The first driving device 42 drives the side switch plate 41 to swing to open or close the first gate 21, which may be implemented by a linear driving device in cooperation with a link structure, in an embodiment, the cleaning module 2 includes a cleaning mounting bracket 23 fixed in the housing 1, the first driving device 42 includes a first driving motor 421 and a gear transmission structure 422, the first driving motor 421 is disposed on the cleaning mounting bracket 23, the first driving motor 421 has a first output shaft extending in an up-down direction, the gear transmission structure 422 includes a gear plate 4221 drivingly connected to the first output shaft, a hinged end of the side switch plate 41 is fixedly mounted at a rotation center of the gear plate 4221, and a rotational motion of the first driving motor 421 is transmitted to a swing motion of the gear plate 4221 through the gear transmission structure 422, and then drive the rotation of side switch board 41, adopt first driving motor 421 is convenient for realize automated control, transmits the moment of torsion through gear drive structure 422, and stability is better, and compact structure.
Further, the gear transmission structure 422 further includes a first driving gear 4222, the first driving gear 4222 is sleeved on the first output shaft, the first driving gear 4222 is externally engaged with the tooth profile on the gear plate 4221, certainly, other transmission gears may be further disposed between the first driving gear 4222 and the gear plate 4221, the number of the transmission gears is also not limited, and by setting the accurate transmission ratio between the first driving gear 4222 and the gear plate 4221, the opening degree of the first gate 21 for opening and closing the side switch plate 41 may be accurately controlled, so that a better effect is achieved.

