when the locking position is reached, the fixing part extends into a first preset position of the mounting part, so that the first connecting part is locked on the pivoting part to prevent the bottom plate and the side plate from rotating relatively; when the unlocking position is adopted, the fixing part is withdrawn to the second preset position of the mounting part or separated out, so that the first connecting part and the pivoting part are unlocked, and the bottom plate can rotate relative to the side plate.
