third end portion, and the second reel 3a is provided at the fourth end portion. That is, the first spool 2a and the second spool 3a are provided on both long end portions of the case 1, respectively, and are opposed in the width direction of the case 1.
The preferred embodiment has the following advantageous effects in that the first spool 2a and the second spool 3a are provided on both the long ends of the case 1, respectively, as compared with the alternative embodiment described above in which the first spool 2b and the second spool 3b are provided on both the short ends of the case 1, respectively.
In the case where the size of the portion of the filter screen 4 which is unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3 is constant, the length of the portion of the filter screen 4 which is unwound between the first reel 2b and the second reel 3b is referred to as a first length. The length of the portion of the filter screen 4 unwound between the first reel 2a and the second reel 3a is referred to as a second length. It is understood that the first length is greater than the second length. Therefore, if the portion of the filter screen 4 unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3 is to be completely replaced, the first reel 2b (second reel 3b) provided on the short end portion needs to be rotated more than the first reel 2a (second reel 3a) provided on the long end portion.
On the premise that the number of times that the filter device 100 can replace the portion of the filter net 4 is constant, the total length of the filter net 4 wound around the first reel 2b and the second reel 3b is greater than the total length of the filter net 4 wound around the first reel 2a and the second reel 3 a. The length of the spare filter screen 4 required to be wound on the first reel 2b (the second reel 3b) is greater than that of the spare filter screen 4 required to be wound on the first reel 2a (the second reel 3 a). Therefore, the height of the case 1 (shown in fig. 2) to which the first reel 2b and the second reel 3b are mounted in the up-down direction is larger than the height of the case 1 (shown in fig. 1) to which the first reel 2a and the second reel 3a are mounted in the up-down direction.
Therefore, when the filter device 100 is capable of replacing the portion of the filter screen 4 which is unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3a certain number of times, the volume of the filter device 100 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is smaller than the volume of the filter device 100 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2. The smaller volume enables the filter device 100 to be adapted to more installation scenarios. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention provides a filtering apparatus 100, which has the advantages of small volume, installation space saving and strong applicability.
It will be appreciated that, given a given volume of the filter device 100, the filter device 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is capable of replacing the portion of the filter web 4 extending between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3 more times than the filter device 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, so that the filter device 100 is more practical and the filter web 4 is replaced less frequently.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the filter device 100 further comprises a driving motor 21, and the driving motor 21 is connected to the first reel 2 to drive the first reel 2 to rotate. Therefore, the first reel 2 is used as a driving shaft, the first reel 2 can wind the used filter screen 4, and the second reel 3 is used for accommodating the unused and clean filter screen 4 and unreeling the filter screen.
After the filter device 100 is used for a period of time, the filter screen 4 can be considered as three parts: a filtering section, a cleaning section and a dirt section. The filter section is the part of the filter screen 4 that is unwound between the first reel 2 and the second reel 3, and is opposite to the air inlet for filtering. The cleaning section refers to a portion of the filter web 4 wound on the second reel 3, i.e., a portion of the filter web 4 for unwinding. The dirty section refers to the portion of the filter web 4 that is wound onto the first reel 2.
Optionally, one end of the first reel 2 is provided with an electromechanical insertion hole through which the driving electrode 21 is brought into driving connection with the first reel 2.
When the filter segment becomes dirty along with the extension of the filtering time, the driving device 21 drives the first reel 2 to rotate, and the first reel 2 winds the dirty filter segment. Under the action of the filter screen 4, the second reel 3 rotates so as to unreel the clean section wound on the second reel 3. And after the filter section is replaced, the filter section is changed into a clean filter section, so that the filter section is replaced. When the filter section becomes dirty after being used for a period of time, the filter section can be renewed by the operation again, the operation flow of renewing is simple and convenient, and the first reel 2 does not need to be manually rotated. Therefore, the arrangement of the driving device 21 improves the automation degree of the filtering device 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As the service life of the filter device 100 is prolonged, the clean section becomes shorter gradually, and the dirty section becomes longer gradually, that is, the filter screen 4 wound on the second reel 3 is wound on the first reel 2 gradually. When the clean section wound on the second reel 3 is used up, the filter screen 4 needs to be replaced as a whole. The filter net 4 after the replacement is mostly wound on the second reel 3.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 1 includes a top cover 12 and a base 13, each of the top cover 12 and the base 13 being provided with an air inlet. The top cover 12 is provided with a first air inlet 121, and the base 13 is provided with a second air inlet 131. The first intake vent 121 is opposite to the second intake vent 131 so as to form an intake vent of the housing 1. The top cover 12 is detachably connected with the base 13, and a containing cavity of the shell 1 is defined between the top cover 12 and the base 13. As an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top cover 12 is connected to the base 13 from above the base 13.
Set up casing 1 to top cap 12 and base 13's structure can make the utility model provides a filter equipment 100 equipment and dismantlement are convenient to can change filter screen 4 more convenient and fast ground, shorten the change time, consequently the embodiment of the utility model provides a filter equipment 100 has excellent practicality.
Optionally, the detachable connection of the top cover 12 and the base 13 is a snap connection or a bolt connection.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, each of the top cover 12 and the base 13 is a frame structure. For example, the top cover 12 includes a frame, a plurality of parallel cross frame strips, and a plurality of perpendicular cross frame strips. The frame, the horizontal frame strips and the vertical frame strips are mutually matched to form a first air inlet 121 of the top cover 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the top cover 12 includes a first cover plate 122 and a second cover plate 123. The base 13 includes a first support plate 132 and a second support plate 133.
The first cover plate 122 and the first support plate 132 define a first receiving cavity 124. The first reel 2 and the filter screen 4 wound on the first reel 2 are provided in the first accommodation chamber 124. The second cover plate 123 and the second support plate 133 define a second receiving chamber 125, and the second winding shaft 3 and the filter screen 4 wound on the second winding shaft 3 are disposed in the second receiving chamber 125.
Alternatively, each of the first receiving cavity 124 and the second receiving cavity 125 is substantially cylindrical, that is, the combined structure of the first cover plate 122 and the first support plate 132 is substantially cylindrical, and the combined structure of the second cover plate 123 and the second support plate 133 is substantially cylindrical. Further optionally, each of the first cover plate 122 and the first support plate 132 is generally semi-cylindrical. Each of the second cover plate 123 and the second support plate 133 is substantially semi-cylindrical.
As an example, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first cover plate 122 and the first support plate 132 are formed to be opposed to each other in the up-down direction to form a first receiving chamber 124 in which the first reel 2 and the filter screen 4 wound on the first reel 2 are received. The second cover plate 123 and the second support plate 133 are opposed to each other in the vertical direction to form a second receiving chamber 125 in which the second reel 3 and the filter net 4 wound on the second reel 3 are received. The first reel 2 is rotatably disposed in the first accommodation chamber 124, and the second reel 3 is rotatably disposed in the second accommodation chamber 125.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the filter device 100 further comprises a first hub 22 and a second hub 23, the first spool 2 having a first end and a second end along its length, the first end being rotatably connected to the first hub 22 and the second end being rotatably connected to the second hub 23.