In the following, only considering the embodiment that the purification air duct 13 and the humidification air duct 14 are independently controlled to be opened and closed by the door opening and closing mechanism 4, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 10, and fig. 16 to fig. 17 together, a humidification channel 32 on the humidification air duct 14 is formed in the humidification module 3, the second gate 31 is disposed in the humidification channel 32, the second gate 31 is disposed in the humidification module 3, so as to facilitate the provision of the second door opening and closing mechanism 4b on the humidification module 3, and the humidification channel 32 can be opened and closed by opening and closing the second gate 31 in the humidification module 3, so as to open and close the humidification air duct 14, so as to facilitate the provision of the second door opening and closing mechanism 4 b.
In an embodiment, the opening of the second gate 31 is disposed upward, the second door opening and closing mechanism 4b includes two horizontal abutting plates 43 and at least one second driving device 44, at least one of the two horizontal abutting plates 43 is movably installed to the inner wall of the humidification duct 32 in the horizontal direction, the two horizontal abutting plates 43 movably abut against each other in the opposite direction to hermetically close the second gate 31, the two horizontal abutting plates 43 move away from each other to open the second gate 31, and the at least one second driving device 44 drives the corresponding horizontal abutting plate 43 to move, so that the two horizontal abutting plates 43 abut against each other in the horizontal direction to close the second gate 31, and the arrangement of the vertical space can be saved, so that the air treatment device 100 is compact in structure with the vertical direction and has a better effect.
The second driving device 44 may be a linear driving structure, such as a cylinder, an oil cylinder, or an electric push rod, in one embodiment, the second driving device 44 includes a driving nut 441, a driving screw 442, a second driving motor 443, and a rotation stopping structure 444, the driving nut 441 is disposed on the horizontal docking plate 43, one end of the driving screw 442 is threadedly sleeved on the driving nut 441, the second driving motor 443 has a second output shaft extending horizontally, the second output shaft is fixedly connected to the other end of the driving screw 442, the rotation stopping structure 444 is disposed between the inner wall of the humidification duct 32 and the horizontal docking plate 43, the second driving motor 443 is used for driving, so as to automatically control the movement of the horizontal docking plate 43, the driving nut 441, the driving screw 442 and the rotation stopping structure 444 are used for matching, the rotary motion of the second driving motor 443 is well converted into the horizontal movement of the horizontal butt-joint plate 43, the structure is simple, and the movement of the horizontal butt-joint plate 43 is convenient to realize.
The rotation stopping structure 444 may be a matching manner of a guide rod and a guide sleeve, so as to achieve guiding and rotation stopping functions, in an embodiment, the rotation stopping structure 444 includes a slide rail 4441 and a slide block 4442, which are matched with each other, one of the slide rail 4441 and the slide block 4442 is disposed on an inner wall of the humidification channel 32, and the other is disposed on the horizontal docking plate 43, so that on one hand, the rotation motion of the second driving motor 443 can be well converted into the linear motion of the horizontal docking plate 43, and on the other hand, the stability of the motion of the horizontal docking plate 43 is improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7, an HEPA net 24 is disposed in the purifying air duct 13, and a specific setting position of the HEPA net 24 is not limited, and the HEPA net 24 may be disposed on the housing 1, or may be disposed in the purifying module 2 as long as the HEPA net is disposed on the purifying air duct 13.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 21, the humidification module 3 further includes a water tank 33, a wet film sleeve 34 and a water injection pipe 35, the water tank 33 is disposed in the housing 1, the water tank 33 is formed with a cavity 331 with an open upper end, the wet film sleeve 34 is disposed in the cavity 331, a side surface of the wet film sleeve 34 is disposed corresponding to an air inlet end of the humidification passage 32, an inner cavity of the wet film sleeve 34 is disposed corresponding to an air outlet end of the humidification passage 32, the water injection pipe 35 is disposed extending in an up-down direction, a lower end of the water injection pipe 35 extends into the cavity 331, an upper end of the water injection pipe extends to an upper end surface of the housing 1, the humidification module 3 humidifies air by passing through the wet film sleeve 34, the wet film sleeve 34 is formed by overlapping a plurality of wet films, the air current flows through the mode simple structure of wet membrane cover 34 humidification, and overall structure also can set up compacter, in addition, the upper end of water injection pipe 35 extends to the up end of casing 1 can be directly be in the upper end water injection of casing 1, it is convenient to add water.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 11, and fig. 18 to fig. 20 together, an air outlet duct 16 is further formed in the housing 1, one end of the air outlet duct 16 is communicated with an air outlet end of the purifying air duct 13 and an air outlet end of the humidifying air duct 14, and the other end of the air outlet duct is communicated with the air outlet 12, an air outlet module 5 is disposed in the air outlet duct 16, the air outlet module 5 includes a wind wheel 51 and a wind guiding structure 52, the wind wheel 51 is rotatably mounted in the air outlet duct 16 and disposed adjacent to the air outlet 12 for guiding the air flow to be blown out from the air outlet 12, the wind guiding structure 52 is disposed in the air outlet duct 16 and disposed corresponding to the air outlet 12, the wind wheel 51 provides power for forming airflow, and the wind guiding structure 52 can expand the range of the airflow blown out from the air outlet 12, such as a larger area and/or a longer distance.
The air guide structure 52 may be a fan blade rotatably mounted at the air outlet 12, and different air supply directions are achieved by changing different angles of the fan blade, in an embodiment, the air guide structure 52 includes an air guide mounting seat 521, a grating plate 522 and a third driving device 523, the air guide mounting seat 521 is disposed in the housing 1, the grating plate 522 is formed with a plurality of grating ports 5221 communicated with the air outlet 12, the grating plate 522 is rotatably mounted on the air guide mounting seat 521 along an up-down axis, the third driving device 523 is used for driving the grating plate 522 to move, an opening of the grating port 5221 has an initial orientation, and when the grating plate 522 rotates, the grating port 5221 faces different directions along with the rotation of the grating plate 522, so that a guiding airflow is blown to different directions, and a better air guide effect is achieved.
In an embodiment, the grating plate 522 includes a grating ring and a plurality of inclined wind deflectors spaced in the grating ring, an included angle between each inclined wind deflector and a horizontal plane is 0 ° to 90 °, wherein two adjacent inclined wind deflectors define the grating opening 5221, the grating opening 5221 is also inclined outward, an air outlet area is enlarged, and when the grating plate 522 is driven to rotate, a larger air supply area can be obtained in the circumferential direction of the grating plate 522.
The third driving device 523 drives the grating plate 522 to move, which may be a rotary driving device, such as an electric motor, a motor, etc., disposed in the housing 1, in an embodiment, the third driving device 523 includes a third driving motor 5231, an air guiding driving gear 5232 and an outer gear ring 5233, the third driving motor 5231 is disposed on the air guiding mounting seat 521, the third driving motor 5231 has a third output shaft extending in the vertical direction, the air guiding driving gear 5232 is fixedly connected to the third output shaft and coaxially rotates, the outer gear ring 5233 is externally engaged with the air guiding driving gear 5232, wherein the grating plate 522 is disposed in an inner cavity of the outer gear ring 5233, the rotation of the grating plate 522 can be well driven by means of two gears engagement, and in this case, there is no need to provide a driving structure at a middle position of the grating plate 522, and the ventilation amount of the grating plate 522 can be increased, in addition, the transmission structure is compact, and the whole structure is convenient to simplify.
In order to improve the rotation stability of the external gear ring 5233, in an embodiment, the third driving device 523 further includes a plurality of centering gears, the centering gears are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the external gear ring 5233, each of the centering gears is rotatably mounted on the air guide mount 521 along an up-down axis and is externally engaged with the external gear ring 5233, and the engagement points are arranged on the outer side of the external gear ring 5233, so that the movement stability of the external gear ring 5233 is improved.
In order to expand the functions of the air processing device 100, in an embodiment, an air outlet duct 16 is further formed in the housing 1, one end of the air outlet duct 16 is communicated with the air outlet end of the purification air duct 13 and the air outlet end of the humidification air duct 14, the other end of the air outlet duct is communicated with the air outlet 12, a mounting opening 15 is formed in a side surface of the housing 1, the mounting opening 15 is communicated with the air outlet duct 16, the air processing device 100 further includes a perfume box 6 slidably mounted in the mounting opening 15, a vent 61 is formed on the perfume box 6, the vent 61 can be communicated with the air outlet duct 16, when an air flow is formed in the air outlet duct 16, the air flow in the air outlet duct 16 flows through an inner cavity of the perfume box 6 to mix the fragrance of the perfume in the perfume box 6, and the functions of the air processing device 100 are expanded, the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment, the air inlet 11 is provided with an air inlet plate 7, the side surface of the air inlet plate 7 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 71, so that impurities are reduced from the air inlet holes 71 to the inside of the purification air duct 13, the air inlet 11 comprises a plurality of openings distributed in the circumferential direction of the housing 1, the air inlet plate 7 can be provided with a plurality of openings, and the openings are arranged in the plurality of openings, so that the air inlet amount of the air treatment device 100 is increased.
In an embodiment, the air inlet plate 7 is detachably mounted on the housing 1, if the HEPA network 24 is replaced, the air inlet plate 7 is detached to take out the used HEPA network 24, and the air inlet plate 7 is mounted after replacing a new HEPA network 24, so that the HEPA network 24 is replaced more conveniently.

1. An air treatment device, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, a fan and a control device, wherein the shell is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, and a purification air channel and a humidification air channel which are formed between the air inlet and the air outlet;
the purification module is arranged in the purification air channel and used for guiding gas to flow through the purification air channel and purifying the gas;
the humidifying module is arranged in the humidifying air channel and used for guiding gas to flow through the humidifying air channel and humidifying the gas; and the number of the first and second groups,
the switch door mechanism is arranged in the shell and selectively opens at least one of the purification air channel and the humidification air channel to limit the air flow guided from the air inlet to flow through the purification air channel and/or the humidification air channel and discharge from the air outlet.
2. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first gate is formed in the purification air duct, and a second gate is formed in the humidification air duct;
the door opening and closing mechanism comprises a first door opening and closing mechanism for opening or closing the first gate and a second door opening and closing mechanism for opening or closing the second gate.
3. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a purge passage is formed in the purge module, and the purge passage includes a first purge passage section extending in an up-down direction and a second purge passage section communicating with the first purge passage section in a lateral direction;
a humidifying channel positioned on the humidifying air channel is formed in the humidifying module, and the air outlet end of the humidifying channel is upwards communicated with the lower end of the first purifying channel section;
the first gate is formed at the communication position of the second purification channel section and the first purification channel section;
the lower end opening of the first purification channel section forms the second gate.
4. The air treatment device of claim 3, wherein the purge module includes a purge mounting bracket;
the purge passage is formed in the purge mounting bracket;
the first door opening and closing mechanism and the second door opening and closing mechanism are arranged on the purification mounting support.
5. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a purge channel is formed in the purge module, and the first gate is disposed in the purge channel.
6. The air treatment device of claim 5, wherein the opening of the first gate is disposed toward a sidewall of the housing;
the first door opening and closing mechanism includes:
the side switch plate is provided with a hinged end and a swinging end which are distributed along the width direction of the first gate, the hinged end is hinged and installed on the inner wall of the purification channel, the swinging end is provided with a swinging stroke which takes the hinged end as a rotation center, and the side switch plate can swing to open or close the first gate in the swinging stroke; and the number of the first and second groups,
the first driving device is used for driving the side switch board to move.

The air treatment device according to claim 6, wherein the purge passageway includes a first purge passageway section extending in an up-down direction and a second purge passageway section communicating with the first purge passageway section in a lateral direction, the first gate being formed at the second purge passageway section;
the second purification channel sections are arranged in a plurality and are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the shell;
the corresponding side switch boards are provided with a plurality of first gates which are opened or closed respectively.
8. The air treatment device of claim 6, wherein the purification module includes a purification mounting bracket secured within the housing;
the first driving device includes:
the first driving motor is arranged on the purification mounting bracket and is provided with a first output shaft extending in the vertical direction; and the number of the first and second groups,
a gear transmission arrangement including a gear plate drivingly connected to the first output shaft;
the hinged end of the side switch plate is fixedly arranged at the rotating center of the gear plate.
9. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the gear transmission structure further comprises a first driving gear, the first driving gear is sleeved on the first output shaft, and the first driving gear is externally engaged with the tooth profile on the gear plate.

The air treatment device according to claim 9, wherein the purge passageway includes a first purge passageway section extending in an up-down direction and a second purge passageway section communicating with the first purge passageway section in a lateral direction, the first gate is formed in the second purge passageway section, the second purge passageway sections are arranged in plurality and spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the housing, the corresponding side switch plates are arranged in plurality, and the plurality of side switch plates includes a plurality of second side switch plates outside the side switch plates arranged in correspondence with the gear plate;
the gear plate has a mounting end away from the center thereof;
the first driving device further includes:
the plurality of driving rods extend horizontally, and one ends of the plurality of driving rods are respectively and correspondingly fixedly installed at the hinged ends of the plurality of second side switch plates; and the number of the first and second groups,
the linkage rods are hinged to each other, one end of each linkage rod adjacent to the gear plate is hinged to the mounting end of the gear plate, the other end of each linkage rod is hinged to the corresponding other end of the corresponding driving rod, and the two ends of the rest linkage rods are hinged to the other ends of the adjacent driving rods.
11. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a humidification passage is formed in the humidification module and located on the humidification air duct, and the second gate is disposed in the humidification passage.
12. The air treatment device of claim 11, wherein the opening of the second gate is disposed upward;
the second door opening and closing mechanism includes:
at least one horizontal butt joint plate is movably installed on the inner wall of the humidifying channel along the horizontal direction, the two horizontal butt joint plates are movably butted in opposite directions to seal and close the second gate, and the two horizontal butt joint plates are moved in opposite directions to open the second gate; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the at least one second driving device drives the corresponding horizontal butt joint plate to move.
13. The air treatment device of claim 12, wherein the second drive device comprises:
the driving nut is arranged on the horizontal butt joint plate;
one end of the driving screw is sleeved on the driving nut in a threaded manner;
the second driving motor is provided with a second output shaft which extends horizontally, and the second output shaft is fixedly connected with the other end of the driving screw rod; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the rotation stopping structure is arranged between the inner wall of the humidifying channel and the horizontal butt plate.

The air treatment device according to claim 13, wherein the rotation stopping structure comprises a slide rail and a slide block which are matched with each other, one of the slide rail and the slide block is arranged on the inner wall of the humidifying channel, and the other one of the slide rail and the slide block is arranged on the horizontal butt plate.
15. The air treatment device of claim 1, wherein a HEPA mesh is provided in the purge air duct.
16. The air treatment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a humidification passage is formed in the humidification module on the humidification air duct;
the humidification module further includes:
the water tank is arranged in the shell and is provided with a cavity with an opening at the upper end;
the wet film sleeve is arranged in the containing cavity, the side surface of the wet film sleeve is arranged corresponding to the air inlet end of the humidifying channel, and the inner cavity of the wet film sleeve is arranged corresponding to the air outlet end of the humidifying channel; and the number of the first and second groups,
the water injection pipe is arranged along the vertical extension, the lower end of the water injection pipe extends to the containing cavity, and the upper end of the water injection pipe extends to the upper end face of the shell.

The air processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an air outlet duct is further formed in the housing, one end of the air outlet duct communicates with the air outlet end of the purification air duct and the air outlet end of the humidification air duct, and the other end communicates with the air outlet, an air outlet module is disposed in the air outlet duct, and the air outlet module includes:
the wind wheel is rotatably arranged in the wind outlet duct, is arranged adjacent to the wind outlet and is used for guiding airflow to be blown out from the wind outlet; and the number of the first and second groups,

18. The air treatment device as recited in claim 17 wherein said air guiding structure comprises:

the air treatment device is detachably connected to the main machine.
27. The indoor unit of claim 26, wherein a receiving chamber is formed at a lower portion of the main unit, and the air treatment device is detachably installed in the receiving chamber.
28. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and the indoor unit of any one of claims 25 to 27.
